Butternut squash soup (top with ghee/olive oil + parsley or chives or other fresh herbs OR coconut milk + almonds OR crumbled sausage) +/- chicken sausage + black coffee

Grilled chicken & spinach salad with strawberries, almonds & avocado with dijon vinaigrette

Meatloaf casserole (leave off the cheese!) +/- mixed green salad

Day 9

Egg scramble + bacon +/- coconut cream with strawberries

Day 12

Egg scramble + bacon +/- coconut cream with ½ a banana

Grilled chicken & spinach salad with strawberries, almonds & avocado with dijon vinaigrette

Ultimate burgers + sweet potato fries + mixed green salad

Day 13

Shirred eggs + grapefruit + coffee with coconut cream {a TJ favorite!}

Leftover burgers + half an avocado + kalamata olives + mixed green salad

Grilled tuna or salmon + sweet potato with ghee & cinnamon + mixed green salad

Day 14

Egg scramble w/ fresh veggies + local bacon + ½ a grapefruit + coffee

Grilled chicken tenders (marinated in coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil in a 1:0.5:0.5 ratio) + mixed greens salad + half an avocado

Big salad with leftover spinach topped with zucchini & carrots sauteed in gee + grilled chicken + avocado + dijon vinaigrette + whatever you have on hand!

Snack Ideas for the week:

Raw vegetables (carrots, celery, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, bell pepper slices) + tahini dip (another of my Trader Joe’s favorites!)

Hard boiled egg(s) with paleo mayonnaise or ranch dressing + avocado

Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus + hard boiled egg + avocado

Homemade raw trail mix: pistachios, almonds, pecans, raisins, unsweetened shredded coconut
