- Spinning Babies’s Parent Class video (digital download) WATCH HERE (whilst this is more focused on exercises for optimal positioning of baby it still has a lot of helpful education on the pelvis and the changes in the body during birth, I found this one super helpful during my pregnancy)
- Core & Floor Restore have 8 antenatal education classes on their website created by Bernadette an ex-midwife WATCH HERE (I watched these during my pregnancy and found them helpful and easy to take with with Bernadette’s playful attitude)
