An “Interest”ing Card Game

Materials

Activity

Students will play this game with a partner. Students will play a game in which they use the list below to create a memory-type card game. Students begin playing by turning over one card, writing it down, and returning it to the board. Then it is the other student’s turn to do the same. Once a student has a principal card, a rate card, and a time card, he must calculate the amount of interest. If he is correct, he gets a point. Then it is the next player’s turn.
