Dear Music Families,

Thank you so much for enrolling your child in chorus or strings. We are so grateful for your extra time and effort to get your young musician up and out for our early morning practices. We would like to also take the opportunity to remind our community of a few key safety guidelines for early arrival to school for music rehearsals:

• Please use the carline loop only to drop off. Using the parking lot and having students cross through cars in the carline creates an unsafe situation.
• Please follow an orderly flow of traffic and do not pull around other vehicles. A Pine Road faculty member will be present to help maintain a safe flow of traffic for vehicles and pedestrians.
• Students should wait in the car with their parent or guardian until the building doors are opened at 8AM.
• Parents and guardians should remain in their vehicle for drop off. Please do not escort your child to the front door. Leaving your vehicle parked in the carline interrupts the flow of traffic.
