ONDiGO Ltd. respects the privacy of the users of our service (“User” or “you”) and is committed to protect the User’s information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our service.

Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our terms of use available at: http://ondigo.me/terms (“TOU“), into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference.

BY SUBSCRIBING TO THE SERVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT SUBSCRIBE, ACCESS AND/OR USE THE SERVICE AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE THE SERVICE AND ANY PART THEREOF, FROM YOUR EMAIL/CRM.

Please note that when you subscribe to the service you agree to the permissions set forth on the notices appearing in the applicable email/CRM accounts and continue to connect and subscribe to the service you hereby agree to grant us access to the information which is detailed in such notices. When you subscribe to the service you allow us access to certain business related Personal Information (as such term is defined below) stored on your email account/CRM. In order to provide you the services offered via the service we will only collect business related contact information (for the avoidance of doubt, we will not collect any non-business contact information). We will use such information only in order to provide you the services offered via the service and only for your benefit.

We will not store the content of any e-mail and/or CRM information on our servers at any time.

Which information we may collect on our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us when such User installs and/or uses the Service. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, the activity of the User on the Service, type of operating system, device type, User’s ‘click-stream’ on the Service, type of browser and keyboard language, screen resolution, the activities of Users on the properties, Wi-Fi connections, network communications, network connections, storage information, information regarding other applications which are installed on your mobile device, system tools, etc.

The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature.

Users of the Service automatically provide their IP address for geo-location purposes mainly to detect anomalies for security purposes as further detailed below.

In addition, Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided consciously and voluntarily by the User.

User may provide his/her e-mail address as an identifier for the Account.

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists.

We do not collect any Personal Information from you or related to you without your approval, which is obtained, inter alia, through your acceptance of the TOU and the Privacy Policy and by installing our Service.

How Do We Collect Information on our Users?

There are three main methods that we use:

We collect information through your use of the Service. In other words, when you are using the Service we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. We collect Personal Information when you connect an Account to the Service.

We collect information from your Account and mobile device which may be deemed as Personal Information. Access to such information is automatically granted to us upon installation of the Service.

What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?

Non-personal Information is collected in order to:

Enhance the User’s experience while using the Service.

Personal Information is collected in order to:


Operate the Service and its functions and provide the services offered via the Service as are detailed in the TOU.

Personalize and enhance the Users experience while using the Service. 

Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to respond to User’s support requests; (e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (f) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its Users or the general public; (g) when the Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Company; (h) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.

Third Party Service Providers and Third Party Software

While using the Service we may be using third party service providers, who may collect, store and/or process the information detailed herein. The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to engage with third parties that post a privacy policy governing their collection, processing and use of non-personal and personal information. Minors

The Service is intended for Users over the age of thirteen (13). Therefore, the Company does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) and does not wish to do so. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of thirteen (13) are not using the Service. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from children under the age of thirteen (13) we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Direct Marketing

You hereby agree that we may use your contact details you provided us with for the purpose of sending you informational newsletters regarding our services and new features which may interest you, and to send to you other material, transmitted to the e-mail address you have provided us upon installation. You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to the Company by e-mail to the following address: info@ondigo.me or alternatively following the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the e-mail transmitted to you.

Links to Third Party Websites

Certain links provided in the Service permit Users to leave our Service and enter external sites or services. Those linked sites and services are provided solely as a convenience to you. Those linked sites and services are not under the control of the Company and it is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or services, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content advertising, products, services or other information on or available from such linked sites and services or any link contained in a linked site or service. The Company reserves the right to terminate any link at any time. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such linked sites or resource.

Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information they are collecting.

Cookies & Local Storage

When you access or use the Service, we and/or our third party service providers may use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” and local storage (or other similar technologies), which store certain local information on your device (“Local Storage“) which may enable, inter alia, automatic activation of certain features and make the User’s Service experience and usage simpler, more relevant, convenient and effortless. Such information is locally stored in the User’s device. The Company and/or our authorized third party service providers may access such information. The Company and/or our authorized third party service providers may use both session cookies (which expire once you close the Service) and persistent cookies (which stay on the User’s device until he/she deletes them). Such Local Storage used by the Service may store non-personal information (such as the different pages viewed by a User within the Service) as well as User persistent identifier and geo-location data, which will be collected in accordance with the terms specified herein. It is easy to prohibit and/or delete the Local Storage, inter alia, via blocking the Service from your email/CRM. Most platforms will allow you to erase cookies from a device, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option you may use the settings option of your device or according to the specific instructions provided by the third party service provider’s privacy policy and terms of use. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change the settings of your device, your Service experience may be affected and may be limited. Please note we have access to your mobile devices’ local storage and may store information locally.

Security

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Service and User Data and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. The Personal Information and User Data are hosted on the Amazon Cloud servers which provide advanced strict security standards. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THE USER DATA.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Service and any information collected therein. The Company reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently to check for any changes. In case of any material change, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Service and/or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes to the e-mail address that you may have provided us with. Such material changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Service and/or sent to you via e-mail, whichever is the earlier. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Revised” and your continued use of the Service on or after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
