Ingredients for Dough

1 ½ C. Powdered Sugar

1 C. Butter, cold

1 ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 Egg

2 ½ C. Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Corn Starch

3. Blend in egg evenly throughout.

4. Slowly add flour, baking soda and corn starch.

5. Mix dough until it pulls away from the sides of your mixer.

6. Place dough flat in a Ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least one hour, but you can refrigerate it over night if desired.

7. Preheat oven to 375°.

8.  Lightly flour counters to roll out dough on.  Roll dough out to approximately ⅛”, adding flour to the top to keep your rolling pin from “snagging” the dough.
