8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Refunds & Cancellations

For any cancellation or refund requests, please send an email to support@unblockd.org within the first 7 days of purchase. To prevent misuse, refunds will be granted on a case-to-case basis. After confirmation, the refunds will be processed within 7-10 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the YouTube Unblocked Chrome Extension. This includes damages for loss of data, business interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User’s access to the YouTube Unblocked Chrome Extension at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, the User must immediately discontinue use of the Extension.
