Notes:

They kiss!
Visually very pleasing. The lighting is very good, the Hosanna crowd is very hivemind-like. Overall aesthetic is one of my favourite parts.
Glenn Carter and Jerome Pradon. That’s it. I just love them a lot.
Tony Vincent is my favourite Simon ever. No one comes close.
Would recommend this production to any first time watchers, but anyone in general too. It’s a must-watch.

Listen to it in better quality

Cast:

Notes:

Low quality reupload of a proshot
Drew Sarich is my all time favourite Judas, but he’s more well known for his Gethsemane.
Steven Seale is a great actor, and his Temple scene is very impressive.
Overall my all time favourite production, but I’m not sure if it’s everyone’s cup of tea.

Cast:

Jordi Calduch as Jesus

Siscu Valenzuela as Herod

Notes:

Reminds me a lot of the 2000 movie :)
The only Herod I liked.
Jesus and Judas have mad chemistry but also Mary has mad chemistry with both of them but also she has chemistry with every apostle ever. It’s a lot.
Would recommend for a first time watcher but only if you can speak Catalan
No English captions, and the language changes usually come with lyric changes that have meaning, so that was a bummer for me.
The timer.
