AFFIRMATIONS 02 - GRATITUDE AND RECOGNITION

WELL DONE ON GETTING TO THIS POINT AND LET US BE THANKFUL FOR ANOTHER WONDERFUL DAY ALIVE AND IN LOVE.  YOU CAN ALWAYS BE IN LOVE, YOU SEE, YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT YOU CHOSE TO BE HERE, IN THIS BODY, AND ENJOY ALL THE CONTRAST OF LIFE.

LOVE YOURSELF, UNCONDITIONALLY WITH TRUST IN YOUR INTUITION, ENJOYMENT  OF EVERY MOMENT NATURALLY FOLLOWS, WITHOUT LIMITING YOURSELF IN DARKNESS OR LIGHT.

THINK: HOW WOULD YOU TREAT YOU IF YOU WERE SOMEONE THAT YOU LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY?
1. YOU'D AUTOMATICALLY TAKE THEIR SIDE, NOT BLAME THEM.
2. YOU'D BE POSITIVE AND ASSUME THE BEST, NOT THE WORST ABOUT THEM.
3. YOU'D RESPECT THEIR FEELINGS AND ALLOW THEM TO EXPRESS, AS PART OF THE HEALING PROCESS.
4. YOU'D TALK SENSITIVELY TO THEM - BECAUSE THEY MATTER, THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU.
5. YOU'D NEVER FEEL EMBARRASSED OR ASHAMED OF THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE FEELING OR GOING THROUGH.
6. YOU'D NEVER REJECT OR IGNORE THEM WHEN THEY’RE UPSET.
7. YOU'D PUT EM FIRST, YET CHALLENGE THEM LOVINGLY, TO STEP UP.

YOU, YOURSELF, AS MUCH AS ANYBODY ELSE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE, DESERVE YOUR LOVE AND AFFECTION. IT’S ONE THING TO INVITE TRANSFORMATION FOR THE SAKE OF GROWTH, IMPROVEMENT, AND NEW POSSIBILITIES. IT’S ANOTHER THING TO FEEL SO DISSATISFIED WITH YOURSELF THAT NO AMOUNT OF CHANGE COULD POSSIBLY CONVINCE YOU THAT YOU’RE WORTHY AND LOVABLE.

THINK POSITIVELY EVERY DAY  - AS THIS WILL BUILD GOOD PATTERNS. AND WHAT YOU FOCUS ON IN LIFE EXPANDS.
SO -  WORRYING IS LIKE PRAYING FOR STUFF THAT YOU DON'T ACTUALLY WANT"

TAKE TIME OUT IF NECESSARY. YOU ARE NOT YOUR WORST MISTAKES - YOU HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE. DREAM BOLDLY, WITHOUT LIMITS, AND REACH HIGH. REGULARLY REMIND YOURSELF OF WHAT AND WHY YOU ARE DOING THIS AND WHAT YOU’VE DONE AND ARE GRATEFUL FOR. YOU CAN BE THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF, BUT NOT TO PROVE ANYTHING, BUT BECAUSE IT BRINGS JOY.

BE GRATEFUL THAT YOU ARE ALIVE FOR ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL DAY AND THAT YOU HAVE WONDERFUL PEOPLE, FREEDOM AND POWER. TRUST YOURSELF TO ENJOY IT AND MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS.
