Mexican chicken soup + avocado

(add diced zucchini and/or diced sweet potato and leave out the tortillas!)

Shredded brussels sprouts salad + garlic tahini dressing (leave out the honey) + baked chicken

Meatloaf casserole (leave off the grass-fed cheddar) + green salad

Day 21

Mexican chicken soup + avocado

Shredded brussels sprouts salad + garlic tahini dressing (leave out the honey) + baked chicken

Day 22

Egg & vegetable scramble {spinach, spaghetti squash, onion} + ½ an apple

Taco salad {grass-fed ground beef with sauteed onion and bell pepper, homemade taco seasoning} + avocado slices + paleo ranch

Paleo chicken pot pie

Day 23

Egg & vegetable scramble {spinach, spaghetti squash, onion} + ½ an apple

Taco salad {grass-fed ground beef with sauteed onion and bell pepper, homemade taco seasoning} + avocado slices + paleo ranch

Day 24 (Fri)

Mexican chicken soup + avocado

Shredded brussels sprouts salad + garlic tahini dressing + baked chicken OR Taco salad

Paleo chili {my version uses diced zucchini + bell pepper instead of beans and homemade chili seasoning} + avocado cream

Day 25

Spinach & salsa omelette + bacon + ½ grapefruit

Paleo chili + avocado cream

Blackened tuna with mango avocado salsa + baked sweet potato + steamed broccoli w/ lemon

Day 26

Sweet potato & bacon hash + ½ grapefruit

Paleo chili + avocado cream OR any leftovers from the week

Grassfed sirloin steaks OR grilled chicken + roasted  Brussels sprouts + carrot mash
