JOB DESCRIPTION – FOOTBALL GEAR PURCHASER

Job Title:  Football gear purchaser

Responsible to: Club Committee

Main Duties:

• We currently purchase most gear through “The Soccer Shop” in Waikato.
• We have attempted to source locally at Striling Sports but up till now have no got as good a deals.
• Yellow playing strip for all teams is a Lotto Shirt  “Contest Shirt”  link. At the beginning start of the season these shirt sell for $35+gst during and at the end $15+GST
• For printing of Club logo  and Newworld we have used “Cap it All Promotions” or contact is Liz. (grandson in 10th grade 2015)
• First kicks and Fun football grades - Shirts through Liz also at “Cap it All Promotions”
• No current source for pre-made nets for large goals, have sourced netting for movable goals from “Motueka nets”

1. Be aware of clubs current needs and keep an eye out for specials.
2. Purchase all items required to ensure the smooth running of the club.
3. Be aware of the clubs limits in budget.
4. ADVANTAGE: To have a google account for ease of storage and acccess to all reciepts.
