I began teaching at Dennett Elementary School in 2000. My educational background includes a B.S. degree in English and a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education.  I love to read, go to the movies, play word games, exercise with my husband, and spend time with my family and friends. My family includes my husband John, our children Emily and Patrick, our daughter-in-law Jennifer, and our son-in-law Vietnam.  Life is good!

My teaching career began in 1993 in the city of Everett. There, I taught computer class, second and third grade. I have been in Plympton since 2001. At that point I taught fifth grade. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to teach sixth and fourth grade. I love teaching but in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my children and husband. I also enjoy doing crossword puzzles, and reading. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Framingham State and my Master's from Lesley.
