Retrospective
- All the PBI’s got done, and everyone pulled together to make sure it happened. This was especially impressive considering that there were a lot of items
- Scope creep of Apogee III banner design did not affect other PBI’s getting done
- Everything turned out well
- Finally captured the full history of GS
- Demonstrated across the country coordination of physical asset (the display)
- Many assets produced will be important for future PR work.
- A number of last minute tasks being done, like assembling the display materials. Some things might have turned out better had they not been rushed.
- Some of the PBI’s could have used more thorough descriptions
- Not all PBI’s were independent (see GS history)
- A number of sprint members missed many standups
- Scope creep of banner
- What we could do differently
- Aggregate all of the lessons learned and review them at the beginning of the sprint
- Each standup when a hard deadline is in play, review what work is left to do and make sure that things aren’t slipping to the last minute.
- When selecting PBI’s for the sprint, make sure everyone's clear on what done means for them, and adjust PBI description if needed.
- Sprint members should not be acting under multiple roles on a regular basis
- Better marketing of Ground Sphere and more networking
