THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from Authentic Flamenco by The Royal Opera of Madrid?

A once-in-a-lifetime flamenco show full of passion brought from Spain by one of the best performing arts institutions in the world, The Royal Opera of Madrid.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at Cultural Foundation Abu Dhabi.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The show will last approximately 65 minutes, but guests with VIP tickets can extend their experience and take photos with the artists after the performance.

Are food and drink available?

Food and beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) will be available for additional purchase for everybody before the show. Bear in mind that food won’t be allowed in the main concert room.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes. Although sound is highly important, there are also strong visual elements which can be enjoyed.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

A host will indicate to guests with accessibility needs and their carer the best access and where to sit.

Is the event accessible for those with disability needs?

Yes, the event is accessible. 

Which ticket types should I buy if I have a disability?

For this event, please select General Admission tickets if you have disability needs.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, this event doesn’t use strobe lighting effects.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

Photography and video without flash is allowed when authorized.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, there are restrooms available at the venue.

Will cloakroom be available on site?

No, cloakrooms are not available.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, the venue will have a good comfort temperature.

What can I bring or are the prohibited items at the experience?

Food, beverages or anything that may disturb the other patrons is prohibited in the experience.

Can I smoke or vape?

No, it is not allowed.

Lost and found?

Do I have a dress code?

No, you can dress however you please.

Are stroller/prams allowed?

No, they are not allowed.

ACCESS

When should I arrive?

The show will be 60-70 minutes long. Doors will open 60 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 15 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

What happens if I arrive late?

No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

There are ample outdoor parking spaces near the  venue.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Where can I get tickets?

Do we have carer tickets?

Yes, there are carer tickets available for this event

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

Are refunds or reschedules allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking Transfer Tickets on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I make a group booking?

If you would like to book for a group or you have any special request, please use this form.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
