Note:        This form must be accompanied by the following

a.        5 x Photographs duly attested from front side by the Principal/Headmaster of the school. One photograph be pasted in specified space on the front page and four photographs be pasted on written test, identification, intelligence test/interview and medical examination slips.

b.        In case of Downloaded Form Bank Draft or Office Copy of Challan Form for an amount of Rs. 1500.00 (fifteen hundred rupees only) in favour of Commandant Military College Murree

c.        4 x self addressed envelopes without mailing stamp, please write mobile no on envelopes. (In case of incomplete/wrong address College will not be responsible for loss of mail)

d.        Attested Photocopy of Marks Sheet of 9th / 10th.

e.        Photocopy of Father’s CNIC.

f.        Documents for confirmation of candidate’s Date of Birth:-
