In attendance: Kate, Nicola, Baha, Vaughn, Brie, Eric

Opening Remarks & Acceptance of Minutes

• Nicola and Kate will work on final approval of the previous 8 months of minutes and will have them uploaded before the next meeting

Board Business

• Total attendance for Artwalk is: Saturday- 3687 and Sunday- 5031- Total- 8718
• Interviews for open President position will be conducted after the board meeting, both Baha Danesh and Nicola Katsikis have expressed their interest in the position
• UPDATE- Nicola Katsikis has been voted in as the new President of the BAA and Baha Danesh has tendered her resignation.

Treasurer’s Report (Kate)

• Current bank balance- $24,596.29
• We still have one artist registration outstanding
• We are waiting for a few more advertising invoices to arrive
• Total expenses for Artwalk- $25,856.75
• Total income for Artwalk- $35,822.47 (this includes a $5,000.00 donation from Fidelity)
• $1,000.00 income from 29 poster (14) / prints (15)

Fundraising (Kate)

• Total income from food trucks- $3,798.57
• Also waiting for the Farm Fresh donation

Advertising/ Graphic Design

• Nothing new to report

Logistics (Eric)

• Eric feels we need more signage directing people
• Maybe add larger signs around campus so people know where they are on the map
• Weights/water balloons are needed for the studio signs so when it's windy they don’t fall over

Social Media (Brie)

• Brie would like a timeline of what and when to post

I5 Gallery (Baha)

• We need a mat for the front door
• Having 2 docents in the gallery worked much better than 1
• One piece from the Rock Paper Scissors show sold

Data Management (Vaughn)

• Vaughn received lots of submissions for the website before Artwalk
• Website traffic- 11,000 unique visitors, which is down from last Spring

Communications (Kate)

• Kate will respond to emails and voicemails as they come in- nothing extraordinary to report
