• How do these Supreme Court cases change the nature of tribal sovereignty? How do they influence Indian cultural, political, economic, and spiritual traditions?

• Do you think these decisions were fair to the American Indians?

• How and why do you think these decisions were justified at the time? How do you think they are justified today?

Your answer should be around 100-150 words for each of the questions (300-450 words in total). You should provide enough information to that provides sufficient arguments and understanding how the Supreme Court has impacted the lives of American Indians.
