We were missing several IPT members, so Aaron, Ray, and J committed to 1 week long tasks to complete between this meeting and the next Tuesday when we will do sprint 2 planning

  Done = GS3 members can checkout and commit to the GS3 svn repo and will create standard svn structure

  Done = complete the paper link budget, use the KickSat spreadsheet tool to verify the paper link budget account for any differences; produce PDFs of paper and KickSat link budgets and upload to DMSF on ODE; wrap up posting background research and results to Resources wiki page

• Will do - MKTG-25(a)
  Done = Produce reduced color palette for use in embroidery.  Cross-reference colors to standard colors available for embroidery floss or thread.  Limit to minimal number of colors needed for ease of patch fabrication without reducing fidelity.
