Minimum reroll should have Igris. The following banner units are listed in order of importance.
Optimal Reroll
Igris + Cha Hae-In/VPriscilla
Minimum/Optimal rerolls aren’t the only viable rerolls. Most of the time they serve as guidelines to get you started with a good team, unless banners are so bad there’s only one good reroll. Check with @Advisor & @Provisional Advisor in #reroll-and-team-advice channel if unsure.
WHAT TO PULL
Remember to skip the daily pull and roulette until you’ve finished rerolling.
Note: If starting Crystal count is not enough for steps, go to News (Envelope on Home tab top left), scroll all the way to the bottom, click the links. You can also do Story Mode and quests for more crystals.

If no Igris → Reroll/Continue
If no Cha Hae-In/VPriscilla → Reroll
Is it a good time to reroll?
Back to Igris and Cha Hae In due to lackluster new banners for newbies, mostly niche units that don’t particularly help.
Phantom Snipers banner has some considerable units but mostly old ones that come back often enough through different means.
After you get your desired reroll, do a Single (3 Crystals) on Solo Leveling P1 Equipment to try for Jinwoo’s Clothes
Grab the UOC ticket for 50 Alch Stones from the Alchemist when you can. Refer to this link for more information on the UOC ticket.
