Last night, another snow storm hit the twin cities, leaving the busy streets in a chaotic frenzy once again. Overnight, the streets were covered in 6 inches of snow, making it a hazardous morning for anyone heading to work of school. Tomorrow, it’s expected to snow 6 to 8 more inches, not making a pleasant weekend to look forward to.

Seniors, remember to get your Senior Snow Tubing permission forms and $20 in. Monday is the last day to turn them in. Snow Tubing is Tuesday afternoon at Buck Hill.

Juniors! Today a representative Maya Hanson from Genesys Works will be in the CCRC third period for an application workshop. Get a pass from your teacher and come apply, ask questions about the senior year internship!

In other news, Juniors, the ACT test will be administered next Tuesday, February 27th. Make sure to catch up on sleep this weekend in preparation for the test.

Auditions for the spring play are today and next Monday. Callbacks will be held next Tuesday after school. Auditions will be held in the BLACK BOX Callbacks will be held in the Auditorium You will be asked to perform a monologue of your choosing. There will be monologues provided if you need one, but you are highly encouraged to select one on your own. Audition sign-up sheets, monologues, audition forms, and further information will be posted outside the office (across from the nurses office). Spring Play Dates: April 20-22 Questions? See Ms. Gill

Tomorrow is the 14th annual Thinking College Early Fair at Harding High School from 10:30 to 1:30! Visit two and four year colleges, apprenticeship programs, college access programs, and community resources that support college attainment.

Tonight is the last home game for the Boys Basketball team. The JV team takes on Humboldt at 5:30 and Varsity plays at 7:00. Make sure to go show your support. Good luck boys!

Centrals Boys Swimming is seated in 6th place after yesterday’s Sections swim meet. Many of the boys are moving on to Finals this Saturday. Junior Aidan Fairman is in 2nd place in 100 back.

The wrestling team participates in the 3A section meet at East Ridge high school. Many Central wrestlers are looking to make a deep run in this year’s state tournament.

Interested in joining the boy's lacrosse team this spring? Please come to an informational meeting along with your parents on Monday, Feb. 26 at 6:00 pm in Central's cafeteria. If you plan to play boy's lacrosse this spring, please come to this meeting and meet the new coach!
