How does music affect mood? I feel that music can affect mood in every aspect. We find purpose in music, so with our feelings toward that, we listen. When we’re happy we blast music; the same with motivated and angry. When we’re sad, we listen to slow music. When we’re lazy in class we listen to in between music. When we’re active in anything and putting a lot of energy, we listen to upbeat music.

Music is like a tool that we all can use. It’s something that can help in good and bad ways. It affects your life, and a lot of the times, the choices you make as well. It can be relatable to you. Maybe an escape from your environment. A way to focus on something more.

I want to know how it affects the brain chemically and physically?

How it sways our choices?

How it could be a good or bad thing to use?

How some may feel about it, and others may disagree with their opinions?

The research I have looked up answers these questions very well. And I feel that music is very influential. I always knew that, just helps to have affirmation on my assumption. And music is so diverse, it can relate to anyone. No matter what ethnicity, region you live on, environment whether it be suburbs, city, or small town in Africa, or what your parent’s have raised you with. Music does affect.
