InfinityRise’s Terms of Service

If you choose to commission me, you agree to ALL these terms and conditions. Please read thoroughly, as I can not be held responsible for your dissatisfaction or lack of knowledge of my terms because you did not fully read them.

Full payment is REQUIRED before I begin work. There is a 36 hr. processing time for your payment and acceptance of commission, within this window, you are allowed to retract your payment if desired. Please be patient with my response as I process your payment and determine whether or not I can fulfill your commission if denied. You will promptly be refunded 100% of your payment. Note: You must have a receipt of your payment to me to verify your identity.  The only other time a full refund is given besides the initial window is in the case that you request a refund and that there has been NO PROGRESS yet. If you request a refund and there has already been significant progress you will only receive 25%-15% of your payment. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ONCE WORK IS COMPLETED.

It may take a week to a full month for your commission to be completed, this time frame is completely dependent on how complex your commission is if there's an ongoing queue and any unexpected life situations. I will inform you directly if I encounter any problems that may delay the completion of the work and the continuous status of the work.

Characters used in the commission belong to their rightful owners, but the work is 100% mine and SHALL BE CREDITED. Work shall not be used for commercial purposes or profit unless disclosed to me and agreed to on terms. If found to be claiming MY work as your own you shall be BLACKLISTED and information about the situation will be shared with the public.

Any work that is commissioned does not express nor reflect my opinions, values, or beliefs; nor does it condone the behavior, actions, attitudes that it may depict or of the commissioner.

I ACCEPT MOST COMMISSIONS BUT I WILL DECLINE IF IT IS:

If you commission me for any NSFW work it will be assumed you are 18+, I will not be held accountable if it is found later that you are a minor, and money will not be refunded if found to be minor midway.
