We offer multiple levels of catering service including:

Fully-Catered Buffet, Drop-off, Pick-up, or Boxed Lunches

Please note prices are subject to change at the start of each new year

Drinks and paper goods priced separately

A la carte pricing available upon request for drop-off/pick-up only

Party trays and charcuterie trays available (custom pricing)

Vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free option available


Fully-Catered Buffet

20 guest minimum

 Brunch (5 items) starts at $18 per person plus 6% tax, 18% event fee, and optional gratuity

 Lunch/Dinner (7 items) starts at $27 per person plus 6% tax, 18% event fee, and optional gratuity

Caterer arrives to set up 1 hour before the event and stays to answer guest questions about allergies/dietary needs, replenishes food when needed,

packs up leftovers, and cleans up the buffet area after the event.  

Includes chafing dishes, Wilton Armetale platters, serving utensils,

linens for buffet table, and food signs.

Services such as bussing tables and bartending are available for an additional fee.

No outside food is permitted (except cake/cupcakes) for fully-catered events, due to liability and food safety.



Drop-off 

10 guest minimum

 Brunch (5 items) starts at $17 per person plus 6% tax and optional gratuity

 Lunch/Dinner (7 items) starts at $25 per person plus 6% tax and optional gratuity

(6 items/$23……5 items/$21…..4 items/$20….less than 4 items will be priced a la carte)

Caterer arrives 30-45 minutes before the event to set up.

Includes disposable pans, platters, serving spoons/tongs, and food signs.

Clean up is not included.

$15 local delivery fee.  $50 set-up fee, if needed.

Disposable chafing kits available for $10 each (includes rack, water pan and sternos)

You may rent real chafing kits from a local party supply company if you prefer a more elegant look.

Outside food is permitted at drop-off events.


Pick-up

Customer arrives to pick up before the event at an agreed upon time.  

Food can be picked up hot, or cold with reheating instructions.

Customer is responsible for keeping food hot or cold at their event.

Disposable pans, platters, serving spoons/tongs and food signs are included.

No chafers are supplied.

Disposable chafing kits available for $10 each (includes rack, water pan and sternos)

You may rent real chafing kits from a local party supply company if you prefer a more elegant look.


Boxed Lunches

10 guest minimum

Choose up to 3 lunch options per group

 

Hot and Cold boxed lunches are available for pick-up.

Additional Catering Guidelines 

  • Choose 7 items (3 hot, 3 cold, 1 dessert, recommended but not required)
  • Feel free to request items not listed on menu (vegan, gluten free, etc…)
  • Food is served buffet-style (no exceptions)
  • Final Guest Count due one week prior to event
  • 20 guest minimum for fully-catered buffet
  • No outside food permitted (except cake or cupcakes) for fully-catered events

This is due to liability and food safety

  • Base price for fully catered event starts at $27 per person
  • Add $1 per person when choosing items listed in red on the menu

and $2 per person for items in purple

  • Add an additional $3 per person if more than 7 items are selected
  • Price includes PA licensed caterer with liability insurance

and serv-safe manager certification

  • Standard Paper Goods are $3 per person

(includes disposable plates, silver-look utensils, napkins and cups)

  • Upgrade to Premium Paper Goods (with gold or silver edge) for $4 per person

  • Drinks start at 50 cents per person per type of drink.

(You are welcome to bring your own drinks and ice but would be responsible for set-up)

  • RAMP-certified bartender is available for an additional hourly cost.

  • Leftovers will only be given to clients if take-out containers AND a fridge (or a cooler with ice)

is provided, and if client assumes all responsibility for proper food handling 

  • Transportation fee of $1 per mile/per vehicle (or $20, whichever is greater) will be charged for fully catered events and drop-off events greater than 10 miles away from Marietta, PA.  
  • Maximum travel distance for catered events is 25 miles from Marietta, PA
  • Boxed lunches can be delivered for a $15 fee.

  • Sales tax of 6% will be added
  • Event fee of 18% will be added for all fully catered events
  • Gratuity is optional for all events
  • Payment in full is expected on date of event

  • Credit Cards will be accepted for a 4% processing fee

Appetizers:

Veggie Tray…….Selection of fresh sliced veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, cucumbers and peppers) served with ranch dip.  

Cheese Tray… 5-6 cheeses served with assorted crackers and grapes. 

Cheese and Meat Tray – 4-5 cheeses, 3-4 meats with crackers, grapes and dipping mustard.

Cheese BallRolled in chopped walnuts.  Served with an crackers.

Sweet Bologna Roll-Ups……..Sweet bologna wrapped around cream cheese.

Spinach Dip…Served in a pumpernickel bread bowl with bread cubes and/or crackers for dipping.

Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto and Goat Cheese

Jalapeño Poppers  Jalapeños with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, and dusted with Old Bay.

Sweet Pepper Poppers  Mini sweet peppers with cream cheese, bacon, and dusted with Old Bay.

Party Pinwheels….Ranch-seasoned cream cheese, black olives, red peppers, and jalapenos rolled in a flour tortilla and sliced into mini-pinwheels.

Pineapple Glazed Ham Balls.....Mini  (or full-sized) ham loaf meatballs baked in a sweet and tangy pineapple glaze.  A customer favorite!!

Bruschetta….Lightly- toasted French bread served with petite-cut tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil (Choose from traditional, eggplant, or artichoke/feta bruschetta.)

Pigs in a Blanket…Mini hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls seasoned with Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.

Seven-Layer Taco Dip….Ground beef flavored with taco seasoning, topped with refried beans, cheese, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapenos and black olives.  Served with tortilla chips.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms…Baby bellas stuffed with a blend of lump crab meat, sherry and old bay topped with cheese and finished under the broiler.

Crab Dip….. Crab Meat, old bay, cream cheese and herbs topped with parmesan and chives and baked in oven.  Served with an assortment of crackers.

Mini Crab Cakes.....Fresh Jumbo lump crab (no filler!) with old bay and herbs baked and browned in the oven.  Can be served with tartar sauce and/or horseradish honey mustard.  (Another customer favorite!!)

Also available as full size crab cakes.

Shrimp Ceviche....Fresh diced tomatoes, onions, peppers and cucumbers tossed with cilantro and shrimp marinated in lime juice.  Served with tortilla chips.

Perfect for hot summer days.

Shrimp Cocktail…Jumbo Shrimp, steamed in old bay and lager, chilled and served with cocktail sauce

Pulled Pork BBQ  Sandwiches…Served with fresh kaiser rolls or brioche slider rolls.

*Pulled Beef BBQ  Sandwiches…Served with fresh rolls.

Sausage Sandwiches…….Country Sausage simmering in marinara sauce.  Served with fresh rolls and your choice of toppings. (grated parmesan cheese, grilled onions and peppers, etc…) Toppings served on the side.

Breaded Chicken Fingers…Chicken breast coated in seasoned bread crumbs and lightly fried.  Served with BBQ sauce, ketchup and honey mustard for dipping.

*Breaded Pork Cutlets…Thin slices of pork coated in seasoned bread crumbs and lightly fried.

Sweet Chili Chicken Skewers…..Tender strips of chicken breast marinated in honey, garlic, soy, ginger, chili powder, and lime juice, threaded on 12 inch wooden skewers.

*Asian Beef Skewers…Thin strips of steak marinated in soy sauce, ginger, scallions, and sesame oil.  

Jambalaya…Spicy Cajun rice, peppers and tomatoes with andouille, ham, chicken, and shrimp.

Garlic Meatballs (regular or mini-meatballs served with party picks)Beef, veal, and pork mixture with garlic and Cajun seasonings and simmered in a gravy of lager beer and sweet onions.

Italian Meatballs…Beef meatballs with or without a cube of creamy mozzarella in center.

Chicken Piccata....Chicken medallions lightly battered in flour, sauteed in olive oil and tossed in a butter sauce with capers, white wine and lemon juice.

Chicken Française....Chicken medallions lightly battered in flour and egg, atop caramelized lemon slices and angel hair pasta tossed in a sauce of olive oil, butter, garlic, white wine and lemon.

Chicken Salad Croissants...Diced grilled chicken tossed with mayo, celery, red grapes, craisins, scallions and walnuts served on mini-croissants.

Tuna Salad Croissants

Mini Deli Sandwiches…choose from ham, turkey, roast beef or sweet bologna on mini potato rolls.

Deli Roll-ups…choose from ham or turkey with your choice of cheese and optional lettuce, tomato and onion.  Rolled up on assorted wraps and sliced in 1 inch rounds.

Stations/Build your Own:  

Build your own Cheesesteak:  Prime Angus Beef shaved thin and served with toppings on side:  melted cheddar, marinara, onions, peppers, mushrooms and rolls. Served with chips and/or pretzels.

Build your own Burger:  100% Angus Beef Burgers served with your choice of cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce.  Served with ketchup, mayo, mustard and rolls. Served with chips and/or pretzels. 

Hot Dog Bar:  Your choice of beef hot dogs, bratwurst, and/or turkey dogs, served with melted cheddar, real bacon crumbles, sauerkraut, ketchup, mustard, relish and rolls. Served with chips and/or pretzels.

Taco/Nacho Bar:  Taco seasoned ground beef and pulled chicken served with taco shells, soft flour tortillas, tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, nacho cheese sauce, shredded cheese, refried beans, salsa, sour cream, jalapeños, and sliced black olives.

Build your own Sandwich:  Assorted meats (ham, turkey, roast beef) and assorted cheeses (American, swiss)  served with mayo, mustard and assorted bread/rolls.  Served with chips and/or pretzels.

Baked Potato Bar:  Russet potatoes served hot out of the oven and sliced in half, ready for toppings!!  Served with  melted cheddar, steamed broccoli, bacon crumbles, sour cream and butter.  

Pasta Bar:  Choose from 2 pastas, 2 sauces, 2 meats/veggies.

Mini Twice-Baked Potatoes…Yukon Gold and Baby Red potatoes, stuffed with prosciutto, gruyere, garlic and herb Boursin, sour cream and cream cheese, topped with paprika and  chives.

Mashed Potatoes....Traditional style, from scratch.  

Garlic Red-Skinned "Smashed" Potatoes with parsley and chives.

Oven Roasted Diced Potatoes….Red-Skinned Potatoes tossed with olive oil, garlic and herbs.

Caesar Salad....Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing and homemade croutons.

Garden Salad....Spring Mix lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet red peppers and red onions served with Ranch and Balsamic on the side.

"Red" Garden Salad..... Spring Mix lettuce, strawberries, red onions, red peppers, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and crumbled feta.  Served with Raspberry Vinaigrette on the side.

Greek Tortellini Salad…Tri-colored cheese tortellini, baby spinach, feta, and halved grape tomatoes tossed in an olive-oil based Greek Dressing.   A customer favorite!  

Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad...An assortment of tri-colored pasta tossed with Greek dressing, black olives, red peppers, red onions, and strips of grilled marinated chicken topped with feta. (with or without chicken)

Italian Pasta Salad...Corkscrew pasta tossed with Italian dressing, pepperoni, ham, salami, mozzarella, red onions, broccoli and green peppers.

Broccoli Salad…Fresh broccoli (finely diced), with red onions, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and bacon tossed in a zesty dressing made with apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and mayo.

Amish Potato Salad....Authentic Lancaster County-style creamy potato salad with hard-boiled eggs.

Blue Cheese Potato Salad….Red-skinned potatoes, green onions, celery and blue cheese blended with sour cream.  

Amish Macaroni Salad... Authentic Lancaster County style creamy macaroni salad with hard-boiled eggs.

Cajun Macaroni Salad…Elbow macaroni with diced sweet peppers, carrots, celery and shredded cabbage with creamy mayo and a dusting of creole spices.  

Mexican Street Corn Salad…Roasted sweet corn, with Mexican crema, cotija cheese, avocado and scallions with fresh lime.

(Ask about being served with a hollowed out pineapple filled with a sweet creamy caramel dip.)

Hot Chocolate($1.50 per person)..served with whipped cream
