Springbokkx Commission Terms of Service
(you can tell I’m a writer because of how long-winded I am. please read all of this before submitting your idea)
Commissions are CLOSED
Slots taken: 5/5

The Basics
- You must be 18 years or older to commission a story from me, even a SFW one. Don’t read my stories or interact with me if you’re a minor.
- I reserve the right to refuse any idea for any reason. You can find a list of things I will and won’t do in the Content Guidelines.
- The price is $20 per 1,000 words. Trades are an option, but I’m picky. I prefer to use PayPal, but I’m open to other options. See the Payment section below for more details.
- I will take up to 5 stories at a time before closing comms. If comms are closed, you can still message if you’re interested. I’ll let you know when they reopen.
- When commissions open, I’ll ask everyone to submit a Google form. I will also post this on all my social media, and everyone will be given a week or two to submit their ideas. I’ll pick the 5 that I like best.
- If you don’t make it in the queue, I’ll let you know. And you can always try again next time!
- You can contact me on the following sites (listed in order of preference). I’ll try to respond within a few hours.
- In general, it takes around a month for me to complete a story, but this depends on the length and how busy I am with other things. There will be an outline, a rough draft, and a final draft. The rough draft takes the bulk of the time. You can track the progress of commissions on my Trello queue.
- I will work with you to develop your idea, but bear in mind that if I have to fill in more blanks myself, your story will likely be shorter. In general, the more details you have, the better, but I’m happy to brainstorm with you!
- Unless you request otherwise, I will post the story on either my DeviantArt or my FurAffinity. I can keep the story private, but that will incur an extra 10% fee (since I can’t use it to grow my audience).
- You may post the story wherever you want, but please credit me and include a link back to where people can find more of my stuff.
Content Guidelines
Stuff I WILL Do:
- Humans
- Anthro animals (i.e. furries, scalies, etc.)
- Dragons (the only non-anthropomorphic animals I’ll allow in NSFW situations)
- Your own OCs, or the OCs of others as long as the character’s owner consents to being in the story
- Simple character descriptions of what you’re after
- You or people you know (again, the consent of everyone involved is required)
- Any gender, including trans characters (provided it’s a respectful portrayal you’re after; I’m a trans woman and I won’t tolerate any kind of transphobia)
- Any genitalia, including animal genitals such as knots or equine penises
- Weight gain, up to any level. My speciality, you might say. My preference is to keep it relatively realistic, but I’ll go up to hyper or even cosmic levels if you want. Bear in mind that non-WG ideas are perfectly fine, too!
- Dark themes, such as emotional manipulation, dubcon, or health issues
- Sex scenes
- Slob, however extreme you want it
- Incest (kind of a guilty pleasure of mine)
- Pregnancy/breeding/milk/hucow
- SFW ideas, though they’re more or less uncharted territory for me
I’m open to pretty much anything as long as it doesn’t appear below. Don’t feel shy to ask about anything not listed here!
Stuff I WILL NOT Do:
- Feral animals (this may be negotiable for private stories depending on the sapience of the character. However, out of an abundance of caution to prevent being banned, I won’t include this in stories I post publicly)
- Real people that don’t consent to being in the story (including celebrities)
- Fictional characters from popular media. I don’t do fanfiction
- NSFW situations featuring underage characters. Duh. This includes characters that merely appear underage. No lolis
- Vomit
- Coprophagia
- Vore of any kind
- Excessive violence or gore (“excessive” is at my discretion. We can discuss this)
- Macro/giant/giantess stuff (depends on how this ties into weight gain)
- Inflation and/or blueberry
- A strong focus on body hair (I can mention it briefly, but I’m not interested in it being a focus)
The content guidelines are subject to change. Once again, I urge you to simply ask if your idea isn’t listed here!
The Golden Rule: Maintain Contact With Me!
- As I’m writing your story, I will regularly ask for your feedback. This is to ensure you’re happy with everything and to fix any issues before it would become a pain to do so.
- When we’re communicating, you must get back to me within a week. Faster than that would be preferable, but I understand that we’re all very busy. The key thing is that I need to keep the queue moving.
- If you do not respond to me within a week, I will take ownership of the story and finish it without you.
- If I finish and publish the story without your input because you ghosted me, there will be no refund. I have absolutely no tolerance for this, I’ve been burned too many times before.
- If you anticipate being unable to get back to me within a week (for example, if you’re going on vacation), please let me know. I will put your story on hold and work on others in the meantime. I will return to your story once you’re available again.
The Other Golden Rule: Provide Feedback Early
- As mentioned, I will ask for your feedback after every scene, or maybe every couple of scenes depending on how long they are. I’m willing to make big changes and even deviate from the outline as long as those changes are to the stuff I just wrote, or if you have ideas for changes later in the story.
- If I finish scene 1, and you give your approval on it, I would prefer to not make any changes to scene 1 when I ask for your feedback on scene 2, if that makes sense.
- Changing things earlier in the story often necessitates changing things throughout the entire story to keep it all logically consistent. For that reason, it’s best if you request changes to parts as soon as they’re written.
- The best time to ask for changes is before I’ve even started. I’ll ask for your approval on the outline, so let’s just get all the details of the story correct then and there!
Payment
As mentioned above, my preferred method is PayPal invoices. If you’re unable to use PayPal, I’m open to alternatives. But it’s at my discretion. I’m also open to trades if you’re an artist or writer.
Trades
- If you’re an artist, and you’re willing to draw my furry OCs, I would be happy to trade a story for an equivalent-valued piece of art.
- If you’re a writer, and I really enjoy your writing, perhaps we can work out a trade.
- Please don’t be offended if I don't want to trade with you, especially if you’re a writer. I’m very picky about it.
Pricing
- The price is $20 per 1,000 words, rounded down. So a story that’s 5,999 words will cost $100, but a story that’s 6,000 words will cost $120.
- Private stories cost 10% more.
- I will estimate the length, and thus the price, after the outline is completed. That is when payment will be required (unless you’re a returning customer, then you can pay once the story is complete).
- If I undershoot the length estimate (i.e. I charge you $100 for a story that comes out to fewer than 5,000 words), I can refund you the difference so we meet the $20/1,000 word benchmark.
- If I overshoot the length estimate (i.e., I charge you $100 for a story that comes out to 6,000 or more words), there will be no additional charge. You may choose to make up the difference, but I absolutely will not hold it against you if you don’t. I don’t want to have the option of taking advantage of people by padding the length of the story. I will simply write until it’s done.
Discounts for Returning Customers
If you’ve commissioned me before, I’ll give you a discount if you commission me again!
- Your second story will get a 5% discount.
- Your third and all subsequent stories will get a 10% discount.
Refunds
- If the story is under 50% complete, I will give you a full refund if you wish to cancel the story.
- If the story is over 50% complete, I will give you a 50% refund.
- Completeness percentage is based on the outline. If the outline specifies 6 scenes, and I’ve started the third one, this will be considered past the halfway point.
- Per The Golden Rule above, if you ghost me and I end up finishing the story without you, there will be no refund.
- If I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund regardless of how much of the story is complete. I have never canceled a story after starting it, and I don’t intend to, but you never know.
- Finally, if we used a non-PayPal service for payment, I cannot guarantee that refunds will be available.
Thanks again for your interest in commissioning me! It means a lot that you like my writing!
