Nature Observation

Find a quiet spot and spend 10 minutes observing your surroundings. Note three things you see, hear and feel.

Mindful Walking

Take a 15-minute walk. Focus on the sensation of each step and the sounds around you. Reflect on how your body feels during the walk.

Nature Journaling

Write about a natural feature you feel drawn to. Describe its colors, shapes, and textures. Reflect on why it captures your attention.

Challenge Element

Identify a natural obstacle (e.g., a steep hill, a rocky path). Tackle it safely, then reflect on the experience and any emotions you felt.

Relaxation and Reflection

Find a comfortable spot to sit or lie down. Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and relax for 10 minutes. Think about what you’ve learned about yourself today.

Gratitude for Nature

List five things in nature you are grateful for today. Reflect on how each of these contributes to your life or well-being.

Plan an Eco-Friendly Action

Think about how you can contribute to the preservation of a natural space you appreciate. Plan a small, actionable step you can take, like reducing waste or volunteering.
