 ROCK CITY REGIMENT REHEARSALS AT ROCKTOWN HIGH SCHOOL THIS WEEK
- This week, the Rock City Regiment rehearsals will be at Rocktown High School. On Tuesday, we will rehearse on the turf field at the football stadium, and on Wednesday/Thursday we will be on our practice field at RHS (in front of the school).
- Please be in the band room by 2:55pm for instructions and loading the bus.
 HHS HOME FOOTBALL GAME SCHEDULE
- ALL HHS band students stay after school for home games. Rehearsals occur in the stadium, dinner is provided, and then students dress into uniform for the game.

| OFFICIAL BAND CONFLICTS/ ABSENCE POLICY CONFLICT POLICY:Â The official policy of the Harrisonburg High School Blue Streak Band program regarding conflicts is that every member is critical to the success of the ensemble and required to attend every rehearsal, performance and event. Â The following conflicts are NOT APPROVED absences: Â vacations, appointments, and work. Appointments should be scheduled when a band rehearsal or event is not scheduled. Â The following conflicts are APPROVED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS: other school activities, immediate family member milestones. Â The following conflicts are EXCUSED: sickness, death of a family member. Â Communication is critical in all situations. Please submit a conflict form, located on the band website a minimum of two weeks in advance to both band directors via email. The two week rule pertains to rehearsal conflicts. Performance conflicts should be submitted at the start of the season, school year and/or concert cycle at minimum.
