The information here has been gathered from public sources and through direct interviews with the individuals involved, who have consented to share their stories

SECTION 1 : Video Allegation
VIDEO EVIDENCE ALLEGATION :
3 April Gerbert blocking (CONFIRMED)
A video recording allegedly shows Gerbert blocked an individual on social media after they commented on one of his posts with the name "Munchie," which is reported to be one of his former nicknames.
SECTION 2: The Lies
In a recent TikTok video responding to the allegations, Hunter has reportedly admitted to being Hunter Montez, stating that he had lied about his name and high school to protect himself from what he describes as bullying and false accusations.
One person has stated that Hunter initially denied being Hunter, claiming they merely "happened to look alike" and that he would confront the individual for causing trouble. We believe that he fakes sincerity to gain trust from another person. This same person says that Gerbert lied on two other occasions, once by denying ownership of a Discord account, for which screen-recorded evidence was provided, and again by denying that he was the one who messaged a 22-year-old cosplayer.
SECTION 3: Angel Incident
OCTOBER 2021:
The allegations from an individual identified as “Angel” reportedly date back to October 2021, during her freshman year. Angel asserts that Hunter Montez fetishized her based on her goth style from the outset and made her uncomfortable through behavior she describes as “weird” and excessively “touchy.”
According to Angel, the two had agreed to engage in an intimate act in a Walmart bathroom; however, she subsequently changed her mind and expressed unease. She claims that Hunter did not respect her decision and continued to pressure her despite her discomfort. Ultimately, Angel reportedly removed herself from the situation, but Hunter allegedly threatened to disclose the encounter to her friends. Following reports that other individuals had also experienced harassment by Hunter, Angel chose to sever her friendship with him entirely.

Section 4: Cam Incident
MARCH 2022
Another incident reportedly occurred in March 2022 involving an individual identified as “Cam,” who at the time identified as a transgender male and now identifies as female. According to Cam, Hunter Montez allegedly engaged in a romantic and sexual relationship with her while simultaneously being involved with his girlfriend, with the primary motivation described as sexual. Cam asserts that Hunter employed manipulative behaviors, including “love-bombing,” to draw her into a secret relationship.
The situation reportedly escalated when Hunter allegedly threatened Cam and brought materials with the purported intent to cause her harm, following his decision to end the relationship. Cam contends that, in response to the perceived threat, she physically attacked Hunter in self-defense, resulting in the breaking of his glasses. Hunter, on the other hand, maintains that he was merely attempting to end the relationship when Cam assaulted him.
Both parties appear to agree that Hunter’s glasses were broken and that a no-contact order was subsequently issued, with Cam’s family covering the cost of the damages. Hunter has reportedly denied sending certain messages related to the incident, although some observers have questioned the veracity of his claims. Additionally, it has been noted that Hunter previously used the Instagram handle “Oddball,” a detail reportedly confirmed by individuals from his school.

Section 5: ANONYMOUS INCIDENT A
The following information is based on recorded conversations and screenshots involving an associate (a close friend of ours) and an individual who was acquainted with Hunter during his 10th-grade year in late 2022.
The individual alleges that Hunter engaged in inappropriate behavior, including repeatedly smacking their buttocks despite being told to stop. When confronted about their discomfort, Hunter reportedly responded with, "I know you like it."
Additionally, it is claimed that Hunter frequently solicited explicit photographs from peers, including a 12-year-old girl he met on Discord. Unfortunately, we have been unable to verify this aspect further, as the individual in question was not from Nevada and contact has since been lost.
Further reports indicate that Hunter had a history of making threats, which lends some credibility to Cam’s account. One female peer also stated that after rejecting Hunter’s advances, he became hostile and proceeded to insult her.

Section 6: Wizz Incident
LATE 2022
In late 2022 Hunter Montez was allegedly on the dating app called wizz, Hunter Montez was on the app communicating to a 13 year old individual and eventually invited her to his house. Allegedly Hunter Montez repeatedly begged to suck her breasts and the victim continued to say no, that’s when Hunter Montez had bitten her breast without consent. After she left Hunter Montez was then grounded for a week and once he had gotten his phone back he was met with the texts from the victim. She expressed discomfort, irritation and overall was angry at what he did to her. Hunter Montez then apologized for what he did and the victim said it was not okay.
Hunter Montez claims he had no idea she was a year younger than him and also claims nothing happened at his house. But why would he apologize for doing that when he allegedly didn’t do anything to her.

There are also other documented screenshots of Hunter Montez making unwanted sexual advances to other girls who have previously denied him or have shown no interest, He also has a pattern of flirting with any girl he can. Given this pattern of behavior, the allegations involving the 13 year old should warrant more consideration

The situation gained further attention when an Instagram post discussing the incident received a public reply from another individual who came forward with their own account of being harassed and bullied by Hunter. This corroborating testimony adds credibility to the existing allegations and suggests a pattern of misconduct.
Given the severity of these claims, particularly involving a minor, and the emergence of multiple accusers, these matters warrant serious consideration and further investigation.
Section 7: Sadbeetz Incident (2023)
This victim has chosen to remain anonymous, They posted on instagram about Hunter Montez being arrested for assault, Hunter Montez then replied “I didn’t who said that dumbass” They posted again quoting “nevermind his ass is still on the streets” and Hunter Montez replied saying “muahaha” After that reply the victim asked “who are you gonna assault next?” And Hunter Montez’s last reply said “U watch out” The victim perceives that as a threat and then goes to report the encounter and texts to the school.

In Gerberts recent TikTok’s he had said sad beetz isn’t him, then he says he owned that account at one point, gerbert is lying to back himself up in his “debunking” videos. And as expected, Hunter Montez claims all screenshots other than him apologizing for sexual assault on that account are fake.

Section 8: 2024 LIB HIGHSCHOOL
Following his expulsion from his previous school, Hunter Montez enrolled at Liberty High School (referred to herein as "Lib"). There, he formed friendships with several classmates, including an individual referred to as "N," with whom he became particularly close.
Hunter was subsequently suspended for one year due to an incident involving non-consensual physical contact with a male classmate, specifically, touching the classmate's genitals without permission.
Several months later, in August (shortly before his 17th birthday), Hunter messaged N via Instagram, disclosing that he had arranged to meet and engage in sexual activity with a 14-year-old he had encountered on the online platform *Roblox*. At the time, N did not have access to a phone and was using an Xbox to communicate via Instagram.
Upon receiving these messages, N copied the conversation and shared it with a friend, along with a statement expressing his intent to sever ties with Hunter. To corroborate their association, attached below are screen recordings of the conversation as well as photographs of N and Hunter together during past interactions.
Comment: I watched gerberts response video. So this is my response to his video. (This isn’t related to the document. I just felt the need to say it.) Gerbert says that you can take screen recordings on xbox, while that is true, N did not know of this. Which is the reason why he didn’t screen record.
What would N gain from this for telling his friend what Hunter did? Especially since this was a year before the gerbert allegations came up.
Section 9: sarah (2025)
Sarah first came across Gerbert (also known as Hunter) on TikTok. According to Sarah herself, she initially interacted with him by “making fun of him in his comment section,” after which he suddenly developed a crush on her. At this time, Gerbert was not as widely known as he is today, with an estimated following of around 10,000–30,000
They eventually exchanged Discord accounts and began talking privately. Over time, their conversations grew more personal, and Gerbert shared a significant amount of information about himself and his life.
In July, Sarah posted a slideshow containing her messages with Gerbert. These screenshots show him using racist and anti-Semitic language while using the alias “terrytickles.”
Sarah also made several claims about Gerbert, though she did not provide direct evidence for them and they should be taken with caution:
- She claimed he received a police letter related to child exploitation material.
- She claimed Gerbert is a “shotacon.”
- She claimed he used racial slurs during calls.
- She claimed he described biting a girl’s chest, after which the girl accused him of sexual assault. (Sarah identified this girl as 13 years old—something she likely would not have known unless Gerbert himself told her.)
- She claimed he was part of the alt-right community.
While some of these points remain unverified, there is public evidence that partially supports her statements. For example, Gerbert himself posted videos related to “Vril,” a term associated with alt-right ideology. Most of these videos have since been deleted, but at least one has been saved.
Sarah also claimed that Gerbert’s real name was not actually “Gerbert,” but that he refused to tell her his true identity. This claim is notable because it came before Gerbert eventually admitted that his real name is Hunter, which lends further credibility to her account.
In addition, Sarah provided both a screen recording and a screenshot that strongly tied the “terrytickles” account to Gerbert. One screenshot shows him talking about his TikTok account, and another shows him sending Sarah a long paragraph, ending with “-Gerbert.” His writing style in these messages was strikingly similar to the way he texted Cam. To confirm authenticity, Sarah also shared a screen recording, which included her searching his name and a friend of hers discussing Gerbert.
Despite this evidence, Gerbert denied the allegations, claiming the screenshots and recordings were fabricated. He further dismissed Sarah by pointing to her mental health and suggesting she only wanted his attention. However, the level of detail in the recordings makes this explanation unlikely, as Sarah would not have needed to search his name or include outside references if the evidence were fake.

This video also includes Gerbert stating that he is 18 years old. Notably, when the direct messages are opened, if paused at the beginning of the conversation, his full TikTok username is clearly visible at the top. This detail confirms that the messages are indeed associated with his account.

Section 10 : Cheating (2022-2023)
Screenshots document Gerbert threatening Aaron, a fellow student, after Aaron revealed to Gerbert’s girlfriend that he was using a dating app. This disclosure indicated that Gerbert was being unfaithful in the relationship. ( Which was confirmed by Gerbert himself in a video )

Section 11: 2025, 22 year old cosplayer.
Back in July Gerbert was texting a cosplayer who was 22 years old, they had become friends and once she asked how old Gerbert was he said he was 18 , which was a lie since Gerbert was a minor. After the cosplayer found out that he was a minor she had blocked him. in the messages, Gerbert had flirted with her and said and I quote “give me a chance” and also said he wanted to fly out to see her, if that friendship turned into a relationship she could’ve been in real legal trouble because of him lying about his age to her, the messages Gerbert sent highly imply he wanted to hook up with her. Especially considering the things he said listed above.
Gerbert has admitted this incident has happened, but denies he had any intention to flirt or hook up. But the messages Gerbert sent say very differently.

Section 12: the threat (2023-2025)
Hunter Montez claimed that he was falsely reported for making a threat, stating that he stayed home because he had knowledge of a supposed “threat” beforehand. However, this statement is another falsehood. In the screenshots provided below, Gerbert explicitly posted that he intended to “shoot up the school and kill everyone.” His stated reasoning for this was simply to secure a day off from school. Screenshots from the group chat further corroborate this.
Additionally, Hunter Montez encouraged others to repost Gerbert’s message so it would gain visibility and be reported. In his post, Gerbert directly stated: “I’m fr coming with a mag and emptying the whole thing on y’all mfs.”

Section 13: The friend group

(whom we will name JP) came forward and provided us with things he has done including messages and timelines.
In this screenshot of the timeline, you will see how Hunter had an instance of whipping his friend's girlfriend with a towel on her behind at a pool party. His friend group at the time thought it was weird but they shrugged it off, though they kept a closer eye on him.
A few months later, more controversy appeared and people kept going up to JP questioning him on why he was still friends with a creepy guy like Hunter.
The allegations got so bad that Hunter faked a school threat to avoid going to school. After this incident, Hunter got expelled and had tried to contact his old friend group. However, they were upset with it and instead cut off contact with him completely.

Section 14: Sarah.. again
Sarah has come forward to confirm that the screen recordings of her interactions with the account terrytickles are, in fact, linked to Gerbert. In the clips provided below, Gerbert can be seen offering her $200 in exchange for deleting her Discord account, an action intended to silence her.
Gerbert had also made her lie about her age being older in order to make the relationship between them look better.
Gerbert was also caught engaging in sexually explicit texts with Sarah. This behavior is disgusting considering she just turned fifteen and he is eighteen.
In this video below, gerbert says that the girl he was talking to is “15” which is referencing sarah.
Section 15: vril bert (2025)
Gerbert created an alternate account for the purpose of posting content related to Agartha Vril.
If you are not aware already, vril is related to antisemitism.
He created this account after the document was released against him and rushed to the far-right in order to be accepted in that community. Though, it only made things worse for him.

Section 16: gerbert and 4chan (2025 FEBRUARY)
An individual has come forward to share their experience with Gerbert during the time he had 30,000 followers. This individual had met gerbert on roblox, they then exchanged socials and talked for a bit. This individual explains how gerbert was incredibly racist, and had sexual attraction to his own mother.

Which matches what hightierman showed in his messages with Gerbert confirms Gerbert is indeed racist.
Recently a few TikTok creators who were speaking about Gerbert on live were doxxed on 4chan, It is suspected that Gerbert leaked the numbers, Which correlates with Gerbert using 4chan
Section 17: vid con girl (july 2025)
An individual who wishes to remain anonymous has come forward with her account of an incident involving Gerbert at VidCon. According to her statement, the interaction began when Gerbert complimented her appearance and asked for her social media information. The following day, they spent time together walking around the event.
In her account, she explains that Gerbert initially touched her in a subtle manner but gradually became more forward, eventually placing his hands underneath her clothing. She described feeling scared and uncomfortable throughout the interaction and emphasized that she had shown no interest in him at any point.
The account also mentions that a third party was present with them during this time. In addition, there were witnesses who claim to have seen Gerbert behaving in a physical manner with the girl. A video has been shared as evidence by one of these witnesses.
According to her statement, after Gerbert touched her underneath, he invited her to a private lounge designated for creators. She agreed, explaining that she felt pressured and guilty, but once inside the lounge he continued to touch her, including her waist and other areas. She stated that the experience left her feeling disgusted and violated.
Her mother later filed a report regarding the incident. However, despite the filing, it is believed that no significant action was taken in response.

SECTION 18: GERBERT AND HIS MOTHER.
Gerbert has had a history of being often sexual towards other women.
However, you could never guess that one of those women, were his one and only mother.
Gerbert had told sarah about him watching incest porn mother x son videos. You could say that these could have been just fantasies and he would not have actual sexual thoughts for his mother, but, in this one live, one of his friends mention how he has had multiple dreams of groping his mother in a sexual manner.
Going back to section 17, the individual who used to talk to him, also mentioned him purposefully finding incest mother x son stories on 4chan which he would masturbate to and imagine that it was his mother.

Section 19: falsifying evidence and harassment
Gerbert was recently exposed for fabricating evidence against Semden, in collaboration with another individual known as pslgod69. Their actions included editing messages to create the false impression that Semden had been communicating with a 15-year-old.
In addition, pslgod69 engaged in direct harassment of Semden, joining servers to direct slurs toward him and even telling him that he deserved to die.
Following these events, Semden and several other content creators publicly called out Gerbert and his associates for producing falsified screenshots. In response, Gerbert has reportedly created alternative accounts to spread misinformation and portray himself as a victim, despite his involvement in generating the fabricated evidence.
Personal note : gerbert why say other people are doing that when you're the pedophile? You sexted that 15 year old girl not him.
Gerbert has gone as far as to bring another creator in to help him make fake evidence against Semden. -P
Gerbert has also attempted to extort Semden, explicitly requesting money in private messages. These exchanges suggest that Gerbert intended to use falsified evidence as leverage to blackmail Semden. The messages themselves reveal significant inconsistencies, making it evident that the material was fabricated, particularly given the manner in which Gerbert communicated
