Please read these simple rules before you enter any of my giveaways.

By entering any of my competitions you agree to be bound by these rules. If you don’t read Crystals Random Thoughts on a regular basis then it may be a good idea to subscribe to my blog via email. This way you will never miss the winner announcement post about how to claim your prize! These giveaways are solely funded by me (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to my guidelines.

• You must be 18 or older to participate in giveaways.

• Only members of my blog are eligible to participate - other additional rules may apply.

•  I will use Rafflecoptor for some of my giveaways - please check additional criteria required with it.

• I have three types of giveaways on Crystals random Thoughts. Those provided by a publisher, by an author, or those provided personally by the blog owner. Giveaway prizes provided by publishers and authors will be clearly stated.

• Whenever possible, I will try to keep the giveaways to an electronic format to ensure my giveaways are open worldwide unless a specified region(s) is noted.

• All winners will be drawn at random; the judge’s decision is final. No debate will be entered into.

• Winners will be contacted via the email address they provided and given 48 hours to respond before a new winner is chosen. Please DO NOT email/contact me with your details by any other means other than those stated above.

• Giveaways that are sponsored by Author/publisher are subject to their guidelines. Please review their policies provided in the giveaway post.

• If you win a prize offered by a publisher or author, your details will be passed confidentially onto the relevant person. It will then be the publisher/authors responsibility to supply you with the prize. While all prizes are offered in the utmost confidence, Crystals Random Thoughts has no control as to when these will be sent out and takes no responsibility for their non-arrival.

• All name and address details submitted for giveaways will be discarded as soon as the winner has claimed their prize. They will not be passed onto publishers or used for marketing purposes, other than for the reason stated above.

• For prizes offered personally by the owner of Crystals Random Thoughts, prizes will be posted out to winners within a week of the winner’s postal address details being supplied. However, in some circumstances this may be longer due to special situations.

• Crystals Random Thoughts takes no responsibility for any postal delays or errors that may occur. Unfortunately books lost or mislaid in the post cannot be replaced. Please don’t forget this is a personal blog and non-publisher prizes are paid for from my pocket.

• Terms & conditions subject to change at anytime, and we reserve the right to end or cancel -without notice or reason- any giveaway.

•  Entrants found not following the rules will be disqualified without notice.
