When you visit our mobile application TurfPlay and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy policy, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please read this privacy policy carefully, as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the App, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, participating in activities on the App, or otherwise contacting us.
To provide slot bookings, location search, and chat features, we require access to specific device features:
Device Details: We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information includes device and application characteristics, operating system, language preferences, device name, and country location.
We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:
Feedback & Moderation: To publish product/turf reviews and maintain a safe platform environment.
Compliance with Legal Obligations: To comply with safety protocols, tax guidelines, or law enforcement requests.
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We share data with the following categories of third-party processors:
Backend & Cloud Infrastructure: Google Firebase (Firebase Auth, Firestore Database, Cloud Storage) to store user data, chat messages, and images securely.
Map & Navigation Services: Google Maps API (to render maps and process coordinates).
Push Notification Services: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Local Notifications to trigger alerts.
Payment Collection: We do not use integrated payment gateways within the app. All payments are handled manually by users outside of the platform (e.g., direct payments to turf owners or cash). The app only maintains logs of these transaction statuses for booking management.
Advertising Services: Advertising: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect certain device information, such as your advertising ID, to provide personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings.
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We respect your right to control your data.
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time directly through the App settings (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting us at

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal details, profile data, turf uploads, and chat histories from our active databases within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. All communications between the App and Firebase servers are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the App within a secure environment.
Our App does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
