Asterism is an fanzine made by Orbits all around the world to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of LOOΠΔ. The fanzine will trace their history, from their solo debut to the group debut. All the profits will go to charity. More information about the charity will be given later.

Asterism means “a group of stars”, just like LOOΠΔ, who shines like stars together!

Theme

The theme of this fanzine, as said above, is the history of LOOΠΔ. Every artist will have to chose one song (see below) and will have to make a piece with the chosen song as a theme. It can be a redrawing of a scene(s) from the M/V or an interpretation that the artist has of the lyrics, for example.

Artists who choose the OT12 songs are asked to draw at least 3 members. As for the songs with a featuring (e.g. Egoist), if the artist can add the member featuring the song, that would be really appreciated!

This fanzine is SFW and it’s not centered around ships, so please avoid making your drawing around ships. Drawings like members hugging, for example, are totally fine! Again, we can discuss about your ideas!

  • What’s a fanzine?

→ A fanzine is a small magazine which can contain illustrations, texts, photographs, etc. For this project, the fanzine will contain fanarts from orbits.

  • Will there be a physical copy of the fanzine?

→ This will mostly depend on how many people are interest in buying a physical copy, but I hope that it will be possible! It’ll be a A5 fanzine.

  • Who can participate?

→ Everyone is welcomed to applicate as an artist or a merch artist! You can apply to both, depending on the number of application, you might be chosen to do both (if you would like to).

  • How many artists will be chosen?

→ We will need 42 artists for the fanzine. For the merch, we’ll need 4-5 artists.

  • Will the artists receive a physical copy?

→ If there’s enough profits, everyone who will participate in this project will receive a physical copy (& merch). They’ll get a free pdf version of the fanzine along with the digital merch anyway.

  • How much will the fanzine cost?

→ For the pdf version, the fanzine only (without any digital merch) will cost 5$ / 4€60. As for the physical copy, the fanzine only (without any digital or physical merch) will cost 7$ / 7€50 (shipping fees not included). Please note that the price may change. For the shipping fees, note that it’ll be sent from France & the price will depend on what you order.

  • What kind of goodies will we get?

→ For digital merch, you’ll get a wallpaper (mobile version & desktop version) ; icons ; sticker sheet printable. For physical merch, you’ll get a sticker sheet ; print(s) ; photocards. Please note that there may be changes!
