SUBSCRIPTION & DELIVERY

An acknowledgement email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 36 hours of the subscription(s) being ordered by thephoenix.ie Your subscription(s) will start immediately with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself. It can take approximately 2 weeks for delivery of your first magazine. The delivery date is determined by the date that you order and the print date of the next available

Persons must be over 18 years to purchase a subscription from The Phoenix.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns unless there is a problem with the goods. If you need to return damaged goods, contact admin@thephoenix.ie to request a returns document, which must be printed and attached to your parcel. Post the goods back to us with all paperwork enclosed and we will post out another copy. Note: Postage on returned damaged goods will be borne by The Phoenix.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not issue refunds for any time left on a subscription.

We at The Phoenix respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Website Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and laser cards. Payment details are collected over webpages secured by SSL and transmitted in an encrypted format for offline processing by Phoenix Magazine. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Maestro cards.

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
