Ecco is our online platform for facilitating communication between GASPS providers, state managers, TA/coaches, and evaluation.  The current version of Ecco serves two purposes: documenting and tracking technical assistance provision, and acting as a repository for implementation plan reports.

Ecco for TTA

When providers run into problems during the SPF process, the easiest and most efficient way to request help is by submitting an Ecco request.  When a request is submitted, it is immediately sent to state managers, TA/coaches, and the evaluation team.  This greatly reduces response time because answers get directed to the right person the first time.

Ecco for Reports

Providers in the fourth step of the SPF process are required to create and follow implementation plans.  As a provision of the State’s technical assistance contract, implementation plans are reviewed on a monthly basis, prompting individual and system-wide TA.  Ecco for Reports serves as a central repository for monthly implementation plans, ensuring that all parties are able to review the most current version of each IP in a timely manner.

Ecco can be accessed in two ways: either from the GASPS site, or directly at Ecco.ga-sps.org.  To access from the GASPS site, go to www.ga-sps.org, then click “Help/IP Reports.”  From the next page, you can either request technical assistance or upload reports.


Requesting Technical Assistance

Check the “Request TTA” box.  Then fill the form with your contact information, provide a short description of the problem you are facing, and upload any relevant documents.  ECCO highlight 3.JPGECCO highlight 4.JPG

Then click “Submit.”  You will receive an email confirming that the system accepted your request.  You can expect a response within 48 hours.

Check the “Upload Report” box.  Then fill the form with your contact information, select the report you wish to upload, then click “Upload.”  Only Excel files with the extension .xls or .xlsx are currently being accepted by the system.  You will receive a confirmation email stating that the system accepted your report.  


Accessing the Ecco Dashboard

Access the Ecco dashboard by signing into the Ecco system.  This can be done in one of two ways: either from the GASPS site, or directly at Ecco.ga-sps.org.  To access from the GASPS site, visit www.ga-sps.org and click the blue button in the top righthand corner.  ECCO 1.JPG

If you have an existing username and password, log into the Ecco dashboard from the next screen.  If not, click “Join Now” at the top of the screen to create one.  Fill in the required information and click “Create a new account” at the bottom of the screen.ECCO highlight 2.JPG

Logging in to Ecco allows you access to additional tools and features for communicating with your TA team about requests for help.  First, see notifications at the top righthand corner of your screen.

To view Training and Technical Assistance updates, click “TTA Updates.”  From the next page, you will be able to check on the status of TA requests.  You can also create a new request by clicking the link at the top of the page.ECCO highlight 7.JPG

You can also search for previously submitted requests using the toolbar in the middle of the page.  Additionally, you can send messages to your TA team, respond to messages that they have previously sent, and communicate about your request in general.ECCO highlight 8.JPG

From the Dashboard, you can also view comments from TA/coaches and RPS regarding Implementation Plans.  First, click “Reports” to enter the Report Dashboard.  You can sort and search for past reports using the blue toolbar in the middle of the page.  To upload a new report, click “Upload Report.”

To view the current month’s IP, click “Report 1” in the agency box.  Report 2 will be from one month previous, and Report 3 will be from two months previous.  You can also view report comments and communicate with TA/coaches and RPS.
