City titles are $150 and are required for the state pageant. Each city titleholder will receive an official city sash to wear proudly while representing at the state pageant, making appearances, or volunteering. Complete the City Title Request Form and send payment at time of submission to:

Tentative Schedule:

Saturday will include registration, rehearsals, and interviews. Sunday will feature onstage competition shows, and the official crowning ceremony.                                                                               Please note, we will start early Saturday morning, plan accordingly!

Once you are registered, you will be placed in the official roster and will receive important delegate communications that will be sent out leading up to the pageant via Facebook messenger. Arkansas State Elementary America Information

The 2026 Miss Arkansas Elementary America State Pageant is an official state pageant for the Miss Elementary America National Pageant. State winners will represent their state in Little Rock, Arkansas on June 26-29, 2026. Nickname titles are invited to compete at nationals as well as any requested appointed titles. You MUST compete at the Arkansas State pageant to qualify for nationals. *Explanation of division: Delegates must compete as if they were competing in the national pageant in the summer of 2026. Entry fees of 250.00 are due no later than October 1st, 2025.

Divisions: Grade As of Fall 2026

*Pre-K/K * 1st Grade * 2nd Grade * 3rd Grade * 4th Grade * 5th Grade * 6th Grade

Competition Includes:

  • Evening Gown 40% (Floor Length formal ball gown)
  • Interview 40% No makeup allowed in interview.  (3 Minutes, standing, panel).
  • Fashion Runway 20% (Dressy Outfit of Choice) No props, hats, headpieces, or denim. Shorts must be appropriate and conservative length

Awards:

  • Three titles will be awarded at the Arkansas State Pageant
  • Arkansas- highest total in each division
  • Diamond State- second highest in each division
  • Natural State- people's choice in each division
  • All three titles will receive the official crown and sash along with flowers.
  • Alternates – a first, second and third alternate will also be awarded in each age division
  • Overall awards – awards will be given for gown, fun fashion, and interview in each age division.

  • Headshot: A contestant headshot must be emailed by October 1, 2025 for photogenic and people’s choice on social media. Photos must be in color, high resolution. Headshot only.   No full body shots are acceptable. Email headshot to: arkansasqueenteam@gmail.com
  • Shows will move straight through. Quick change, touch ups and back to line up.
  • Winners will attend a contract signing immediately following crowning along with one parent.

   Arkansas State Jr High, High, & Collegiate Information

 The 2026 Miss Arkansas Junior High, High School and Collegiate America State Pageants are an official state pageant for the Miss Junior High School, High School and Collegiate America Pageant. State winners will represent their state in Little Rock, Arkansas at the National Pageant on June 27- July 2, 2026. Nickname titles are invited to compete at nationals as well as any requested appointed titles. You MUST compete at the Arkansas State pageant to qualify for nationals.Entry fees of 350.00 are due October 1st, 2025.

Your interview resume is due October 1st! Follow the format of the example attached. Must be only one page, on a solid white background, and emailed to arkansasqueenteam@gmail.com. 

Division:

  • Jr High - 6th through 8th grade.
  • High School - 9th through 11th grade
  • Collegiate - 12th Grade to currently enrolled in a University, Trade School, Beauty School, or a continuing education program.

*Explanation: Contestants must compete as if they were competing in the national pageant in the summer of 2026.

Phases of competition:

  • Interview (40%). Your choice of outfit, dress, romper, jumpsuit. (5 Minutes, standing, panel)
  • Evening Gown (40%) JH- Ball gown, HS - small slit to the knee, Collegiate - Slit allowed
  • Fashion Runway (20%) - No props, hats, headpieces, or denim. Shorts must be appropriate and conservative length

  • Arkansas- highest total in each division
