20 high knees
20 heel kicks
20 squats
10 push ups
10 back extensions
10 leg raises
10 bicycle crunches
120 exercises per circuit.
Aim to do at least three circuits. Stretch afterwards. A few minutes of jogging beforehand to warm up is recommended.
