Unfortunately, due to the high demand for places at this year’s festival, not all vendor applicants will be successful, we apologise in advance. This may be due to compliance issues, lack of insurance, and there may be too many applicants related to one field of wellness. Please feel free to apply again next year.

  4. Any equipment required for your booth is to be provided by you. We will not be providing tents, tables, chairs etc for your space. We only provide designated space for vendors.
  5. Provide details of what equipment ie small tent, table, chairs, stall etc that you intend to use/bring to the event

  1. Booth Fee is 100 for wellness vendors and 150 for larger food vendors
  2. Payment Method will be given upon acceptance
  3. Refund Policy: once payment is made, there are no refunds
  1. Health & Safety Agreement
  1. Compliance Confirmation: you agree upon completing this form that you will apply with all health and safety regulations that will be sent out upon successful application
  2. Insurance Details: you will need to have full liability  insurance for your business, this will need to be sent to us. If you do not have insurance you will be unable to attend as a vendor.

Terms & Conditions Agreement: You the vendor agree to our terms, which could include rules regarding booth setup, conduct at the event: which includes following rules and regulations as requested by event organisers, complying with health and safety regulations,following orders of event organisers on the day, and cancellation policies.
  3. Liability Waiver: upon successful application will you be able to include a waiver that absolves the event organizers of responsibility for accidents or injuries.
  1. Program of events if you are interested in being part of the program of events that will take place in the big tent (main stage) then please fill us in on what you would like to offer (this will be a 45 minute slot, with the next act coming on at the hour).
  2. Program of events 2 if you want to do a smaller class or workshop that will not be on the main stage please let us know what that would be. We are also open to you doing a smaller scale piece behind your event space. Fill us in on what you would like to offer.
