Dear Chief Inspector Van  Vooren,

In annex you will find the wallet of Dr Adèle Daleke Lisi Aluma which I found in the library of UCL^[1] Saint-Luc, the University Hospital in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (see picture in annex_01).

In normal circumstances I would have brought the wallet to the police a long time ago, to make sure that it is returned to the owner as quickly as possible.  I had a look inside the wallet to find a phone number or an address of the person, and I didn't find any.   What I did find were possible indications of human trafficking (comments on p. ).  

Perhaps the case of Dr Adèle Daleka will provide the answers to the many questions I had concerning a foreign mafia in human trafficking which is actively operating in Morocco, and which is producing thousands of victims per year, primarily young women, children, and young men too (p. ).   Who is the mafia ?  Where do they live ?  Where does the dirty money go ?

Could it be that the campus of the UCL University Hospital is used to cover up terrible things such as prostitution (p. ) ?   I am asking the question because this is beyond my imagination.  Medicine and prostitution would be really a diabolical combination (p.  and p. 00).   Is this a dream or reality ?   To be sure that I am not dreaming, I took the time to investigate this myself first, before I turn in the wallet.

I have asked the question to a few foreign students in the library of UCL Saint-Luc, during the various times that I've been there recently.  They have all said: "Cela ne m'étonnerais pas" (“it wouldn't surprise me”).  They all confirmed that it is for sure the case in UCL Louvain-La-Neuve.  Though if this could also be possible in Saint Luc in Brussels, they don't know, "parce-que c'est quand-même un hôpital ici" (because in this is a hospital).  They think the chance is smaller, that what is part of the ordinary course of business in Louvain-La-Neuve, could also happen in Saint-Luc, because it would be contrary to the ethics in the health care.

I bet it is precisely for this reason that things are much worse at UCL Saint-Luc (p. ). No one would dare to think that filthy things are possible here, and because of this strong conviction, an investigation would never take place.  I have summarized my findings in this dossier. I thought it important to hand in my comments at the same time as the wallet of Adèle, so that some important details, which I've found in the wallet, would not escaped your attention (p. ).

I have made use of the incident to include as many charges as possible against UCL Saint-Luc in this dossier, because I've discovered some time ago that the UCL has been using my concepts for the ethnic diversity, with which they attract the foreign students (p.  to p. 00).

Filing a regular complaint related to the plagiarism by UCL Saint-Luc alone will not change anything. Without additional objections my complaint against plagiarism would be too weak in the face of such a powerful Institute.  I wouldn't win against them with only just that aspect of the problem, because the plagiarism is part of a system in which scam, the embezzlement of subsidies, and money laundering are the norm.

A complete legal dossier which will level UCL Saint-Luc to the ground, is what will change something  for everyone and in a definitive way.  Therefore I am adding to the dossier all that I can possibly find against them, but absolutely everything.  That can go from the premises on which UCL-Saint-Luc is built (p. ), the illegal workers (such as in the construction, in the alleged prostitution and in the nursing), the fake government scholarships (p. , p. ), the subsidies (p. ), to the incredibly dirty condition of the toilets in the library of the UCL Saint-Luc, which tells enough about the quality of the medical program of this university.  You should put all this down in your book of charges against UCL Saint-Luc, as soon as you find irregularities in the situation of Dr. Adèle Daleke (p. ).

So, in addition to the fate of Dr Adèle Daleke, I am adding on page  the case of Dr. Amine Matta, a Lebanese surgeon who possibly works for almost 30 years at the UCL Saint-Luc as a money launderer through the export of second-hand cars and antiquaries.  My suspicions started when I read about money laundering models on the website of the FBI.  I definitely think that Dr. Amine Matta is a shareholder of the UCL Saint-Luc university and hospital, and that his export garage is part of the UCL Saint-Luc system, in this way.   I also suspect that Mr Azoulay is a shareholder of UCL Saint-Luc, because I don't see why he would otherwise forward all my projects to this particular university, if it wasn't for earning lots of money.

The eyes of Dr Amine Matta fell on me 24 years ago.  Back then, I made observations with which I was not comfortable.  I had the impression that he had several relationships with women going on.   Today I realize that it's quite possible that he may have been a victim of male prostitution, in exchange for the very high medical specializations which he has accomplished (p. ).  I was also too young and inexperienced to understand that our relationship was intentionally being disrupted by the mafia who constantly sent women to him (p. 00) and by accusing me unfairly of serious crime that I never have committed (p. ).  You can find more about my observations I have made 24 years ago, starting from page 00.

So Dr Matta is our man, for he will certainly know everything about the UCL Saint-Luc system. Once I understood nothing of his situation, but thanks to the wallet of Dr Adèle Daleke, I do know today that he too needs our help to get out of a situation of economic tyranny (p. , , ). It's the same tyranny which causes the plagiarism and perhaps also the illegal establishment of the UCL Saint-Luc campus on someone else's territory right at the disputed language border. These issues are but the tip of the iceberg, because underneath much worse things must be happening.

Everything seems to indicate that UCL Saint-Luc concerns the same international mafia (p. 00, 00), who causes the delays for my investment projects.  They are the same people who control the underworld of UCL Saint-Luc, in which human trafficking, such as prostitution, is connected to the development cooperation (p. ), to the foreign students.  They are the same mafia who is responsible for the general fiscal tyranny in this country and elsewhere through which entire populations are threatened to fall behind at such a fast rate because of the phenomenal sovereign debts ().  It is the same mafia who forges residence documentation (p. ), because inside the campus of the UCL Saint-Luc in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (Brussels), there is a city hall of Louvain-La-Neuve which probably delivers identity cards to the foreign students.  That in itself would be the falsification of the municipal authority (p. ).  The mafia is apparently managed by the Belgian State because the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is involved (p. 00, 00). The mafia also seems to closely follow instructions from the Palace in Morocco (00).

My work would not be complete if I only introduce the complaint and if I indicate people to you, without helping you solve the case, if you allow me.  All the above-mentioned situations are not new in Belgium, they always keep coming back.  In the 80 's the mafia brought boats full of Thai and Filipino women to Europe to work as slaves in the sex business.  The Flemish journalist and writer Chris De Stoop has testified about this in his famous book "They are so sweet Sir".  In the 90's the East Europeans were the victims of the mafia. Now it restarts again. Why is that ?  That's because the mafia in the 1980ies and the 1990ies was not rolled up.   And, why is that ?  The investigations did not go far enough and the underlying problem was not understood.

The underlying problem is the injustice ().  That's what comes back constantly and that's what should finally disappear in order to build up a happy society.  That's where I will try to help you, if one is open for this, because I will tell you some sensitive matter, with which not everyone is going to feel comfortable.  However, for how long can the eyes stay shut for the real problems in the Belgian society ?   Without the truth, there will never be justice in this country.

"Injustice" is a vague term like "democracy" and "freedom" are also vague terms with which no system can be built up or dismantled.  Words or terms won't serve the purpose, but models or profiles will.  As an Inspector you will certainly agree with me.  One must first understand the model or the system which makes that prostitution and violence against foreign women comes back repeatedly in this country.   In this case we are dealing with an economic system, because there is money being made with those things.

My finding is that all the above-mentioned complaints are rooted in Zionism (p.).  Zionism is an economic model.  That is why as a woman, as a Muslim and as a Moroccan I am very hardly hit by it.  But I'm not alone.  The whole of Belgium is a victim in several ways, but especially in the  costly way in which the health care is connected to scientific research, which I will elaborate in this dossier on page  as an additional charge against the UCL Saint-Luc.

If this campus is the hub of an international network of human trafficking, then the only possible correction is a complete dismantling of the University campus of UCL in Brussels, so that all the other Belgian universities are warned.

This can be best achieved through the cooperation of the people who play a vital role inside the UCL-financial system, and who nevertheless were also fooled by their hierarchy in a dramatic way, to the degree that their destiny has been irrevocably changed.  The extreme degree is Satanic (p. 00) and one of the affected people is Dr Amine Matta.  You will find the plan for dismantlement from page  onward.  

A shutdown would generate some serious savings, especially in the so-called scientific research (p. ), in order to keep the current public budget in balance.  This document must therefore be considered as a list of charges against the UCL Saint-Luc, with the intention to make it collapse from all sides.

Chapter I:         

The Fake Projects at UCL Saint-Luc

In this section, I am drawing the attention to the new ideas that the mafia found in my documents,  which they gathered in different ways.  The new ideas are used for publicity to attract the same target group like the one which inspired me to think out the solutions and which required a different approach for making them socio-economically dynamic.  Behind the colorful publicity of Panacea Mundus, for example, an education program of the UCL Saint-Luc, involving the global diversity, some totally different intentions are hiding than the suggested improvements for whatever socio-economic group.   I am illustrating how predictable the bad intentions are.

The Discovery of Fake Projects at UCL

UCL has served herself eagerly with many new concepts that are similar to what I have prepared such as the  " Centre de Competence Clinique ", meaning " Skill Center " (see photo in annex _02 ) . On the windows of that shop a colorful poster hangs containing the word "Panacea Program" and "Panacea Scholarship" (annex _03 ) .

This is very similar to my plan for a "Center for Excellence in Diversity Competence and Globalization" (2006 ) with the “Value Added Skills Training Center” (2006 ), which I wanted to launch ( in partnership with the Université Libre International and ArcelorMittal annex_04 ). That plan has drawn the attention of the mafia, most likely via SABAM where I copyrights protected it, after which Daniel Renson started watching me in an obsessive way. I suspect that the Panacea Program is a copy of my plan.

I laughed when I first discovered this plagiarism, back in autumn 2013, because copying a concept based on a paper leads to absurd creations like this "Centre de  Competence Clinique".    What is the university campus itself, then ?   Is UCL Saint - Luc not a clinical competence center... or does the Panacea Program require a different set of skills ?

The Saint-Luc library is there right next to it and I passed by there often enough to notice nothing happening in the Panacea program shop, compared to the promises on the program posters.   The "Skill Center" is always closed.   One time it was open, and the lights were on.   I have seen a . South East Asian youth walking in there.   The shop did not seem crowded.  It was actually empty, apart from the youth.  It looks like they do not know what skills they need to sell there.

I imagine that the word "panacea" indicates multicultural or diversity. Hence the colorful decoration on the website, with faces from around the world ( annex_05 ), apparently inspired by the United Chambers website that I myself put together ( annex _06 ).   The logo of UCL Saint as a whole has also changed recently.  It used to be letters in red with the statue of Our Lady Mary next to it.  Now it contains all the colors of the rainbow (see photo in annex_30 ).  Now it also suggests a bit “panacea” or diversity.


Erasmus Mundus ( EU) and the Credibility of Panacea Mundus ( UCL )

A recent PISA study indicates that racial segregation exists in Belgium, compared with other European countries, and that it starts in the education^[2],^[3],^[4].   PISA^[5] is a program of the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development).

The PISA survey, basically says that Belgium is fooling herself with the cultural segregation in the education. Belgium is now filled with schools with a rich cultural baggage where everyone learns something from everyone, and schools with a poor cultural baggage where no one learns something new, because everyone knows the same, thinks the same, speaks the same.  The final result of this  inequality will be a total bankruptcy of the Belgian educational system : the mono-cultural schools will have to close because these schools count too few students, given the low birth rate in this social group.  The multicultural schools will have to close too because of overpopulation and too few budgets to run them.  They are located in poorer communities, where the birth rate is very high, where the unemployment is also high and where the population generates fewer revenues from taxes to support the schools.  A total bankruptcy of the Belgian education is what the PISA study is warning Belgium for.

Therefore, something is not right with the Panacea Mundus concept: if the PISA survey indicates that there is (racial) inequality in the Belgian education, why do they bring students from Asia and Africa to Belgium through programs such as Panacea Mundus, UCL Coopération au Développement ( annex_07A and 07B ) and Universitaire pour le Développement Commission ( annex _08 ) ?   Are the young migrants who are born here not from the same countries whare Belgium exports educational programs to ?   Are they not the same people as those who they attract in Asia and in Africa with the Panacea Mundus program (see annex_09 for the list of countries) ?   Why on the one hand do they create inequality, and on the other hand they bring accross foreign students to reflect "equality" ?   Or, are they bringing the students from the Southern countries with different intentions to Belgium?

Besides the sharp inequality in the Belgian education, the high rates of discrimination (link insertion), Belgium made ​​a bad name for herself with to the pedophilia scandals like Dutroux and Derochette.  This country must be considered hostile to children and young people.

If we take the two reputations together – inequality and pedophilia – and you add the young foreign students to this, an international network of universities, and the export of the most expensive courses (such as medical sciences), what outcome would you get ?

The outcome is indeed an international network of human trafficking and money laundering of the proceeds from crime, through the sale (or the exports) of expensive trainings to foreing countries, and through the grants which UCL itself dispenses (see example in annex_10) . That 's the criminal way in which something like " Panacea Mundus " is seeking international recognition, I think.

Therefore, the Panacea Mundus program at the UCL is not convincing at all. The PISA study shows that no ' panacea ' in the education exists in Belgium.   So, the chances are high that they bring across the Asian and the African youth to Belgium with the Panacea Mundus program, not for offering them a quality development, but for something completely different.


Panacea Mundus a Program for Fooling the Poor Countries ( scenario) ?

I noticed on the posters of the "Skill Center" that UCL Saint - Luc is very active in the cooperation development (see photo in annex_07B).  I imagine the UCL gives presentations of the Panacea Mundus program in the universities of the developing countries towards which thousands of candidates naturally flow to to become doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, lab technicians, dentists, paramedics “in Europe” ...

With all the data that I 've collected in this study and with what I know about the UCL university , I can imagine the following scenario, in which the student abroad and his government are rolled by the UCL Saint - Luc :

The mafioso, who actually can not stand the people of South travels to the developing  countries ( annex_08 , 09 , 38), and he says the following to the poor students :

“Wait for a time, let met send you to Belgium where they will definitely help you become a doctor. You will receive a scholarship which includes the plane ticket, the enrollment, the course books, all the expenses for the identity papers, passports, visas, the medical expenses, the insurances and the  public transport (annex_26 to 28).  You will have to pay yourself for renting a room (see p 33 and annex_29), for the utilitarian costs (like the heating) and the consumption (the food, the phone, etc.).   If you are interested, we have plenty of jobs for students in Belgium.   With just a few hours working you will earn sufficiently to pay for the room and to send some money to your family in your country.”

That's the conversation that I can imagine taking place during the selection, in which only the beautiful and the healthiest people get a chance, but – to put it in Mafia terms – not the the fatties, the flats and the tall street lanterns, even though they can be brilliant.

Of course, the inexperienced student does not see pitfalls immediately, to know in advance that he or she will be standing in the cold, without a roof and without food.  The student is only focused on “Europe” (wow !), on "the masters program" and on "the grant from the Belgian government" that are presented to him or her like some goodies.   The student becomes impatient because he or she is being given a weekend job that will cover all the costs.  

Of course, the offer is beneficial for the government of the developing country when a foreign university (or supposed government) wants to pick up the university bill (annex_08).   In this way, the government of that country is prepared to strengthen the friendship with Belgium behind which lurks a dangerous mafia (example Belgian Campus is South Africa), and for which the doors will open more.  This gives “Panacea Mundus” worldwide fame as one of the best programs in the world “for studying in Europe” and for producing medical staff.  UCL will position itself as a reference of "quality education" as they usually try in all possible areas.   That is how UCL advertises herself as "an authority" which one should not put into question.

The poor parents will exert pressure on the student to leave for Brussels as soon as possible because of the financial help they will receive when the student gets a weekend job in Belgium.  Then, all the brothers and sisters can also go to school.  "Such an opportunity to become a doctor in Europe will never occur a second time".  That is how the poor get themselves conquered by the UCL , without much difficulty.


As soon as the youngsters from around the world arrive in Brussels, something changes in the promising "Panacea Mundus" program of UCL Saint-Luc with which they were going to discover Europe and with which they were going to become doctors.  First, they will notice that nothing happens as planned.  Then no course even seems to exist (annex_05B) but they will not dare to think that this is not a serious program, because the Ministry of Education of their country said it is one of the best programs in the world to "study" in Europe and that UCL is a  “reference” because it is ranked the 8th best school in the world according to www.best-masters.com (annex_07C)...

  The illusion is stronger than the reality.  

Then, they thought they arrived in Brussels, but the housing department of the UCL Saint-Luc tells them that the address of their accommodation on the campus is in Louvain-La-Neuve, even though it is located in Brussels (p.32).  They arrived with a “passport” and “a valid visa to circulate within the Schengen borders”, but they are told by the UCL administration that they may not leave the campus to far, until their ID cards are ready.  Perhaps they were smuggled into the country with a visa for tourists and if the police finds out that they are using such visas for going  to college, their case will attract the attention of the legal authorities, and that is how everything comes to light.  It is better that the police knows nothing about the foreign students at UCL Saint-Luc (annex_30, about the private domain).

The students will eventually notice that nothing matches the idealistic (or idyllic) “Panacea Mundus” presentation that the mafioso gave in their country before the departure.  They just hope that everything will turn out fine.  That is how UCL keeps the students hanging on to hope with nice words ...

The hope begins to sag when they discover that UCL does not own a program for everything , even a little , but that they must follow in different schools and universities like the ULB ( annex_26A ) , making their purses thick with student cards for every school where they have classes. They not only have to enroll again everywhere, but they also have to pay a new tuition with all the schools they are sent to, for getting their master degree, and all those extra expenses were unplanned  ( annex_28 ). Most students will pay and keep quiet about it, and that is how nobody will ever know that Panacea Mundus is a swindle that makes small amounts of money disappear from the pockets of the poor foreign students in a slow manner, just like you pluck the feathers to a chicken.  

That is how crime money – which the students receive on their bank accounts in their home countries – is whitewashed and pumped into the Belgian economy (example Visa debit card of Trust Merchant Bank  (a Rothschild bank of course !) in Congo, in annex_27 –).  They give them a “so-called” student grant, and then they cause them to make lots of spending on enrollment in the different schools of the same mafia network, on buying course books, on paying interests, on paying for the exams, and on anything related to the campus where they are accommodated (grocery shop, stationary shop, sandwich bars, restaurants and cafés, the vending machines).  The mafia is earning the crime money back under the form of benefits, without needing to transfer any illegal funds by themselves.  The foreign student is doing that for them.  The student and his government of his country praise Belgium for being so generous and for caring about the condition of the medical sector in the developing country.

From the day of their arrival, they were advised that for complaints and problems with anything they should turn to the social service at some absurd town hall on the campus of UCL (page ..), where they get the temporary identity card, because if they go to the police with their complaint “then it will take months to resolve their problem” (read more on page 33).  The students believe that and they never file a complaint with the police.  Moreover, the social services of the UCL, also engages in advancing the cash for the unexpected tuition for the students, who pay everything back in installments, and then perhaps with some interest .

To pay for the accommodation the student gets a weekend job, once in Spain, once in Italy, once in the Netherlands or Sweden, they will have seen Europe.  That is what the Panacea Mundus program was about... It allows you to get experience in all the big European cities.  But to do what kind of job ?   The job is about keeping the wealthy retired Europeans busy in the bed ( annex_27, see SPG hotel voucher).    

(they are not calling it Erasmus Mundi, because the students will find their way to the European Commission to complain about their experiences at UCL Saint-Luc.)

"Haven't you got other job for me, Sir ? " asks the student to the mafioso.

“What ?   Wasn't Panacea Mundus what you applied for ?    We didn't force you to come here, you know.   Your parents insisted, remember.   Well, this is the job with which you can pay everything, and send some money to your family !   What 's so hard about a smile, a massage and laying in bed ?   You get a lot of money just for sleeping in a super deluxe 5 star hotel...  Think for one second : how long do you have to work in your country for earning this much ?  Maybe a year or two, isn't it ?   Here you earn that in 5 minutes ...  Move it !  Wear a condom or another preservative.  You can get plenty on the campus for 10 cents...  You've got to get used to these things now, you're old enough.  You have nothing to fear with all the doctors we have here, you know that.  Have fun instead”, so says the mafioso.

The student is thinking about how to escape from the perverts without getting the entire UCL system against him or her in this situation.   What to do when there is not much choice (p. 28) ?

“Come on, we are trying to help, and you are ungrateful”, the mafioso continues with the brainwashing.  “You are probably a bad student also.  Remember that you are here in Europe, and that you have to adapt to our culture.  Here, all this is normal ... but if you do not want, we have another job in the development cooperation in which you will have to work much longer hours to get half the pay you would get in 5 minutes as “an accompaniment”.   The other job is to help us fool your country for us, you understand ?   You must let us instrumentalize you to get the deal with your country, because we don't know how to speak with them (annex_07B).  Would you prefer doing that ?   You don't ?!   Then, forget the job, the European diploma and the scholarship from us ! And if you want to go back to your country, you must first pay all the expenses, including the scholarship we've given to you.  "

This is the scenario that I can imagine, in which the poor student is pushed into a debt mechanism (p. 86).  Forced by falsified circumstances the student is proposed to sell himself or herself to pay off the newly attracted debt, which looks huge indeed when the amount reaches millions expressed in the currency of her country of origin.   I think that is what happens.   With a temporary identity card (like the case of Adèle Daleke), the student will not find another employer.

The majority of students will do either prostitution or spying for their countries of origin.   In the case of prostitution, it comes across as if the student willingly accepts doing it, in the eyes of the Belgian legal system.  When the student decides to do this, it takes away the traces of a mafia who initially manipulated him or her into it.   That is how the injustice perpetuated by the legal system which protects some people and not others (see page 80).  In front of the judge, it is the word of the student against the word of his program coordinator or professor who is covered by the UCL entire system, and who thus receives the full cooperation of the faculty to break the student in two not only in Belgium but in all the other countries, including in the country of origin, where the mafioso is considered as a very important for their economy.  

The mafia has enough money to buy the silence of everyone and to block all the complaints even in the highest courts in the country of origin, where the poorest people never get an answer, even at the United Nations and in the European Commission, because they are mafia-driven anyway.  That is how human trafficking is imposed as a law at UCL Saint-Luc, with which a few become very wealthy.


The University Hospital is a Cover !

My focus on prostitution, drugs, sex tourism, white marriages and false travel documents, has sharpened following an investigation that I began just over a year ago, to understand the economy of Morocco.   I was amazed by the fact that a very large proportion of the Moroccan exports consists of prostitution-slavery, while prostitution is illegal in Morocco.   In Morocco, they don't know how the criminality has exploded, despite the strict laws and the very severe punishments in matters prostitution.   The answer is that the victims get caught up in it, through the regular channels.  Perhaps Morocco has also fallen prey to an international prostitution mafia.   Perhaps it's the same mafia which is also active in UCL Saint-Luc.

According to a friend – with whom I shared my findings – there was an article about arrests in the medical environment of Morocco, with links to the prostitution.  The article appeared in De Standaard or Het Nieuwsblad of Friday, 10 May, 2013.   The gentleman had not copied the article and I did not understand how the medical world could have a connection.  The library had already disposed of the papers when I asked for a copy.   I had a hard time figuring it out by myself.

By looking into  the case of Mrs. Adele Daleke Lisi Aluma (page 29), I think I found the answer on how prostitution is connected with medicine, and how the prostitution in Morocco rapidly increased.  It is through the studies in the medical schools abroad.  Who would have thought this possible ?

One would much faster establish a link between prostitution and slavery in the schools for tourism. Years ago I discovered this type of link between Erasmus Mundus and slavery in the Belgian hotel and tourism industry. You will find in annex_11 the file of Sirinthorn Tapwongs, a student from Thailand who in 2005 got entangled in a network of human trafficking through an Erasmus Mundus program.  I helped her out of it, because I doubted that she would be sent back to her parents after the internship in Belgium was over.   It was an internship program between Ceria - Coovi and the NH Brussels Airport hotel in Diegem, where they employed large groups of young people from Thailand for 200 Euro per month, working more than 14 hours per day without weekends, during six months.

The Thai students were attending classes half a day per week, which says enough about the education they receive in Belgium (see annex_11).  Without Ms. Tapwongs' authorization, I could not report the fraud to the Social Inspection, at the time, but I took her to the town hall of Zaventem city, where they extended her stay in Belgium to pursue another education program.  I have kept copies of the documents which the civil servant required from her.   I am adding her case to this very dossier today, to examine the Erasmus Mundus program and to impose an exemplary financial correction on NH Brussels Airport Hotel.  It would not surprise me that the owners of this (Spanish) hotel chain are connected with the godfather of Morocco.


They Search for Concepts to Attract Foreign Students

My concepts are used by the UCL Saint-Luc to attract foreign students.  With my models, the supply of young people from abroad (who usually have never had any sexual diseases) is guaranteed for the university.  After they are "used", the young people get ill, but for this (or with that) the “highly reputed” UCL Saint-Luc hospital built an observatory for HIV-AIDS and for other sexual infections.

The entire campus of UCL Saint-Luc is an explanation for the number of infections in Belgium, with their Panacea Mundus program. The problem is not the foreign youth, because when they arrive in Belgium, they are sound and well.  Good health is indeed a prerequisite for getting a visa to study in Belgium or in Europe.  The problem is that the students have to sell Their mental and physical integrity in order to succeed within the UCL system.  In this way, the Mafia makes the foreign people ill, and then they say that the diseases come from Africa.   They send people back with a degree but also with diseases they have received from the Europeans, for further distribution, so that UCL Saint-Luc can come in with some Belgian pharmaceutical partners through a development cooperation partnership, to embezzle even larger sums from the international community.  That's how the UCL plans to make money from the diversity of Panacea Mundus, I guess.


They Search for Models to Embezzle Funds and to Whitewash Money

Other examples of false projects and embezzlement in LLN^[6] : CPME and CEI.   The UCL seems to be the place where all my documents go, such as the documents of SABAM, the correspondence with the institutions in Belgium (like Orbem-Actiris, and the town of Molenbeek Saint-Jean), the letters that I sent to the ministries in Morocco and which Mr. Andre Azoulay pick up to send them back to Belgium, and the contents of my Google Apps cloud.  UCL is the institution that competes with me, before having seen anything.

Instead of keeping everything together, they crumble concepts down into several pieces, which they set up apart in different places, just like they have done with the numerous Marshall plans which actually are plans for an SME, and which they blew up to the regional level.  The size becomes very big and expensive through which the initiative has little or no effects.  Effects is probably not what they were looking for.  They only wanted to take the money out, they use it all up, and then they go looking find something new to repeat the same scheme, without creating growth or income, only debts.

Example 1 : Formation Interdisciplinair en Création d'Entreprise (CPME)

UCL has a program named “Formation Interdisciplinair en création d'entreprise ( CPME )” is called http://www.uclouvain.be/cpme.html.  It suggests an interdisciplinary training in enterprise creation.   Don't be impressed.   It sounds like a very heavy training, as if you have to learn all the disciplines simultaneously in order to start a business.   You might even wonder what they mean by “Formation Interdisciplinair en création d'entreprise”.   Do they mean to complicate and make the material  incomprehensible so that few people succeed, or do they mean to make material simpler and accessible to allow as many people as possible to the get to work?

Traditionally, the universities in Belgium make everything intentionally difficult to allow just a small group of people to graduate and others not (inequality, cf PISA-study), even though the others work much harder than those who get a degree.  The politics of social segregation plays a role through which always the same people are advantaged.  The CPME is certainly something like that.  That's not based on talent, but on social origin.  For this reason, the university is generally unsuitable for innovation and entrepreneurship, and thus not good for the economy.  It has been proven that the university does not prepare the students for the job market.  And it has also been proven that the most successful entrepreneurs have no university degree.   What I have found is that the university works against the creativity.

Therefore, I am putting the CPME strongly into question.  I think it's a very attractive advertisement  for the UCL, but they risk to be very successful in attracting subsidies on the basis of vague terms such as "formation interdisciplinaire" , when in reality the teaching of the “interdisciplinary whatever” is not feasible, because the number of combinations between the disciplines is infinite.  A university can not supply an infinite number of combinations of knowledge.  That is not financially viable.

I have heard already struggling with an angle that she was definitely in a letter I to a club of investors ( including Mr. Azoulay ) had sent, and stating that innovation at the margin of a specialty or expertise arises.  Wallonia When I find the actual letter , I will send a copy.  Like all other documents that letter ended up in Wallonia.  There they began to talk about “decloisonner les expertise" (breaking barriers between expertises) ... and on that basis apparently, they have arisen a monster up from the ground such as CPME supplying "interdisciplinary education ", in order to respond to a demand which doesn't exist and in order to fool all the Belgian students and to loot their parents with an education and a degree that will not bear much fruit.

There is one thing you can't force on anybody

that is to innovate, no matter how many disciplines in takes.

The fact that there are so many people with a university degree in Belgium, and that there are few companies created, and the fact that the education is not adapted to the demands of the labor market, is a sign that the students are fooled with a piece of paper that is worth nothing.  It was a commerce. Therefore I can not recommend UCL as they engage themselves throughout the day with the transmission of forged and falsified science and methodologies.

In addition to this, there are certain things that you can not teach, like entrepreneurship itself, talent, and invention.  You can get talent out of the people, but you can not impose on the student in the classroom to have it.  You can teach business, or any discipline which supports the company (personnel management, accounting, management, etc.), but talent and entrepreneurship can not be taught.

At CPME they think they can.  That they do it.   I wish them good luck, but their program looks no different from all the existing programs for business management.  So, they really have not changed.   They only changed the words in their proposition, with which they attract the grants and the people, but they do not making the economical method evolve... They should logically fall into debt or go bankrupt, and that is a matter of time. However, a shut down of CPME would be a good savings measure. That 's what I recommend .


Example 2 : Le Centre d' Entreprise et d'Innovation Louvain - la - Neuve (CEI)

At the "Centre des PME" they seem to want to imitate an "ecosystem" and an "infrastructure", something which they have never experienced.   As they do not know what it is, they have put the emphasis on the interior and the architecture of a building (a space for this, a space for that), on the colors of the walls, on the shape of the chairs and the tables, etc.  This is their notion of an "ecosystem " ( annex_12 ) .

If innovation only depended on the architecture of the building, the interior, the plants inside and outside the building stand to modern halogen lamps and the ultra-modern coffee machines in the cafeteria, then the bankruptcies of the businesses and the unemployment would have been resolved already a long time ago.  I hope you agree that one can innovate in the garage or in the bedroom.

In the same way I encountered concepts like co-working, co -investment, co- everything, and even co-innovation.  In the case of co-innovation, you should also have co-copyrights and co-patents also need to be co-regulated.  One knows that something like this, leads to economic and financial problems.  Therefore I don't believe this publicity.

Yet in Wallonia, they managed to obtain public funds for building plenty of incubators based on this non-sense, especially when they read the notion "network of innovation centers" in my concepts between 2006 and 2012.   They call it " grappe d'entreprises " ( grappe means clusters in French - but “grap” also means “joke”in Dutch).

Meanwhile, I fear that a lot of those "jokes" that are standing in Creative Wallonia are empty, while the costs continue to run.  That was to be expected when you engage in building entire grappes, the one after the other.  Some politicians in Wallonia like Alain Destexhe (MR party) have already stated that the Marshall Plans of Wallonia have caused more expenditures than revenues^[7],^[8], for so far. Most of the Walloon politicians are still living with the illusion that they will be able to catch up with the type of public expenditures they have made in 2006-7-8-9 and 10, during a period of 5 years.  They are fooling themselves!

They apparently used the concepts to obtain money from various sources (such as grants).  That is what their competition with me was all about.  Their competition was not about producing people and businesses.

Chapter II:         

The Innovation of the Money Laundering

In this section, I wish to stress the link between Morocco and Belgium, both in terms of human trafficking – prostitution-slavery in particular – and the falsification of the projects.  The latter are probably used to launder the proceeds. I am summing up a whole series of companies in this section, which the Belgian police should investigate for tax fraud.

The Link Between the prostitution and the Fake Projects is the Laundering of the Proceeds

Last year I investigated the spread of the prostitution in Morocco, to understand the cause of it. Was it a shift in moral values (which I strongly doubted) ​​or a shift in the economic interests ?   I came to the conclusion that it was an economic interest steered from within the Moroccan system and by a mafia network abroad, where the majority of the proceeds go to.

An investigation would serve for nothing if one cannot identify the members of the mafia.  I've managed to identify the mafioso by finding a connection between the prostitution in Morocco and my projects that were stolen in Morocco and Belgium.   The projects are used for laundering the proceeds from the prostitution.  I tried to see if there is a synchronization in the evolution of the prostitution (-networks ), the evolution of the stolen projects with which new businesses were built, and the evolution of the espionage around me.  Below is a summary :


According to the Dutch Volkskrant, the prostitution in Morocco increased sharply in 2008 (annex_13).  To form a peak by 2008, the trend obviously started much sooner, at least from 1998. In that period, I remember that many Moroccan migrants who were returning from vacation in Morocco, commented that the moral values ​​and social solidarity in Morocco were crumbling. While prostitution in Morocco was increasing, the poverty in the major cities of Morocco was also increasing simultaneously.  This could be an indicator of the prostitution slavery^[9],^[10],^[11],^[12].

The prostitution in Morocco began to peak five months after I sent the Digital Unity project to the King Mohamed V Foundation of Morocco (www.fm5.ma).  I never got an answer.  I think the communication at that foundation is managed and controlled by the mafioso (Mr. Azoulay) who always wants to be ahead of me, with my creations.

I have discovered a "Mixed Skills and Competence Centre" for the women and the disabled people in Agadir (annex_21), just as there is at UCL Saint-Luc a " Centre de Competence Clinique " or "a Skill Center".   The same mafioso may have founded both the one in Agadir and on the campus of UCL Saint-Luc.   The "mixed" represents “diversity”, just as the "panacea" of UCL Saint-Luc.  The mafioso is  challenging me everywhere, but further research leads me to believe that he is rather looting funds everywhere.    His "Mixed Skills and Competence Centre" in Agadir was funded by the King Mohamed V Foundation.

In late 2007 – early 2008 is also the time when I applied for investment in Saudi Arabia, to realize my projects.  A delay occurred at Kingdom Foundation.   I knew that someone was holding up my projects everywhere, to be "the first" in my place, but I did not know who it was.  Today I know who that is : Mr. Azoulay.  

Perhaps there is a direct link between the increase in prostitution in Morocco and competition from the mafia (or Mr Azoulay personally) to put my ideas into practice faster than I could find the money to do it (hence the delay at Kingdom Foundation).  To match the habitual of amounts that HRH Prince Alwaleed likes to spend, Mr Azoulay and his bunch resorted to prostitution-slavery and     whitewashing the proceeds by applying the dirty money to the projects, and by starting new companies on the basis of those innovations, in their name.   This what I think has happened.  

If this is correct, then :

1. Investors like the Kingdom Holding Company have lost income, and they should prepare charges and calculate damages in this sense;

2. Mr. Azoulay can be held responsible for the prostitution in Morocco which he runs inside the Moroccan system, in collaboration with an international mafia network, and possibly in collaboration with UCL Saint - Luc.  The Kingdom of Morocco should prepare charges and calculate damages in this direction.

Economic violence is the only way in which he knows how to compete.   He will pay forever for it !

The Bond between Mr. Azoulay and Belgium is Most Evident Through the Falsification of the Projects

In the past, the international money laundering operations happened via the export of second-hand cars and through the antiquaries.  Belgium used to be a automotive assembly in where various international brands had a factory (Renault, General Motors, Ford, Volvo, Audi,Volkswagen, Toyota, etc.).  The high number of factories meant that almost the entire Belgian population easily replaced their cars every 3 to 4 years, and they change car model or brands also.  By doing so the   supply of second hand cars was also very high.  The demand for cars and for antiquaries is high in the foreign markets, mostly in the developing countries.  There was a time (in the 80ties and the 90ties that people like Dr. Matta were making lots of money with the exports of used cars.

There have been major changes in Belgium during the past 15 years, during which half of the car manufacturers have left to cheaper countries.  The cheaper countries are often the countries to which Belgium used to export second hand cars.  The purchasing behavior of Belgians has also changed.  The people change cars less rapidly.  They keep the same cars longer and the demand for second hand cars has increased locally.  The standard of living has risen in the cheaper countries, and the rich people in those countries purchase new cars locally, and thus the demand for second hand cars from Belgium slightly declined in 15 years time.

All of these movements on the market have certainly influenced negatively the second hand exports business of Dr. Matta.   The mafia and Dr Matta, had to find another way for money laundering.  Meanwhile they must certainly have turned more to the whitewashing through antiquaries.

(Perhaps this provides the answer to the burglary of 18 March 2011, at the home of the landlady of my apartment, Ms. Ange Bailleul - Espeels, residing on Leuvensesteenweg 37, 1932 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe Tel : 0475 / 93 30 36 - PV : BR 17 L7  00 1886/2011( annex_53).  I suspect that the mafia has come to know something about her through Daniel Renson (Mr Crocoldile), to whom I told that my landlady spends her time on flee markets.   He has seen her once, in late 2010, when he drove me to CORA hypermarket one day.   The landlady was walking her ​​dog near her home, and when she noticed me she waived her hand, she send a kiss through the air, with a bounty smile on her face.   Mr Crocodile must have noticed the esteem from this woman, for me.  This makes him jealous.   At that time I didn't think that Mr Crocodile was a spy, so I was talking to him normal.  I naturally explained that it was “my landlady”.  I think he obtainted the rest of the information about her, such as the exact address where she lives, through Immo Trap, the real estate management company (see my letter of 20 December 2014)), and through the antiquarians.   They emptied her house on a Thursday morning when her husband and herself were invited to Liège to buy some exceptional objects.  It looks a lot like a set-up.  


When the supply of antiquaries became insufficient, and when the supply of second-hand cars also fell, then the Mafia had to find a new way for money laundering. They therefore started looking for models that involve technology, globalization, export and no energy and very low cost, such as my projects.

Examples:

The Other Link Between Morocco and Belgium is the Transfers of Dirty Money

On January 11, 2010 I was invited by BECI (Chamber of Commerce of Brussels) for a briefing on the above mentioned Belgian economic mission that took place in Morocco and Saudi Arabia (annex_39A) in fall 2009.   I heard His Excellency, Mr. Jean-Luc Bodson, Ambassador of Belgium in Morocco, request to the Belgian companies that were present, if any of them is interested in exporting to Morocco and in using Belgium as a springboard to reach other markets.   That comes from a letter that I sent to the Moroccan Minister of Economy (annex_39B).

At the same conference, His Excellency Michel Lastschenko, the former Ambassador of Belgium in Saudi Arabia, asked if there were companies present to meet with a Saudi Prince who invests mainly in hotels and in the media.  I mentioned the company of the Saudi Prince in one of the letters in which I sought the support of my government.  I understood that both the Belgian ambassadors  were hunting for more details.   If it was the same Prince who I was directly in touch with and who the Belgian ambassador was talking about, why would I suddenly allow a Belgian ambassador to stand in between ?  Besides, how do I know that they wanted to speak with me, if they did not mention my name ?  Therefore, I pretended I was not at the conference.  

Nobody and no company responded to the requests.   The ambassador of Morocco was there too. He was not invited, but I informed him about this briefing just a couple days before ( annex_39C ).  I also forwarded to him the letters which I sent to the Moroccan government and which contained the same information that the Belgian Ambassadors used.   The ambassador of Morocco heard it all.     At the end of the conference, I went to have a chat with him.  I asked if he read my letters and if he heard to comments being expressed by the Belgian ambassadors.  He nodded.  Then I've drawn his attention to the fact that economic and industrial information from the Moroccan administration leaked to Belgium, and also that I was not happy with the disparity in economic relations between Belgium and Morocco. I found that there were not as many Moroccan companies in Belgium as Belgian companies in Morocco, and there are not as many commercial contracts are signed (annex_39D). Today, I understand that the strong presence of some Belgian companies in Morocco may have to do with money-laundering.

On 3 February, 2010, I sent the report about that conference to the Ambassador of Morocco (annex_39D).  On February 19, 2010, they broke into my apartment, probably in response to the fact that I have not spoken with the Ambassadors of Belgium for things that I want to do in my country.  On 26 February 2012, Minister of State Minister Armand De Decker, sold successfully the idea of ​​Belgium as a springboard to 500 Chinese companies, who have shown great enthusiasm for the industrial solution (annex_39E).

Belgium is the 4th largest trading partner of Morocco and Belgium thus covers about 5 % of the Moroccan market^[13].  Belgian companies can make a lot of money over there, and while there is a PISA study (p. 8), which shows that migrants – amongst which are the Moroccan immigrants – are  treated unequally in the Belgian education.  This is an irregular model of collaboration. This is not fair.

400 Belgian companies that have found markets in Morocco and that no Moroccan company can be found on the Belgian market (except Chaabi Bank, El Wafa -Tijari Bank and Royal Air Maroc ), or no Moroccan company is authorized to establish in the same way like the Belgian companies settle in Morocco.  Moroccan companies do not cover 5 % of the Belgian market.  This is irregular and even unprofessional, like a deal between illiterate people at both sides of the negotiation table.

Another irregular “cooperation” model is AWEX / SOFINEX who directly sell loans to the companies in Morocco^[14],^[15].  All loans for companies here in Belgium are distributed by the banks in Belgium, who are connected with the Belgian National Bank.  This rule applies in all countries of the world, including Morocco.  They seem to be loans that do not go through the Moroccan Central Bank, even though the SOFINEX product is offered through the Chaabi Bank in Morocco.  This is also not compliant to the general banking standards.  It's like a loan in the black (undeclared) and therefore a fiscal fraud both in Belgium and Morocco.  You would need to thoroughly examine SOFINEX.

Example of Such a Loan

I started to pay attention to SOFINEX when I studied MDM Invest (annex_49B). MDM Invest ( annex_49A ) is a fund that was set up in the recent years to finance start-ups of Moroccans abroad, for the internationalization of their business in Morocco.   It was founded by the Moroccan government (by Mr. Azoulay) in competition with my proposal to establish a similar fund (Amana Fund Europe) where the Moroccan migrants are living and not in Morocco.   AWEX / SOFINEX got involved with the MDM Invest.  (That was their way of being ahead of me, and afterwards, they expect me to knock on their door).   In the MDM Invest program, AWEX / SOFINEX provides 35% of the required capital in the form of an interest-free loan. In this way, Morocco will only be looking at the amounts that are coming into Morocco “thanks to SOFINEX”, so that they will not be looking at the amounts going out of Morocco, or what returns to SOFINEX. That is why AWEX wanted to interfere in that fund .


Apparently the economic imbalance between Belgium and Morocco has something to do with all forms of exploitation, including prostitution, which was progressing since in 2008.   I think the mass of contracts which the Belgian companies had signed with Morocco suddenly in late 2009 , and the loans SOFINEX, were needed to cover up the transfer of the proceeds from prostitution and other crimes.
 
That is how the Mafia functions.  That is how the Zionists work.   If you do not bring this phenomenon under the line of reasoning of "Zionism", then you will always be looking for an explanation for that kind of criminal behavior.   Now you know where the Zionists get their ideas from (they steal plans from others) and how they find the money (through organized crime) to be very quickly ahead of everyone.   Therefore, there is a very high probability that all the companies which I've mentioned above are involved in the laundering of dirty money from prostitution and from drugs which both bring havoc in our societies, just because some people think they will not survive without this mess in our societies.  Money laundering would be the first reason why they would steal the concepts.  It is possible that you will be able to bring in a lot of money for the Belgian budget, with the above-mentioned companies.  These companies do not count a lot of employment.  They are usually empty boxes.

Mr. André Azoulay appears to be the central figure both in my professional misfortune as in the poverty and the prostitution in Morocco.  His initially he aimed intention both to me and my projects competing to run with the money from the oil sheiks in the Middle East, but it didn't work out.   To compete with them and with my projects, he resorted to hateful violence against the Moroccan women by creating conditions (particularly in the hotel sector) where the girls get caught up into drugs and prostitution, and where they have no choice but to stay inside those jobs.

To me, prostitution through university studies abroad is a new thing.   Mr. Azoulay has his say in matters foreign education programs in Morocco.  He selects who gets a scholarship and who doesn't.  He decides who will graduate and who will not, because with these foreign education programs, he produces the people who will obey to him afterwards.  When the students get a European diploma, they like Mr Azoulay and like this he can use them to betray the other Moroccans and even other countries.   I imagine he employs them in key positions of the Moroccan political and financial society (political party, embassies) and at the World Bank, UN, etc.  He must definitely have been involved in the recruitment of the candidates for the UCL students on the list in annex_08.

When you do an identity check of the people of whom names are mentioned in annex_08, especially those from Morocco, you should ask the question whether they know Mr. Andre Azoulay.  If so, what was his role ?

Mr Azoulay tolerates no progress for the (Muslim) Moroccan population.  Therefore he will replace all new ideas with fake projects so that there would be fewer money left for the real projects.  That is why he rushed in carrying out in Morocco all the projects that I wrote.  It is to prevent with his own hands the true development from taking place.   In this way he can justify “development aid” with the world organizations, of which large parts never reach Morocco, but another country.


Examples of Other International Ties

Like a real mafioso Mr. Azoulay dominates not only in Morocco but apparently also in Belgium and in France, and perhaps also in many other countries . Therefore I think

that there is a link between the projects in the business world as Groupon which is stock quoted on the New York Stock Exchange, and which might be used for laundering the proceeds of an international network of prostitution ;

Mr. Azoulay is possibly involved in the trade of fake passports and forged visas in Belgium, of which the proceeds are also laundered through false projects.  I am describing this on page 48.

I also found that prostitution, drugs, white marriages and false passports are the sources of income from which the rewards come that the mafioso pays out cash to the people to spy on me, to steal documents and to hurt me (like Mr. Renson , the dentist who wanted to destroy my teeth, the hairdresser who damaged my scalp, and Filomenita Mongaya - Hoegsholm, a former girlfriend who lives in Copenhagen, who I know for almost 20 years, and who occasionally stayed at my home between 2004 and 2011.  The latter may have smuggled documents of SABAM out of my house.  In the recent years, she has been to Morocco twice, most likely to pick up her reward.

The mafioso invites people for a short trip or for a conference or an event in Morocco.  They tuck up the cash between the clothes in the suitcases, and that is how the money is transported to Europe. That is the scenario that I suspect.  Hence the importance of Liège Airport to organize flights to Casablanca twice per week to supposedly to “fly home and back the Moroccan immigrants” (airport is listed the worst of Europe copy new of 19 March 2014 at 13H).  Money and whores is what they are flying back and forth (as presumably SN Brussels Airlines does).  You will be convinced of this last point if you read my analysis of the contents of the purse of Dr Adele Daleke, in the next chapter.

As you understood from the other complaints that I have submitted before, the mafioso at the Palace of Morocco influences BECI, the Brussels Chamber of Commerce, where he probably sent all my work.  Thus, the economic mission to Morocco under the leadership of Prince Philip in the autumn of 2009, must have been organized and prepared by him.  400 Belgian companies were involved and the total value of the contracts that were signed fluctuates between 150 and 200 million Euro (I do not have exact figure).

Most contracts were signed with Belgium in the construction, in the hotel industry, tourism (like tour-operators), in catering, in transportation and logistics, in the agriculture, in solar energy, in education and scientific research, with a massive enslavement of Moroccan workers.   All those companies sent their profits on to Belgium, because they (Mr Azoulay and his Zionist bunch) changed the Moroccan tax regime at that time, in favor of the Belgian companies :

I do not think a similar policy with such a flight of capital is possible in a European country. I think the mafioso  – through his political influence in Morocco – managed to change the tax laws in favor of his Zionist relations in Belgium, with the intention to organize a horrific and widespread form of exploitation.  He apparently wanted to create a colony of Morocco (or the whole of Africa ) and at the same time he kept an eye on me in order to know what I'm going to do next.

Still the mafioso managed somehow to present himself as the architect of the new economy in  Morocco, he used my plans to gain respect and to keep because my intention was to create both in Morocco and in Belgium through employment plans at the real the mobilization of migrants with investments from various countries.  That was out of the question, in his opinion. The rear of the Moroccans must remain available for the tourists.   For achieving this, my plans were standing in the way.

When I was complaining, nobody was listening in Morocco.  

They were are blinded !

The mafioso then probably said "I vow to provide employment in Morocco"  (where was he before ?).   He was given the freedom, the public funds and the trust.   The sudden increase in prostitution in 2008 and in criminality in general, is the employment that Mr. Azoulay has created, of which the proceeds go through the Belgian companies that established an office in Morocco between 2004 and 2012.

The Fate of Adele Daleke Lisi Aluma

In this section, I am describing the case of a foreign student based on the information in a wallet which I found  in the UCL Saint-Luc library.  I consider the loss of the wallet as an SOS from someone in need.  Maybe the owner of the wallet is a victim of the misleading publicity, which I discussed in chapter I, like the publicity for a foreign student grant, through which the student got attracted to study in Belgium and to come voluntarily.  After her arrival, the focus changed.   She may be asked to do other things than studying, through which her future is compromised.  

In this chapter I will discuss also the UCL Saint-Luc campus where I didn't find any security services.  This was the terrifying discovery which prompted me to go to the police.

Is Dr. Adele Daleke a victim of human trafficking?

On Monday January 27, I was in the library of the UCL Saint-Luc hospital in Woluwe Saint - Lambert, where I sometimes use the wifi.  The huge hall was empty as most students had exams.  I sat there all day to work on a large table.  I was sitting at the entrance, in front of the stairs that lead to the lending department.   I could see everyone coming in and out, but my eyes were fixed on my computer.

First a young man came with a bank card that he found on the stairs. "Someone has lost his bank card ," he said. He suggested to put the card on my table in order to help the unknown person notice his or her bank card should he or she come looking for it.

Between 16:00 and 17:00 hours a veiled lady knocked on my table to get my attention. She found a wallet the ladies' room (more like a purse or make-up bag see picture in annex _01).   She asked if it was mine.  I shook my head and I said, "decidément" (obviously).   The wallets of everybody were falling on my lap that day, just like golden rain.

"Can I put it here ? Maybe the lady will come back after it" she asked. Without thinking, I first said "yes ".  The veiled lady took the stairs and vanished downwards.  When she was gone, I changed my mind.   Why did I said "yes" ?  How can I know that the wallet belongs to the right person who will come after it ?


I sat there until 21:30 hours, the time when I usually start packing up and getting ready for the long walk home.  The owner of the wallet and the owner of the bank card did't show up.  I was confused about what exactly I was supposed to do.  I wondered how I can be of service to people who have lost things dear to them, without causing trouble for myself.

I decided to bring everything to the reception of the hospital and to leave a note about the wallet in the ladies room, where it was found.  I opened the wallet to find the name of the person.   I wrote a message saying :

I slid the sheet between the mirror and the wall in the ladies' room, and at 21:50 H I left to the hospital.  The doors were closed, but the emergencies were open.  They didn't look very reliable to me. There was no police to be seen, and no security service was to be found on the campus.  I took everything home.

Once I was home, I took out the wallet to find a phone number, a home address or an e - mail, but there was nothing in that sense.  I looked carefully through all the pieces one by one, to have an idea who this woman is and what she does. In annex_26 and 27 you will find a copy of the contents of the wallet, with a copy of the front and the back of the student cards, the credit cards, and the bank cards.   There was also a golden ring with diamonds, to which Adèle undoubtedly attaches greatly values ​​( annex_01) .

Are these the highly qualified immigrants which Europe needs ?

In the second half of the 1990ies, when the European economy started slowing down because of China, I have been hearing about European Union needing highly qualified immigrants from the developing nations, particularly in the information technology sector and the health care.  The developing countries were protesting about when there will finally be an end to all that brain-drain.  The EU invented the blue permit, just like you have the green card in the USA.   Here, in the West, the labor unions were protesting too about the growing unemployment within the local people.  “Why not train these people ?” they said.   They too found it curious that they would bring in more migrants whereas most immigrants are already wasting their lives in Europe.  Just like me, they are dying without ever having built anything in their lives.

I knew that the qualified immigrants, which the EU says she needs, were going to be disadvantaged in some way or another.   It was a trick.  It was not a sincere policy, but I didn't know how these immigrants would be used.  Today I know, why they need “highly qualified doctors, engineers and researchers”.   It is to run them through the sex-slavery mill, to make meatloaf of all of them and to send them back damaged to their countries.  

Apart from the countries where immigration truly builds a nation, This entire emigration to the West, whether for economic reasons, for educational reasons or for asylum, it seems to be a modern mass destruction engine that was organized at depriving the developing countries of their best people.  It seems to me that it was all Zionist-led.

For example : the economic migration to the West Europe which started in the 1960ies including people from South Europe and North Africa, for doing the dirty jobs that were said the West Europeans didn't want to do themselves, like working in the mines, the steal industry, the petrochemicals and the cleaning.  Only 20 years later, all those jobs started to disappear, and causing the social bill to build-up with large numbers of unemployed people, retired people and people depending on the health care because of their health got damaged by the dirty work.  Then the recessions started to become more frequent as well as an aggressive wave of acute racism, in which the immigrants were pointed at for being a social weight.  The ultimate intention was to accuse them (mostly people of the developing countries) of causing the national debts and deficits.     The ultimate plan of the Zionists is to tell the European governments to find their budgets with the immigrants on their territories, who “are like parasites, and taking advantage of the social system in the rich countries.  If they don't want to go back, they should be exterminated”.   The plan is to turn the European people against the immigrants.  That is the plan of the Zionists.  

That is why I experienced fierce opposition for attracting investment, for creating jobs including the immigrants, for doing everything to primarily counteract the prejudices with useful activities in the interest of all.   To bust the gruesome Zionists plan is to show to the European governments where their budgets have gone to and by helping Belgium recuperate her money.    That is my plan.

WAKE UP !  Please wake fast, I beg you !!   If your country is poor or even rich with high unemployment, and if you see these kind of realities that don't match, all you need to do is to wake up and refuse systems that don't deliver.    How can you expect that someone who previously destroyed your economy with colonization, could directly after the independence be a good person for sending migrants to ?    How could a country which causes a civil war in your country, be the right country for asylum or for humanitarian aid ?   Please.  It's all part of the same mill for the  pulverization of humanity.   Therefore :

Since when does the Belgian government distribute scholarships to non-Belgian students who live abroad, and who do not pay taxes in Belgium ?   An education grant depends on the taxes that the parents of the student pay in Belgium, isn't it ?   How come that the Belgian government hands out scholarships to non-Belgians abroad ?   Is Belgium that rich ?

The scholarship would come from CUD.  That is the “Conseil interuniversitaire de la Communauté française de Belgique – Commission universitaire pour le Développement”.   What an impressive name !   Is CUD part of the Belgian government ?   It sounds like it is part of Mr Azoulay' mafia.  Would the scholarship come from the taxes of all the Belgian citizens, or would it come from laundered money from the prostitution of all the students, which is then recycled as a bait to attract more victims overseas ?

CUD^[16] is very similar to a collection of all my ideas that I wanted to do with the Université Libre International (ULI) to build a network of universities.   CUD was born in 2007, my initiative with the ULI dates back to 2006.  For 7 years, they've been fooling the universities of the South with my ideas, and that they call this “cooperation”.   It looks like a program to psychologically exterminate all the high-skilled resources from the southern countries or to make spies of them.   Should it turn out that they are forced into prostitution, then the intention of the program is to root out entire generations with HIV (which comes from the Wallonia species of which the ancestor is a monkey, a lookalike of the European humans).  This hoax coincides with the rapid increase of prostitution in Morocco in 2008.  

I do not think the Belgian government wants to be guilty of this kind of violence.  Europe does not require highly skilled migrant workers to work in prostitution, I hope.  Therefore, I think the CUD program and scholarships are not part of the Belgian government, because on the link below, I have not seen a logo of the Belgian government.  The mafia is using the term  “Belgian government” for marketing, to impress and influence the choices of the universities and the students in the South, and to extort money from their governments and their people that way.    http://www.cud.be/content/view/265/155/lang 

Adèle had 5 or 6 hours of the time to return to the library, but she did not.  I wondered who pulls out a wallet with credit cards and so many things of high value, in a toilet ?   It is also curious that after she's put down the wallet, she did not notice the absence of it's the weight in her handbag.  In the wallet there wasn't any season ticket or a subscription for the public transport.  I guess she kept these documents for herself, so that she can run away.

All these clues seem suspicious.  Illegal and forced prostitution is what I suspect, but I could be wrong.  She will not make a lot of money these days for her bosses, because without all these cards (and especially her identity card), she can't go "to work".  Maybe she's happy for this.  Maybe she will get beaten by her pimps for her absentmindedness, which undoubtedly will lead to a larger investigation (based on her bank card transactions and on the telephone traffic of her ORTEL SIM card).  The loss of the wallet may be intentional, and perhaps a cry with the hope that someone calls the police .

I advise Morocco to monitor ORTEL Telecom.   It could be a dedicated communication network of the (human trafficking) mafia.   If so Boycott this telecoms network in your countries.

Is Otignies-Louvain-La-Neuve in Flemish Brabant ?

I decided not to return to the campus of the UCL Saint-Luc the next day, to hand over the wallet to the town of Louvain- la-Neuve, which is located on the campus there.  I remember seeing in the past a tiny booth near Metro Alma, with a sign on it saying "Commune de Otignies-Louvain-La-Neuve (LLN - 1348)".  LLN is Walloon Brabant and not in Brussel.  I saw that sign in 1997-1998, when I was dealing with the American University who had a campus on the UCL Saint-Luc premises (the Dean was Jerome Sheridan).   Now they call it "La Mairie” (city hall), like in France (see photo in annex_29).  You will also see on the pictures "Service du logement" (housing service).  They are busy housing cases like Adèle Daleke.

However, the official address of the UCL Saint-Luc is "avenue Hippocrate n° 10 – 1200 Brussels”. That 's what you will find at the bottom of the website : http://www.saintluc.be/. The street plan of the De Roeck (famous brand of street maps in Belgium) says that clinics Saint Luc is in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert and not in Louvain-La-Neuve or in Wallonia.  It was the map of Brussels that I was reading.

So, La Mairie seems to be a Walloon town hall on Flemish territory.  I do not understand why an additional town of Louvain-La-Neuve is needed if Woluwe-Saint -Lambert ( Brussels 1200 ) is one already, and it is bilingual (French and Dutch).  La Mairie is certainly not a department of the city hall of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, which is three metro stops away from the UCL campus.  The address of the city hall of Louvain-La-Neuve is 9 rue Martin V, in 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (physical address).  But the postal code of Louvain-La-Neuve is 1348, and not 1200.  Do you understand anything of my explanations or not ?  

There are two municipalities in one.  Like you would have for example the city of New York being implanted in Los Angeles.

Louvain-La-Neuve is what the identity card of Ms. Adèle Daleke says, as if she lives there, but she is most probably living here (in Brussels, in Flanders).  Do you think she would have received her temporary identity in La Mairie of LLN in Flemish Brabant or in Wallonia ?   Do you also think they sign (white) marriage contracts in that imitation town hall of UCL Saint-Luc ?

Would there be tax benefits associated to the fact whether the UCL Saint-Luc is established in LLN or in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert ?  Would the town of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert not be fiscally disadvantaged by having another town of Louvain-la-Neuve on its territory ?  

I have also noticed that when you walk around there, you will see here and there a red boards with "private domaine" on it (annex _30).  I have seen such boards on many doors in the staircase of the library of UCL Saint-Luc.   So it is not only the land but also the buildings of the UCL Saint-Luc that are apparently considered as "private domaine".  It is curious that lines 42 and 79 and the metro of the STIB (the Brussels public transport company) drive all around that private domain.  I am talking about a public transport company.

Lines 359 and 659 go from Roodebeek (Woluwe Saint-Lambert) to the national Airport.   They are property of the Flemish transport company De Lijn, and they pass close to the UCL Saint-Luc premises.   Apparently they are not allowed to drive on the campus.  Though, a direct connection between the university center and the airport would be very interesting for the international students who UCL is so eager to attract from all over the world with their numerous international programs and scholarships.   So, why is there a disconnection ?

If they hang out boards with signs saying "private domain", then this is actually a private university with a private hospital.  Does this hospital qualify for public money or government grants for scholarships and renovations, and for the emergencies2 ?

Without a student or a patient card, I was actually violating the private domain by hanging around there, but I don't give a hoot because there is no security service or police in Louvain-La-Neuve in Brussels.   With every town hall there should normally be a police station for the safety of the inhabitants of that town, right ?  Well, in this case, there is not even an imitation police office to be find is this imitation city.

On one board with "private domain" on it, it says that only the fire department is allowed to enter the domain (annex _30).  It does not say that the police can enter also.  So, it is perfectly possible that people disappeared in this area and that they've never been found.  It is a university hospital anyway where they need dead bodies so much for training brilliant doctors and surgeons.

Why is there no police to maintain law and order in and around the campus as it there is a very busy metro station ( Alma ), a giant parking space for such a large hospital, a sports center, a hotel, a multitude of restaurants, shops, cafés, other schools and people of so many different nationalities ? Never is there anything stolen, no carjackings occur,  no cars disappear, people never lose anything such as a purse, a wallet or a handbag, and there is never a fight on that campus ?

When a city or a region (as Louvain-La-Neuve and Wallonia) decides to start private domain with its own public administration, on someone else's territory then one can speak of “colonization”.  It occurred in my country also.   Israel is doing the same thing in Palestine.  They chase away the inhabitants and they just start building homes, schools and clinics, and they make of the colony an economic interest for thousands of people who afterwards will not hesitate to use the weapons for defending their new homes, against the original owners.   As time passes and as nothing is done about it in a violent way to correct the injustice and to win back the land, the situation should almost be considered as definitive.  For as long as people think they can get to a solution with talking or with negotiation in those circumstances, you run the risk of watching the colonization continue, making you lose more land, through which the independence of a State or a population becomes increasingly difficult to achieve, until no more land remains.

It would not surprise me that the land on which the UCL Saint-Luc university campus is built is an illegal gypsy camp in which they operate people just like that.  The purpose of a colony is usually to enforce one own personal laws on a foreign territory, and on the inhabitants of that territory.  The mafia law is undoubtedly in effect here on this campus.  That law is to do everything illegally and to go unpunished.  UCL Saint-Luc will definitely have its own tribunal or court of arbitration on the campus somewhere to cover up disputes, and to put the lid on the pot of the big scandals, so that outside the campus no one knows what is going on there... I think they're doing anything they want with the students.  Poor Adèle.  


The only thing missing in this tiny state is a bank with its own currency, and a prison ... what the heck am I saying ?  A prison in a lawless -state ?  A modern concentration camp is what it actually is. I have no idea who the ruler is of the UCL Saint-Luc private domain, but it is undoubtedly an acquaintance of the mafioso in Morocco, gioven that I have found my projects there.

To solve the plagiarism of my projects you should thoroughly examine the UCL Saint-Luc.  You should check it's establishment, in addition to checking all the vehicles that are driving in and out of the campus, verifying the identity of anyone who works or studies there, and especially the foreigners.  It could be that many foreign students are waiting for liberation.

You should also verify how Louvain-La-Neuve has ever managed to conquer over hundreds of hectares of land in a part of Brussels, to call that area Louvain-La-Neuve, to establish a public administration there, to consider afterwards that as a private domain, and to build a university clinic on top.   Who was the former owner of that domain ?  Does the UCL pay any rent for the land ? Have they bought the land ?  How much did it cost and who paid for it ?  Do they pay municipal taxes, garbage service, etc. ?  If so, they that in which town ?  Do they pay to Woluwe-Saint-Lambert or to La Mairie of LLN on the of the UCL Saint-Luc ?

Perhaps the real estate developers can help you with a copy of the notary act, as there are currently construction works going on (see annex_31).  You could force them give you a copy, maybe if you can catch one or more illegal workers on the construction wharf.  You take one by the throat, and you ask “Are you allowed to build something here ?” , “Who gave you the permission ?  Show me the papers !”  Outside, at the entrance of the hospital, there is a board with the names of all the real estate developers who are currently modernizing the campus.   Who pays the real estate developers and the construction companies ?  How much does a building cost ? Where does the amount come from ?

If you could discover that UCL Saint-Luc was illegally established on that territory, then tell them to fuck off immediately on police order, just like you would ask Gypsies to free the space for the true owners.  Another option is to have them arrears.  If UCL Saint-Luc was illegally established for more than 25 years or so, then they should also pay back to the State all the subsidies they have received during that period.

For all these reasons I did not return to the campus of a sham university to hand in someone's wallet to a fake town hall of a Walloon colony in Brussels, in order not to run the risk of being fooled or rolled by something else there.   I have put effort to place the case of Dr. Adele Daleke Lisi Aluma  in a broader context and to help you investigate thoroughly because it is in a system that needs to be neutralized.

I don't think that Dr. Adèle Daleke will declare the loss of her wallet and her bank cards to the police out of fear that the stupidity will be at the origin of an interrogation which will trigger to bigger discoveries. Maybe she has got a new identity already from the city of Louvain-La-Neuve on the campus of UCL Saint - Luc ... Phew, it's imitation anyway and she must "deliver" (make money for them as soon as possible).

Chapter IV:          Dr. Amine Matta, the Rich Hostage of Saint-Luc

This chapter is about Dr Amine Matta, someone I knew before, and who did his full career at the UCL Saint-Luc.  He was first a student there, then an intern, then a doctor, then a surgeon and then an anesthesiologist. He is also an assistant professor and he knows the workings of the UCL university and the Saint-Luc Hospital.  He is from Lebanon, and since his arrival in Belgium, he has never been poor one single day.  I  suspect that he has an important financial role in the UCL, because of his double function as a doctor and as the link between his used cars export business and the UCL Saint-Luc hospital, in which capital is invested.   In this respect he could be directly related to Mr Azoulay who – unlike Dr Matta – might be a shareholder.   If so, the question is whether Dr Matta cooperates voluntarily or is he forced into it for earning the high qualifications.  Having been close to him, I think he is a hostage of Saint-Luc and that the mafia was sending many women to him, because he is charming.   An example of such a woman and probably a spy too, is Najat Sabir, whom I bumped into in 1997, and who I report about.

Chapter V:        The Falsification of Visas and Passports

In the wallet of Adèle Daleke (chapter III), I found a business card of a civil servant at the Belgian Ministery of Foreign Affairs. It made me immediately think of a law case in which I was arrested and accused of falsification of visas and passports, end of 1990.  It was already known by the magistrates and the lawyers that the serious crimes were organized by the people of the Belgian government.  Despite the confirmed rumors, the Public Prosecutor of the Antwerp Criminal Court of Justice still continued to blame me.  The crime is most likely organized by the same mafia like the one in the UCL, which had me in their lens ever since, or even longer.

For about 30 years I have experienced consistent failures without me contributing to them in an active way, and this is what annoys my adversaries.  It is always a third party who conditions the failure, particularly when I try to do things as correctly as possible.  After every failure I started my life all over again in order to observe better how the failures are conceived.  I have come to the conclusion that the failures departed from the same source of evil.

Morocco is the source where my failures are planned, but Belgium carries them accurately out.  The partnership between Belgium and Morocco is criminal and the crimes in both countries are driven by certain members of the government.   When the governments commit the crimes the general well-being is without any doubt impacted.

Chapter VI:        

The Financial Links Between Azoulay and Matta

In this section I sum up the areas where the interests of Mr André Azoulay overlap the interests of Dr. Amine Matta, in order to assess if there is a close link between the two people.  Since I don't have the answer to this question, I suggest to deduct the answer from the whole of the clues that I have collected about them.  They have one characteristic in common: the financial duality. Their income has a dual nature consisting of a legitimate and an illegitimate aspect, a public and a private source of income, and a local and an international income.

They certainly have UCL Saint-Luc in common :

• To steal someone's projects and to offer them to UCL Saint-Luc almost like a gift, such as André Azoulay presumably does, he must be earning something by doing that.  Perhaps he is a shareholder.  

• To have a career during 30 years inside the same hospital, like Dr Amine Matta, there must be a financial reason which ties him to UCL Saint-Luc.   Perhaps he is a shareholder as well.  

So, in some ways, the two men are undoubtedly financially linked to each other.  To support this link I am reporting about my telephone being wiretapped between end of 1990 and 1998.  I heard interferences and once I recognized Dr Matta's voice.  I also seemed to meet him or someone close to him at the dates and places that I discuss over the phone with friends.    It might have been in this way that Miss Sabir was sent to meet me at a party organized by an Arab embassy.   Dr Matta would never send a woman who clearly was competing with me for his heart, but Mr Azouly would.

The possible links between Mr. Azoulay and Dr. Matta

One major element that supports the link between Mr. Azoulay and Dr. Matta is that my phone was tapped between 1990 till 1998.  My numbers of that time were the following :  

From end of 1990 until end of 1991, my number was 02/649 03 89

From 1992 until 1998, my numbers were : 02/776 62 93 and 02/772 70 09.

There are two reasons why my conversations would be bugged : Mr Matta who couldn't get over me and the criminal law case about false visas and passports in which I got accused :

1. The first reason is a heartbroken Amine Matta of whom I knew that he was rich enough to pay detectives to find out about what I'm up to, especially since he didn't hear from me since end of 1990.  He obviously didn't accept it, and he ignores the circumstances that pushed me to give up on him.  My attitude was that for as long as it was him bugging my phone, I was not really worried, simply because I know that he does not mean to hurt.  There wasn't any reason for him to be heartbroken in the first place, because he never proposed to begin with.  So how could he know that I am saying “yes” or “no” to him.   He is just being sad for no reason during 24 years.   All he needed to do is talk with me, but something else was keeping him from speaking directly with me.   I would like to know what it was.

I knew for sure that my phone was bugged because I heard interferences.  I once recognized Dr Matta's voice, one day when the answer-phone started playing right when I picked up the phone, he hung up as soon as I replied.   It's immaturity.   Before I realized that it could be him who bugged the phone, I filed for an investigation against stalking with to the phone company (Belgacom).  The phone company replied that they can't investigate unless instructed by the Criminal Court, and unless they inform the adversary about their intention of putting his line in observation. I dropped the complaint.   I'll collect evidence which is somewhere in the masses of archives which I kept.  

Besides hearing his voice, there were two occasions that point in his direction  :

• At one occasion, at the end of June 1996, I made an appointment over the phone with a Mexican colleague from Merck Sharp & Dohme (where I was working) to go out eating in town and to practice my Spanish.   As if by coincidence, Dr Matta strolled by the place were I was dining.  He was holding hands with his girlfriend, so I did not interfere, like any polite person would do.  I was only glad to observe that I wasn't cheating anybody, like he was actively doing to the point that I didn't think he would be interested in me. First he challenges me with these things, and afterwards he is disappointed that I don't want to talk to him.  He always makes me feel as if I'm the one who is not reasonable.  

When he looked at me and smiled, I looked the other way, because I saw the girl he was with was panicked (rivalry).  The next morning, I found him strolling in the street in front of my house.  I returned home and I was walking downward, on the same sidewalk.  He was walking up the street holding his bicycle.  We crossed each other.  I didn't think the street was the appropriate place to chat with him, so I said nothing.   I saw him hesitating, but I also saw rage.   Perhaps the rage of someone who thinks that I am cheating (given that he is prejudiced against the Moroccan women) or of someone who thinks “you think you can walk out on me just like that ?”   In reality, I was struggling with lawyers, huge bills, fines, taxes and thinking how to come out of the big mess that the Antwerp Court of Justice created.    

Upon noticing him getting ready for furiousness, I got scared, and I rushed into my house quickly.   I was tormented myself, but I knew that I prevented him from doing more wrong to me.   I realized that instead of becoming tender, he was getting tense, 6 years after my disappearance.   He may have thought that I was like himself, capable of living with a replacement of the other half, as if you would replace the wheels of a car, and applying my freedom to the wrong causes.  

Intuitively, I knew that it was not in my interest to talk to him at that time, as he was someone with a poor sense of judgment, almost mistaking me for a dumb blond, in addition to all the legal accusations weighing on me, as I am a delinquent.   He is the kind of man who will not take you seriously when you are very young.

It is still not in my interest to go to him, as today Mr Azoulay will regret that I am not with Dr Matta to find out about how to fix the Groupon concept through pillow talk.

At a second occasion, one year later, (end of June 1996) I met Najat Sabir at a reception by some Arab embassy (don't remember which one – could be Yemen).  The meeting was probably a result of the phone bugging, because I called around to find someone to join me.  I hung around with Miss Sabir after the reception and I learned from her that she was having a relation with Dr Matta.  At the same time she tried to force her friendship on me.   I complained about it to a lawyer who figured out that she was rivaling with me for Dr Matta's heart (or money rather), and that she could be dangerous for my life.  

I am discussing her in the report for the police because I don't think Dr Matta would send someone to hurt me in any way.  I don't even think he knows that I ever met Miss Sabir.  I think she was paid by the mafioso, perhaps to eliminate me as a witness in the manufactured legal case concerning false passports.   When it is confirmed that Miss Sabir works for someone,  then it will show that Dr Matta was being sent whores by the same mafioso to distract him, which is something Dr Matta will discover today.

2. The second reason why my phone would have been bugged is the mafia of false passports and visas, following a dirty criminal law case in which I was unjustly accused of forgery.   I was doing everything to come clean of it, and perhaps the guilty people continued to search for ways to push me deeper into it, by bugging the phone to know who I am connected with  and what my plans are.  Perhaps the person was on the lookout for similar conditions arising in my life, in which there is question of visas, passports, (white) marriages, (illegal) migrants etc., in order to manufacture new accusations, which will support the false accusations.   I made sure I stayed out of all that and I would never help anyone get a visa, not even my family to come and visit me in Belgium.  

To date, I'm potentially a witness that the criminal case was manufactured by the members of the Belgian government, and a potential threat for the mafia.   Hence the importance for the mafioso to know as much as possible about me, in order to either push me deeper into it, or to eliminate me physically.  

Dr. Matta does not know that we have been artificially kept apart by the mafia.  When he finds out that he has worked so hard for the mafia and that the mafia does not let him choose the woman that he wants (because the judicial accusations against me could be the reason for keeping us apart), then an even bigger bomb will explode in the face of the mafioso.  This is why the mafioso has become very anxious recently.  He misjudged everything and everyone, because he 's a mindless brute.  He thought he could control the love between the people and the truth.  He thought that by doing this, he will become the best, but he will have to accept that he is miscreant.


The central link is the goodwill of Dr. Matta

The more I think about all this, the more I feel that Dr. Matta and Mr. Azoulay could be friends or associates, and that Dr. Matta discussed me with Mr. Azoulay.   Dr. Matta is very intelligent, but he is not devilish like Mr. Azoulay and his Zionist mafia.  If there was a friendship between them before, then Dr. Matta may have developed in the meantime some different thoughts about anything possible between them, especially if the trust of Dr. Matta had been abused, which is inevitable with a Zionist like Mr. Azoulay .

There are only two people who know Dr. Matta's heart and mind thoroughly : it is his mother who bore him, and me.  Although I have not known him long, I know how his heart functions.  He is quite a character, but he will never intentionally hurt people, unless under great stress.   In the field of medicine, he knows how everything depends on each other, but I noticed in the past that he does not know how social and economic intelligence depend on each other.

There is a certain naiveté that I have found in Dr. Matta.   He was rich, young, intelligent and he has a prestigious job, but he involved too many women in his life, not taking into consideration how all these social forces will impact his life.   He was not protecting his happiness.   For instance , he should have know that by being this way, he was going to attract jealousy and intrigue both from the men for his intelligence, his charm, his influence, and his success with the women, as from the women, who were going to block other options for his life.   In this respect, he was not careful with the people. I have heard from Ms. Sabir (p....) that she had the key to his apartment, for example.

In sharp contrast with him, Mr. Azoulay has no charm and he didn't study much.  He did not pursue a complicated education (press and communication - blabla), and therefore it may be that he is  jealous of the younger Dr. Matta, if they work together.   Dr. Matta would be too blind to notice this, when for example, the mafioso arranged his immigration into Belgium and his employment at Saint-Luc.   Dr. Matta would remain grateful to him, especially when he was able to escape the war in Lebanon.  In the eyes of a mafioso like Mr. Azoulay, Dr Matta was anyway a dead man.


Departing from the position that they know each other, it could be that – as a result of my sudden disappearance – Dr. Matta I discussed me with Mr. Azoulay, with the intention to have him mediate and to bring us closer.  Dr. Matta trusts him and he thinks that Mr. Azoulay is his best friend, given the money laundering that they might be doing together for 30 years, and which requires great trust and secrecy between the traders.

Dr Matta would assume that Mr. Azoulay, as Moroccan and as the second highest authority in Morocco, may be somebody who protects the Moroccans and who is favorable to the Arabs (and hence to the Lebanese) in general.   It may be that Dr. Matta sought Mr Azoulay's support at a given moment during all the years when he didn't hear from me.  He might have turned his "Moroccan friend" about a relationship with a compatriot of Azoulay and which does not evolve.  

I can imagine Dr Matta seeking a way to work around the authority of my parents, although I don't know if he has ever spoken with them (maybe he did at a time when I wasn't talking to my parents also).  Maybe he wanted the Moroccan State to replace my father and to impose a marriage, because he feels insecure that as a Christian we will refuse him.  That 's what I think if a contact between the two men exists.

Technically, Mr. Azoulay has the power to change the marriage laws, which he did by changing the Moudawana.  As he is the commander of the Moroccan economy it could well be possible that he was inspired to change the Moroccan law concerning the women, only to render service to a few personal friends in Belgium, like Dr Matta, who might have tried to circumvent the approval of the family for marrying a Moroccan.  

Morocco has gone to the extent of granting the Moroccan nationality to children born from Moroccan mothers and European fathers living abroad^[17].  With the degenerate Wallonia species around this is a serious threat for the Moroccan identity.   Nobody wants to interbreed with the backward Wallonia species, of whom the ancestor is a monkey with human traits, and thus full of HIV.   

If Mr Azoulay was involved in these new laws, then he is responsible.   He can not be allowed to take decisions on the fate of a Muslim because he is a Jew.  Thus he cannot impose anything on me or on anybody in Morocco.   Therefore, he does everything with corruption.

If a contact existed between Mr Azoulay and Mr Matta, then you should verify the following:

By talking to Mr Azoulay, Dr. Matta would have made ​​a strategic mistake.  The mistake is to think that if he helps a Zionist, that the Zionist is going to help him back.  He would have discussed my case with the wrong person, with an enemy for him and for me.  Had Dr Matta gone to His Majesty, he would have gotten a deal a lot sooner, but Mr. Azoulay is a brute who does not want, or never will help.   Mr Azoulay would dare to leave Dr. Matta without a heir, so that his Zionist gang in Brussels will inherit all the wealth which Dr Matta has worked for so hard during all his life, taking big risks with the whitewashing and with his full involvement with a mafia.  Mr Azoulay would also prefer that Dr. Matta rather takes a Zionist as a wife, instead of Naima, and for this reason he sent women to him.  Mr Azoulay also planned for my teeth to fall out at some point and that I would become bald, by paying a dentist and a hairdresser.  That is how he helps Dr Matta.   Instead of helping, Mr Azoulay sent the hideous Daniel Renson towards me.   Mr Azoulay somehow succeeded by forcing both of us to be on the wrong path with very heavy means, for 24 years long,.

I wanted to help Dr. Matta in the past.   I was an idealist, and I wanted to repair the friendship between the Christian Arabs and the Muslims, in my own little way.  I wanted to use the encounter like a Public Relation.  Dr Matta made it difficult for me to do that, as he was giving more opportunity and time to the other women.   How could I know that he was interested in me under these circumstances ?    How can I pursue any ideal ?  

In addition to this, he was contemptuous at times.  I had the impression that the Moroccans were poor peasants for him.  It is strange that he was interested in me.  He had more esteem for the Belgians most likely because he did not understand how these Zionists acquired wealth and how they crush everyone else with criminality in order to provoke the contempt like Dr Matta used to have for the honest kind of people.  

When people like Dr Matta are made rich by the mafioso, they don't experience the cruelty that the  mafioso indiscriminately ramifies throughout the society for the groups that he personally can't stand.  That is what happened to Dr Matta unlike what happens to many rich people in Morocco who associate with “the Europeans”, whereas they are conspiring with Zionists.  They end up protecting a very dangerous criminal like Mr Azoulay, and because he brings cash money, they refuse to see his crimes.  Whatever the mafioso says is true and correct.  All the people who complain about him are liars and they risk being sent to jail.  They forget that the mafioso is dangerous for everyone.  I knew that Dr Matta was ignorant of the genetic hostility from the Zionists against him, and that he will discover it by himself, was only a matter of time.  

He does not know that Mr. Azoulay abuses his high position in Morocco for committing big crimes everywhere, that he is working against the interests of the majority of the Moroccans, he is unfavorable to all the Arabs, Christians and Muslims alike, and that he does not want him to be a happy man.   Mr. Azoulay is a Zionist and he carries out with determination the Zionist policy to destroy the success of all those who are non-Jewish and non-Zionist.  For Mr. Azoulay Dr. Matta is a rich money launderer with connections in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, perhaps Iraq, Tunisia, but also the United States, Canada, Africa, Australia, everywhere.   Mr. Azoulay is not interested in the broken heart of Dr. Matta, or whomever.

Let me illustrate this :

I suppose Dr. Matta has spoken highly of me.   Upon hearing positive information about me, Mr. Azoulay turns green with envy.   “What ?!  Mignone (cute) ?  Intelligent ?  Cultivée ?  Elegante ?  Bonne (good) education ?  Un beau job (a nice job) ?   Mr. Azoulay and his bunch of Zionists in Belgium have done everything so that I will not be " cultivee " not have " bonne education" and not a "beau job" also.   “How did she do it ? !”   This is how Mr Azoulay would definitely respond to good comments about Mr Matta's sweetheart.  

The more Dr. Matta puts forward positive qualities and the more he praises me, the more Mr. Azoulay is going to feel inferior and threatened that I may well take his place, one day.  A Moroccan like Naima should not exist.  That can not occur with the Moroccans who he hates.  Mr Azoulay's thinking is petty and unfit for the very high position he has.  That is what I have observed from the plagiarism and the multiple related humiliations.   The man is retarded and Morocco inherited his backwardness.   The only progress is in the façade and in the decoration.

It may well be Mr. Azoulay who whispered Zionist propaganda against the Moroccans in the ears of Dr. Matta such as "toutes les Marocaines, toutes les Maghrebines et toutes les Turques sont des putes"^[18].  It is possible that under the influence of this negative propaganda coming from my superior in Morocco, Dr. Matta thought he had to handle me with an iron fist, or else I will be “a pute” like all Moroccan girls.  I experienced this as if he wanted to educate me again with subtle despotism, and I began to take distance without causing a conflict.  I didn't understand the severity.

A couple of years ago, I heard similar propaganda against the Moroccan girls by Mr. Abolfazl Beheshti.  Beheshti is a Shiite Muslim, he considers himself a Persian, and he wants to stand out from the migrant workers whom he despises, the Moroccans in particular.   He lives in Lille (North of France) a big city which is highly populated by North Africans.  According to him, the Moroccans are aggressive and tense with the police and everybody in Belgium.  I argued that the young immigrants are pushed to the edge by the entire system.  He argued that it is the immigrants who are pushing the police and everybody to the edge.  I stopped arguing with him ever since, because he is questioning the young and innocent children and not the guilty State apparatus.  In addition, he was unconsciously signaling that he was prepared to betray me.

The propaganda that Mr Beheshti believes in, is probably from the same source ( Mr. Azoulay ) . It 's the kind of catchy propaganda through which people actually change their attitude towards a particular group, and which has led to successful wars in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Central Africa , Nigeria , Sudan and Sri Lanka.   All the work of Zionists that everyone seems to obey, even a Shiite Muslim from Iran.   Even though I do not know Mr. Azoulay and he does not know me, people like Dr. Matta and Mr. Beheshti would believe everything he tells them.  Result is that when I want to explain the contrary, then I encounter resistance.  At the same time, their impression of me is that I am different than the other Moroccans.  

I am not different than the other Moroccans, but I am different than the lies that Mr Azoulay is spreading around the world against the Moroccans.   Those who believe Mr Azoulay and his bunch of Zionists, believe him at the detriment of their own, such as Dr. Matta, who relied on a false information against the Moroccan women.   He would have thought that my parents influenced my decisions, while he knew very well that I am a free spirited person who lived independently, and who took all the decisions concerning herself, by herself.    

Upon hearing positive feedback about me “she's this, she's that”, I imagine that the mafioso said, "Wait a minute, I'll arrange something for you, Dr. Matta."  " What is her address, where does she work and how does she look like ? " . Dr. Matta gives indications. Mr. Azoulay captures the indications, and instead of bringing us together, he has seen to it, to make everything worse, so that there is no communication possible between Dr. Matta and me.

That is how I think Dr. Matta invited the Devil to mediate in our relationship, though which everything started to take longer than wished for by both of us.   All Dr Matta did (if he is associated to Mr Azoulay) is giving more clues to the mafioso who misuses every detail to block even more. That is how my destiny fell at an early age into the hands of a evil spirit who never let go. He is resolute what concerns me.  For him, I must break in two.

I think Mr. Azoulay ensured that I got a criminal file by the end of 1990.  I also think that Mr. Azoulay is the person who has sent Najat Sabir to Dr. Matta, to help him forget me (that was in 1997).  I think it is Mr. Azoulay who sent Daniel Renson after me in 2005 to get him give me cancer or HIV, and a bad reputation on top, and to bring me all the way down, but really down as that is the only way for a Zionist like Mr Renson to possess a woman.   Daniel Renson may also have spoken with appreciation about me to Mr. Azoulay, because I was polite, professional with Mr Crocodile and I handled him with a human grace which he will never find with his own Wallonia species.    It's Mr Beheshti who once reported how highly Mr Crocodile talked about me (this is the same man who was robbing my plans to bring me down).   That is why I think he must have reported more or less the same about me to Mr Azoulay, who of course becomes furiously crazy and finds other ways to destroy me, this time physically.  All this because my profile doesn't match the picture of the Moroccans that Mr Azoulay likes to propagate to the rest of the world, and I am also not using the buttocks to move up.   So, what kind of a Moroccan am I ?

Since Daniel Renson is also a Zionist, he too developed over time the same green envy like Mr. Azoulay, but I did not know why.  I did not know he was already aware of everything I was doing while I thought I was doing the right thing which is not to show my documents or anything to him.  he was so nervous   I did not know what money he had seen what . Many he never said that I would not know what he was looking for . Today I realize that jealousy comes from the fact that I will still succeed in investment to find what he was trying to do. Mr Renson will surely have reported to Mr. Azoulay that he has not identified any man or boyfriend around me.   He may have thought there was no rival for him here in Belgium.  Therefore Daniel Renson could be very dangerous for Dr. Matta, today.   That is another dangerous situation that Mr. Azoulay was working on during all these year for his friend Dr. Matta (if they know each other at all).

To achieve even better effects Mr. Azoulay organized a conspiracy with his Zionist friends to harm me physically through health ( Dr. Leva and Dr. Triffaux who was getting prepared when Fatima and I fled.  He had already started wasting Fatima's teeth, when we vanished) , via the hairdresser (Coiffure Colette), and via lack of food and money, aiming at making me very fragile, so that I would not have any hair or teeth.  Everywhere, I went away on time and my health has gained resistance ... because I grew up in a hostile environment to be defy that kind of harm.  When Dr. Matta finds out, he will get a very different idea about his friend Azoulay and about Belgium.

The conspiracy that Mr. Azoulay was maintaining, aimed to pushed me into the abyss on professional level as well, by paying people to fire me or bully me in all the jobs, such as KPN Orange.   A file against this company has been open at the court of Brussels since 2001.  I will send a copy later on.  Social Inspection of the Ministry of Labour allegedly conducted an investigation against bullying and found no evidence of bullying.  I suspect that they have been corrupted by the mafioso to find nothing.   The manager in question at KPN Orange (Base), was fired a year later by the shareholders.  Years later, friends who were still working at KPN-Orange (Base) told me that the manager who constantly attacked me bought a big sailboat and an expensive car.  Thus, the bastard was paid by the mafioso to fire me... and the Social Inspection of the Ministry of Labour said that their investigation resulted in nil.  I have kept all the archives to illustrate Belgian 'productivity' to the rest of the world.  

On the social level, the intention was to isolate and to manipulate me through long-standing friends (such Filomenita - Mongaya Hoegsholm who perhaps came to steal documents during her visit), and Beatrice Dewilde (Beauté et Bien - être ) who leaked to Wallonia the idea of group-purchasing through her ​​compagnion (Joseph Gheyssens ).  I have more cases in another file called "The Godfather of Morocco" a copy of which will soon be sent after I make some updates with new information about the mafioso.


With all the wild actions against me they didn't manage to get me in the direction they want.   No one in the 24 years has ever said anything or ask me anything about what they desire from me, including Dr. Matta who was not clear.  How can I be of service if nothing precisely has been requested ?   Nobody spoke to me.  Brutal violence was their only way of communicating with me, and I understand nothing with that.  They should not expect that today I want to have a dialogue with them, as there has never been a dialogue.

Mr. Azoulay has finally noticed that the old Daniel Renson I will not be able to keep me in Belgium.  The murder of the mother of Fatima - who now has less income - was not enough to cause me to go back to Mr. Renson  "for a little money".   That was a serious miscalculation.  Sending viruses to my computer also doesn't help.  It all resulted in nothing.  I just carried on, come what may.  I threw Mr Renson out.   Please tell him that he find himself someone else from his own Wallonia to "associate" with.   He was an enemy to me, while I was not for him .

All the actions of Mr. Azoulay remained fruitless. He could have done a better job by keeping me close to Dr. Matta, to find out information about the investment projects through that channel (hence the Skill Center in a visible place at UCL Saint - Luc , where Dr. Matta works ). Formerly he threw me out even from my own projects that they transformed into the Satanic Marshall Plans of Wallonia, Groupon, Weekendesk, Lyoness, Liège 2017, etc.  All these companies are currently losing (and creating debts), after they have been able to attract the first investment with the great ideas (Grand Oral of Sunday 16 February with Ruddy Demotte^[19]).  All they did was making expenditures.  Instead of making everything profitable they try to hold up the fake projects and the lies by looking for new plans to attract new money.  For these things they go as far as stealing other people's money and plans in other countries, in order not to admit that they are criminals.

So, before, they threw me out everywhere, now I must get in.   Now they expect me to live in Brussels and to show them, "les formations pour l'emploi des jeunes " in Wallonia or, namely how the world of business should influence the competencies in the labor market.  They are clearly looking to make even more spendings.

Years ago, when I had a regular job, they paid people to lay me off.   Now they want me to earn wages, and not to work as an independent, I'm sure, because it is a Satanic model they follow in which they enchain people (like the UCL Saint-Luc does).  That's why they raise  things based on my plans in their name, in the hope that I will come inside and sit down, just like they would prepare a coconut for a monkey to grab and to get caught into the trap.   When I served as an employee, I was fired. To change something about that condition, and to never get fired again, I made ​​plans to become an independent entrepreneur.   Now I have to become an employee of the the mafia which controls your country without thinking, but by pulling and pushing like wild beasts.

First they wanted to block the relationship between Dr Matta and me.  You will see that they will now go and get Dr. Matta to keep me here in this Satanic country.   24 to almost 30 years long they have been ruining everything, and now that Dr. Matta and I are liked wrecks, now he is allowed to have me.

Previously, the mafioso was invisible to me, but by having taken so many actions to hurt me during so many years, and by involving and bribing so many people and organizations, it became clear to me in 2013 who was doing this since 1990 (or earlier).   For as long as I did not know who did that, I could do absolutely nothing.  I could not even talk about it to my family, or even to Dr. Matta.   If I am unable to indicate somebody, it will remain an imagination for everybody, just as many believe that Satan also imagination .

He is no longer invisible.  Satan is real.  To be efficient with his destructive power, he looks like you and me.  If he looked different, then you would not listen to him.   He is white on the outside and black on the inside.  But if you look very carefully, you will see the monster in that person though.

Chapter VII:         

The Seal of UCL Saint-Luc 

The main characteristic of the UCL is that it is a dual system, consisting of a legal operation combined with illegal operations, just like the 50/50 approach which I analyzed in the Godfather of Morocco.  The dual system is a major component of the Zionist economic model, consisting of crude swindle and vulgarity hidden behind a highly dignified facade, involving world-class scientific research and education, exactly like the UCL Saint-Luc model is suggesting.  In this chapter I will be discussing how the Zionist sciences mask the truths which we need for solving the problems of humanity.

I will also discuss the Zionist economic and fiscal system.  That is the system in Belgium, and to a greater extent in most Francophone countries, and much less in the Anglo-Saxon countries (the UK and the USA).  Hence the big difference in competitiveness between most Francophone countries and the English-speaking countries, throughout the planet.   This difference in economic culture in Belgium has resulted in the communitarian dispute between Flanders and Wallonia.

I am putting into evidence how the Zionist economic system exclusively benefits the Zionists, and absolutely nobody else, be it in Belgium, in the whole of the European Union, and in the whole world.  In Wallonië, in particular, this system has resulted in a widespread poverty and backwardness in all aspects with the majority of the population.  The Zionist economic system is therefore uncompetitive.   This system could be the main impediment to the harmonization of all the economic and fiscal systems throughout the European Union, to the stability of the Euro-zone and the European currency.   Though, my discussion will be limited to the situation of Belgium alone and to the UCL Saint-Luc university hospital, which is a perfect Zionist mini-economy.

The final conclusion is that the Belgian debts are essentially Zionist debts, given the Zionist economic model presently in force.  I am urgently requesting the police to find where the pensions and the health care budgets for the Belgian people have gone to with precision, so that they can quickly get their budgets back, much quicker than by forcing other regions to join the European Union for resolving the debts.  They might finally discover that not only Belgium and the whole of the European Union have been looted, but that they continue to be duped by the Zionists every day.

This chapter also makes clear that anti-Semitism is not the answer.  The majority of the Jews are not Zionists, and they have problems too with the Zionists.  This is the group who could mediate in working out a financial correction.

The seal on the establishment

Usually, the people who work at UCL Saint-Luc are those who firmly believe that it is one of the best clinics in Belgium.  Dr. Matta was proud that he belonged with “the elite”, in the beginning, when he didn't have a complete vision of the whole system, where he worked.

At first sight, “Catholic University” looks and sounds reassuring because of the knowledge, the ethics, and the wisdom of Christianity on which the medical research appears to be based.  UCL Saint-Luc is also very well organized hospital, it is very well equipped with all the necessary staff in house, and the brand exports well.  One would like to think that there is nothing wrong.  If you walk on campus, everything seems absolutely perfect.

Yet it is known among the general public in Belgium that patients who are older than 65 years do not come out of that hospital alive.   I have known three people who were older than 65, who have entered for some petty reason, and who never came back.  I made ​​the comment in the report on Fatouma El Morabit, the mother of Fatima.  I wonder if finishing off the elderly people has anything to do with the plundering of the antiquaries, with the heritages and with the real estate that the dead leave behind, because the mafia is very big and it counts lawyers and notaries. That is evidence that UCL Saint-Luc is the best criminal organization in the world.  It is clearly a financial mafia, but it is arranged and organized in a such a way that you begin to doubt about your own judgment or your own opinion of that institute.


The seal on the workers

Ms. Sabir said that Dr. Matta is "un fou" (a fool) and she thought he had no morals.  Despite his apparent appetite for women, Dr. Matta is someone who has morals and boundaries, and I can testify about this.   I have known his normal face, but I didn't live together with him like Ms. Sabir did.  So, who is right, Ms. Sabir or me ?

Dr. Matta is an anesthesiologist and he makes people feel nothing at all during an operation.  He is  capable of bringing people to the unconscious level, and to get them back out.   Helping people coming back from the unconscious is the hardest thing there is.  It's almost like you bring a dead man back to life.  That is an art, which requires that you have a very high consciousness with which you can enter the consciousness of someone else.  A fool does not know the different levels of consciousness.   Dr. Matta does.  He is not a simpleton, as Ms. Sabir told me.


In the past, Dr. Matta complained that life was hard on him. "On me fait voir toutes les couleurs ," he said (“they make me suffer”).  He will remember that he could talk to me about anything, and I've tried to understand what he meant. I did not understand him.  How can a man who amuses himself with the women, who earns so much money, who is in the position that he wants and who drives expensive cars, how in the world can life be so hard on him ?   "Tu n'as encore rien vu" (“you've seen nothing yet”), he said several times, without showing me what I had not seen yet. I assumed that he was talking about the war in Lebanon, which I didn't see.

At that time, I could not imagine that a man could be a victim of a prostitution network in which he was forced to do things that go against his conscience.  Today that I am a victim too of the mafia and that I have examined the UCL system with the foreign students, I understand him better .

So, here we have a worker of UCL Saint-Luc who is material short of nothing, who has a nice title, etc. (a pretty façade), but who experiences emotional havoc.  That is Saint - Luc .

Today I come to the conclusion that the womanizing (or the male prostitution) was perhaps part of the promising program that UCL Saint-Luc had proposed to Dr Matta, to help him flee the war in Lebanon, 30 years ago.    Like all victims, he was perhaps first attracted by the mafia with studies and internships in Belgium, and then afterwards they unexpectedly force you to work with them on a very different objective, so that they will let you alone to work on your personal objectives.  For example, during the day he works on improving the health of the people, and at night he destroys his own health and that of the other people.   That too is Saint-Luc

That is how it works in prostitution.  There is no normal woman who wants to be prostitute. Therefore, the mafia uses other baits to project "a rewarding employment" which a job seeker can't  refuse easily.  Examples include cleaning, au pair and babysitting, film and music, etc.  The mafia even uses as a bait regular marriage which subsequently turn into sex slavery.

To become a doctor, a surgeon and an anesthesiologist, to climb so high into the hierarchy of the UCL (I think he is associate) and to enjoy a certain “respect”, he had to get involved with something, and that is the seal of UCL Saint-Luc.

For Dr. Matta, it was this or it was being killed in Lebanon.  He was dead anyway.  Dr. Matta has probably paid his education and the education of his brother, who in the meantime has become a dentist with a private practice here in Belgium.  That 's what I think, because Dr. Matta was a bit mischievous, but he was not completely bad.  Despite the beautiful facade of a mansion-lie house, the "wealth”, the many cars and women, he might living as a hostage of a mafia.  He can not just free himself just like that, because he has been able to get as far as he wants to be at work on condition that he participated in what I call a Zionist economic model, that makes money from the evil which lurks behind the good.


The Seal of Zionism

It is always dangerous to stigmatize a certain group in the society, and I agree with that.  However, one should not ignore when a certain group maintains a dangerous policy which disrupts the social order, like all the things that I am describing in this paper, like the different types of interferences in my life and in the life of Dr. Matta. These interferences are the result of a criminal policy by some outsiders in very high positions.

Therefore, I find it important that I share information with the police with which you can dismantle a criminal system.  To dismantle a system, you must understand which system you are dealing with. We will do the same here as what you do for finding a serial killer.  You will find the murderer much easier based on a profile of his behavior.  That is how I did it to be on track of a mafioso. Just like an individual, an economy also has a behavior.

It is with this intention that I share information about the Zionist economic model.  An example of a Zionist André Azoulay (he is dualistic). A wonderful example of a Zionist economic model is UCL Saint-Luc (a dual system – perhaps invented by Mr Azoulay – who knows).  A financial duality can only be the result of such a system, and we have seen this in ties between Mr. Azoulay and UCL (eg via Dr. Matta).


What is a Zionist economic model ?

The Zionist economic model is based on Zionism.  Zionism is a behavior that is based on hatred. This hatred may take various forms such as criminal behavior (such as tricking, lying, cheating), misery ( such as poverty and unemployment ), infectious diseases (eg HIV / AIDS, H1N1), addictions (eg alcohol, sex and drugs) slavery, trafficking, colonization (eg Palestine), war, corruption, discrimination, racism, genocide, looting, theft, fraud, and everything which your police manual describes as "forbidden ".   All this is part of the Zionist eco-system.  The different forms of hatred usually depend on each other.

With the Zionists, the absolute conviction is that they will not survive without committing crime, while in all the other human groups, the belief is that they will not survive if one commits a crime. The Zionist conviction, is a conviction of a separate group.  It is an attitude which is attached to a genetic determination of a group that necessarily wants to be the best and richest, and for achieving this, the Zionists will forbid to all the other human groups to lead better and balanced lives.  So, as you see, the disparity between the Zionisten and the rest of humanity is thus tremendous and incompatible.

The Zionists justify this attitude as a religion.  However, Zionism is not based on a specific ethics or on a doctrine of a leader, and it apparently has not got a book, like all the other religions, or such as socialism.  Compared with Zionism, the Jewish faith has strict ethics, it has a leader (Abraham) and a book (the Torah), precisely everything to counteract Zionism.  Therefore Zionism a conviction, but it is not a religion.

The Zionists justify this behavior as a policy, but it is an anti-politics, because it engenders poor relationships between the nations.  Injustice is the politics that they perform to always be among the best and the brightest, so that the world would be impressed and stand by the Zionists, so that they end up in the top positions and so that from there they can take the decisions that will always benefit the Zionist group alone.

It is by impressing others with a lot of money, with property and with publicity that Mr. Azoulay, for example, impressed the Moroccan leaders, through which he acquired prestige and privileges. That 's because everyone believed that if he were a criminal, he would never get where he is now.

 The reality is that with the privileges which he received, he started cutting off air for all the Muslim Moroccans.  For more than 45 years, nobody in the Moroccan government noticed anything about how the dangerous nuts was going about the Moroccan people, and other officials in his place were thrown in prison, most probably because they lack a total vision of the scope of their action, and when they get caught, they are unable to explain why they committed a crime.  The mafioso, in all evidence, has his sources of money to pay large sums to everyone to shut up and to change the truth, while the other Moroccan officials don't.  That is how they lose and he wins.

Mr Azoulay knows how to play comedy.   I think if he wasn't working “for the Moroccan government”, he would have been an actor and a singer.   He knows how to memorize the lines very well, when I discovered how many times he copied me.  He play-acts the tolerant one and he advocates “cultural dialogue”, through which the Moroccans open their hearts.  How can you expect that he is a monster, when he lives with the Commander of the believers.   How can you doubt about his “cultural dialogue” ?    

That is how he managed to become more powerful than the King of Morocco himself.   God willing, we will soon have proof that he organized and funded the massacres of the European Muslims in Srebrenica and the massive rapes of Muslim women.   That will show how much he is prepared for “cultural dialogue”, “peace”, “freedom of expression”, “democracy”, “human rights”, “equality”, and all the things that will cause you to doze off and to want to take a nap.  The mafioso had the whole of Morocco busy with these things, in those hot air producing factories called “NGO's”.

The Zionists justify their criminal behavior by calling it a form of capitalism.  It consists of literally robbing the wealth of someone else and to say “he should have defended himself much better”.   They are convinced that they survive much better this way.  In matters colonization, it's the Zionists who always pioneer and the non-Zionists follow and get themselves protected by the Zionists.  (That is why Mr Putin is doing the right thing, by protecting the Russian people against the Enemy.  He will not be able to change things back afterwards if he lets the Enemy succeed – see page ... for the case with Flanders).   The economic strategy of the Zionists is carried out with the aim to oppress and to enslave the people, so that just a few people can say they are the best.  At the same time that destructive attitude makes growth or capitalism impossible.  Therefore Zionist economic model is anti-economic and anti-capitalist, anti-communist, anti-everything.

An example of such political economy to survive as a separate group is giving prizes and money to one another, to the Zionists among themselves.  Haven't you've observed that only the Zionists are  always the winners of the Nobel Prize when it comes to sciences like physics, economics, mathematics, etc ?  The names of the winners are never, Jefke, Pol, Gust, Ricardo, Pedro, let alone Khaled, Omar and Nurdine.  This last group is usually entitled the Nobel Peace Prize, for subjects that the war-obsessed Zionists don't give a hoot about.

Now you know how it is that the Zionists always the " smartest " ... They are doing it with theft and with a gigantic manipulation through the media.  To continue to stay at the top for very long years, they start spreading negative propaganda against certain groups such as the Blacks, the Muslims,  the Roma Europeans, and even against the Jews when this suits them.   Their attitude is genetically determined.    It is not determined by religion or by a policy.   They are genetically programmed to be brutes.  


Who are the Zionists ?

The Zionists are a small minority in almost all the countries of the world, as they spread around the globe through colonialism and as a consequence of persecutions in Europe (like during the 1930ies).  The Zionists are generally confused with the Jews, but the Jewish faith is not based on hatred as Zionism is.  Making a distinction between Zionists and Jews is even more difficult when one does not know that different genetic groups exist among the Jews, including Zionist Jews (the fake Jews) and the non-Zionist Jews (the real Jews) .
  
Non-Jewish Zionists also exist.  I suspect that the highest concentration of this group is located in Liege, and they are fellow tribesmen of the Jewish Zionists.  Non-Jewish Zionists are determined according to the brutal economic model that I have described above, but they can occur as nice Catholics, as Atheists or first as Nazis, then as Zionists, then as anti-Semites (like Hitler), and then as Catholics again.  The Jewish Zionists and non-Jewish Zionists are capable of conspiring together at one point in time (hence the Zionist conspiracy), and to kill each at another point in time.  Their motives are irrational.   They are capable to hate everyone and they survive by adapting to detection. Quickly to " Hypocrites " , in other words.

Nowadays, some Zionists become Buddhists and Yogis, but Islam remains most difficult for them, because the active application of this religion goes against the nature of the Zionists.   Islam also prescribes the capital punishment for the very big crimes, and that is too harsh for the corrupt behavior which the Zionist species exhibits constantly, and for the kind of traitors that they are.  The Zionists managed to abolish the death penalty almost everywhere in the Western countries by occupying high positions in the politics (like Mr Azoulay) and in the legal systems, so that they can continue to mess around with everyone indefinitely.  In the West, you will find the death penalty either in the constitution or in force, in the countries where the genetic origin of the population is not Zionist, such as France (where it exists in the law but it is not used) and in America (where the death penalty is applied in certain States).


The non-Zionist people differ even within the same family or tribe.  Within the same family, one person can have a totally different view on the world and on life than his brother or sister.  The opinions and mood vary, the economic determination of the people also varies from person to person within the same family or tribe.

In contrast with non-Zionist people, the Zionists (Jews or non-Jews) differ less or not at all from each other.  There are fewer differences between them.  Therefore, they are a separate group with the same conviction and they mostly agree with each other.  They have the same world view, the same criminal desire for money, power and territory, so they work with the same economic determination.  Because they are a very small group, even within the European population, the Jewish and the non-Jewish Zionists conspire against all the other groups.

This fact not only refers to a lineage that the Zionists share, but it also refers to the reality that they don't evolve over the centuries.   The individuals of the same group cause the same problems, repetitively throughout the history of mankind (such as the repetitive persecutions of the Jews in Europe and genocides).  The problems they cause are also exactly the same in the different regions of the world where the Zionists are present.  The repetition of the same problems by the same people signals non-evolution, and when they rule they cause the other groups to stop evolving as well.  

Where do you find the Zionist economic model ?

There are two countries in the world where the Zionist model is in full force : that is in Belgium and in Israel.  They are like twins in form and spirit, just that there are much more Zionists living in Israel than in Belgium.  The Zionist economic model is partially in force in Morocco.  What you have is the domination of Zionist structures in the financial sector of Morocco, and all the rest is criminality and poverty.  There is nothing that counterbalances the negative effects of those structures on the Moroccan society.   Hence, the fact that there is almost no middle class, but an ever-growing group of poor people, and a tiny group at the top of the country who are wealthy, including most Zionists and Jews.  Racism and discrimination in Belgium, Morocco and Israel, play an important role in supporting the Zionist economic model.   Apart from this, I don't understand why Morocco kept an undignified social situation ongoing for nearly half a century, and it is likely to get worse.  I am puzzled about this.  

The high rate of criminality, corruption and the poverty in Morocco, indicate that there is no other economy in Morocco.  The basic goods and services, the infrastructure and the exports are all turned to supporting exclusively the Zionist financial structures in Morocco.  Mr Azoulay used to be the President of the Moroccan National Bank, would you believe ! (I can hear you laughing hard).  The Zionist financial structure is inconsistent with the general culture of the people, who is Islamic.  They are not motivated to participate in criminal activity (mostly directed against the interest of their own people and country), which is a partial explanation for the poverty.  

The other problem is that the Zionist financial structures are presented to the rest of the world as modern structures from Europe, which is also not true, because the Zionist financial structures are turned to benefit the Zionist genetic group, and thus eventually Israel, and not at all any of the European populations.   Yet they succeed in selling their financial services as people mistake them for Europeans.  In actual reality, they are a European lookalike.

In Belgium, the Zionist economic model is the most articulate in Wallonia, where the population is also the poorest of the country.  Flanders has a different economic policy involving more obligations, inspections and control, through which the Flemish economy is stronger.   The figures of crime in Wallonia compared to Flanders prove a difference between the two regions^[20],^[21].  “The crime rate is due to all the foreigners” they will say in Wallonia.  It is not the foreigners who decide early releases from prison, such as the liberation of Michel Martin and a bunch of other criminals, is not it?   There is also the possibility that the criminal foreigners are employed on commission, perhaps by the Zionists, by their fellow tribesmen.


The Zionist fiscal system

Zionism is not spiritual but exclusively materialistic.  It is solely focused on money and on the physical body (such as sex) and not on thinking.  Zionism is named after mountain "Zion", a mountain somewhere in Israel.  Zion is a mountain and it is not a spirit, like Jesus Christ is a spirit, but matter (such as gold, diamonds and money).  The Zionist fiscal system is therefore as violent as the entire economic system based on the Zionist beliefs, but they make their fiscal system bearable by promising money that you will never get.

The Zionist fiscal system makes that the average salary of the ordinary police officer is finished within the first week after payday, and that, the same police officer will have to make do with very little money for the rest of the month while at risk of injured or killed just because he is going to work.  He runs big risks for earning nothing.

In the Belgian Zionist fiscal system the employer proposes the gross salary when negotiating a contract with a candidate for a job.  The net salary is never discussed, unless the candidate has the courage to negotiate a net calculation, which is rare.  The employer reflects 3000 Euro gross per month. That seems reasonable for the young employee, who decides to sign the contract.

It's only until after the first payment that the new employee discovers that he was paid 1350 Euros to his account... and that he had made ​​plans based on a household budget of 1700 Euro.   He is short of 350 Euro.   At the beginning of the month, after the payment of the rent, the insurances, the electricity, the gas, the telephone, the credit installments, the water, the health care services, the labor union, the car, the fuel, etc., only about 150 to 250 Euro remain left to survive with during for 4 weeks. That is 6 Euro per day (instead of 10 Euro per day for instance).  There 's nothing left to buying food and beverages, hygiene, clothes , newspapers, materials to fix something or paint, and to buy some flowers for mom.  Everyday he is short of 4 Euro.

The employer fooled the employee, but the employer is also tricked in turn by the same fiscal system :

To ensure that the employee receives a salary of 1350 Euro in the hands, the employer must spend Euro 5000, but the employee does not know that.  The employee thinks that 3000 Euros (the gross salary) is the cost which the employer makes, and he asks an increase of salary or he threatens to break down the entire work place.

The question that no one has asked in Belgium, for so far is :

Of course the answer is likely  "to the State for covering the infrastructure, the energy supply, the  education, the health care, the pensions, the unemployment, etc., and to pay the government." This is where the gross amounts go, through which keeping families alive becomes a hard thing.   I'm willing to acknowledge that the State earns 3650 Euro on the back of the young worker, but it 's hard to believe when that money makes no difference to the national debt and the State deficit.

The State currently has a budget deficit of 2.4 % of GNP.  That is wonderful because less than one year ago the rate was 4.1 to 4.8 % ^[22],^[23] of the gross national product (GNP).  The State also has a debt nearing the 100 % of the GDP^[24]. 

The Belgian government has worked very well this year, but they have taken painful budgetary decisions through which a large number of unemployed will no longer receive government support, and which indicates an upcoming poverty.  Net wages of the workers are insufficient to survive with and they are they also point to poverty, especially with the strong increase in consumer prices in Belgium compared with the neighboring countries (insert link).   All this foretells hard times for many Belgians.
 

However, with a salary of 3000 Euro gross for the ordinary worker with a bachelor's degree in this country,  Belgium presents herself abroad as a prosperous country with a high-wage country with a high standard of living, while with 6 Euro per day, Belgium is as poor as most developing countries, with the difference that an infernal stress exists in Belgium which chases the people into death in different ways : suicide, cancer or a heart attacks (see page ... ).

So there is a Belgium for making publicity abroad, and another Belgium that you and I know much better.  There is a gross Belgium and a net Belgium.  Those are two different countries.  In the gross country one is rich. In the net country one is poor.

This dualistic economic system is based on a Zionist culture.  When you know that Zionism is based on hatred, crime and mystification, then you will immediately understand that the Euro 3650 to be deducted each month from the gross salary of the employee , you'll never look back . Same with the debt of the State which is almost 100 % of GDP.

We assumed that the Euro 3650 go to the Belgian State.  The sovereign debt which has been maintained to nearly 100% for years on end (and which doesn't change) indicates that the 3650 Euro did not go into reducing the sovereign debt.  The Belgian sovereign Debt is the debt that Belgium has in relation to other countries or in relation to banks in other countries.  That is where the 3650 Euro go to.   There must be a bank or a country which always gets interest sent and which has never borrowed money to Belgium.  There must be a hole where the 3650 Euro have disappeared.   That hole is what that the police must find, because this looks like financial criminality.

With a semblance of security, prosperity and democracy, Belgium is the most dangerous country in the world as you have a formal government on one side that wants to build an economy, and on the other hand you have an informal government (a mafia) that uses financial and economic violence  to lead the people, tell me about it.   Economic violence is the culture in this country.   Violence is very consistent with the Zionist values.

This is reflected in the very high consumer prices, the very high taxes on the wages of the workers and on the businesses... and despite the high taxes there is a sovereign debt of about 100 %.   In this respect, nothing will change for as long as Mr. Azoulay directs everyone from his office in the Palace of Morocco to achieve what he wants, and for as long as Belgium grants cooperation to this Zionist to achieve what she wants.  What she wants is a criminal economic system.  On page 86, I will show you how to figure out where the deductions from wages in Belgium go to.  But first, a little more about the crime and the legal system in Belgium .

The Zionist legal system

Dr. Matta and I would never agree on many things, because he doesn't have to keep up with certain principles that I have to take into.  For example, if I wrongly park my car, I run a higher risk of being fined than if he wrongly parks his car.  That is why I need to pay attention more than him, and he did not understand why I was very careful.   Had we stayed together, then the final outcome  would have been the same as we have today : each leading a separate life... otherwise I would be sentenced to jail for things he does or for things that he asks me to do, be it or not under the influence of his protectors.

The difference between Dr. Matta and I is that we both live in a system where he is protected and I am not.   It is a system that works for some people and not for most.   I knew this truth long before I met him, but he did not, because he was protected and he was also not interested in the problems of the society.

He is privileged because he is probably of big financial importance to his hierarchy, and I am not.   I suspect he launders huge sums in the export of second-hand cars and antiquaries.   I think he's an "associate" of UCL Saint-Luc.   I can imagine that he attracts to the UCL Saint-Luc hospital, foreign patients and contracts from the Gulf countries... but not for long, I guess.   The boomerang of his voluntary or involuntary participation in Zionism (such as womanizing and perhaps money laundering), would have come to me, had I sticked around him.

The Zionist Sciences

If you know that throughout history the Zionists cause the same problems repetitively as they always have been the same type of people, you will ask yourself whether science and education  would change a thing about them.   I will ask the question differently: would the research at UCL, for example, not be a rip off like all the rest ?   What is research ?   Research is all about knowing the truth, indeed.  That's exactly what the Zionists don't want.  They don't want to know anything about the truth, thus, they do not evolve.   I will come back to this a later.


I came on the track about the ancestry of the Walloon population, when I met Daniel Renson.   I started to observe his curious strategies as he pretended to be someone positive, but his appearance is repulsive and extremely negative.  I thought I did well by being diplomatic and human but I think he interpreted my kindness as a weakness.  Later, in 2011, I discovered that he shared a genetic ancestry with the Zionists.   He has in common with them both the psychopathic tendencies as a complex of superiority and dualism ... but he does not know it himself, and ignorance is also a characteristic of a Zionist.

Do you remember my very first statement against him , which I 've been told that he once knew an Algerian girl, and that her family opposed to any further dealings between their daughter and him ?   That's because his appearance, his manners and his priorities correspond to the description of Mephisto or Satan.  Man has little in common with Satan, but Mr. Renson has a lot in common with Satan.  The description of Mr Renson's being and his psychology is what the Algerians responded to, obviously without giving a word explanation to Mr. Renson.

The description of Satan and of the Zionists corresponds with what the Americans called in modern terms "the enemy" as during the second World War.  Satan therefore truly exists.  The sadism of the Enemy is written in the face of Daniel Renson.  He can not do anything about it because it's genetic. The Americans defeated Nazism, but not Zionism even though it is based on the very same policy and on hatred.   During the Second World War, Wallonia largely resisted Nazism.  The resistance was not for the sake of peace (as peace is not part of their value-system), but rather out of fear of being exterminated themselves.

The reaction of Mr Renson on the Algerians was that he became hateful with all the North Africans.   In reality, his dislike for all North Africans was already inside of him long before he ever met the Algerian girl.   By meeting me, his dislike increased because he found strong resistance without me ever becoming unfriendly

The characteristic of the Enemy is that he will always come to say that the other is your enemy. First it was the Jews, then the Muslims, then the Blacks ... That is why the Algerians forbade their daughter from lallygagging any further with him, and right they are when I realize how he was destroying my future behind my back for years on end, while I have been extremely friendly with him.  I was doing lots of effort to find a peaceful way for dealing with him.   Now I can prove to him that he is indeed Satan, with whom no human interaction is possible.

Just referring to "Satan" is not a scientific explanation for a phenomenon like Daniel Renson. The real explanation is that he is a fellow tribesman of the Zionists. You will find a profile of Satan in all the Holy Scriptures, such as the Old Testament, the Koran, the Torah, etc.  When you compare the profile of Satan with the profile of Daniel Renson, André Azoulay and the UCL, you will notice a difference.  They are all the same Satan.

So, unlike Nazism and Zionism are prohibited by law in most countries of the world, so is marrying a Zionist, Satan or the Enemy also forbidden by Islam. That 's what happened between Mr. Renson and Algerians.   Afterwards, he thought it would work out better with the Moroccans, this time.  

Would the difference in ancestry also not be the difference between Flanders and Wallonië^[25] ?   There are medical studies which show that there is a difference in the way cholesterol cells are formed and how the cells are degraded in the Walloon population (mainly in Liège) and in the Flemish population^[26].  The Flemish also live longer and have more older people than the Walloon^[27],^[28], while there is no difference in the standard of living in both regions, as the social system is the same in the North and the South of the country.

Education is generally much better in Flanders, and in Wallonia, there are more pupils repeating school years than in Flanders^[29].  Could this be a difference in policy or a difference in people?   In Wallonia, they have recorded in one year time, an increase of 30 % in the special education for people with mental deficiency^[30],^[31].

That sharp increase in the special education in one year time, is a sign of an epidemic in Wallonia, which affects the brains of the people and for which a plan of attack is needed urgently.   This is a high priority for the government of that region, who did not even see that there is an epidemic going on.   I guess they need special education themselves.   There is definitely a dangerous decline in the quality of the brains in that area of the country .... or do the Zionists intend to hide this danger during one more year, in order to have the whole of Wallonia mentally deficient within the shortest time span ?

When you take all the differences, then it is not a difference in policy, but most likely it a difference in the ancestry of both the populations, there however a minority of people of Flemish descent living in Wallonia and a Walloon minority living in Flanders.

This difference in the ancestry is reflected in the extent to which the Belgian Jewish Zionists interact with the rest of society in Flanders and in Wallonia.   In Antwerp, the  Jewish Zionists usually form a hermetic closed group, while in Wallonia, the Jewish Zionists are not hermetically shut out from the rest of the society.  This is because the Zionists are fellow tribesmen of the majority of the people in the province of Liège (Wallonia), while the Zionists are not from the same tribe like the Flemish people.   Zionists are hominids or human lookalikes.

This issue is of great importance, and a research to know the truth is necessary because a difference in population could sometimes mean that they are not compatible.  When people from incompatible groups interbreed then this may cause the phenomenally high number of disabled people in this country^[32],^[33].  The extremely high number of disability is a sign of health problems in the population.  It is a sign that the chromosomes of one member of a couple are harmful to the chromosomes of the other member of that couple.  When the stem of the two members in a couples are not compatible, and they interbreed, then it results in a deformed human.

It would be unjust not to finance scientific studies to know the truth about the ancestry of the people, in order to maintain a healthy and perfect population, and in order to reduce over time, the percentage of people with disabilities and people with mental deficiency.

A division of the country is not necessary to resolve this question.  Justice is what we need. Justice can only be achieved with the truth. With modern technology, one can avoid the incompatibility if blood tests are done before marry or enter into sexual relations, as compatibility blood tests is an obligation in France for all future couples.  The quality of the health of the French population is therefore much higher than in Belgium.

As far as I know, in Belgium, there is no obligation for blood tests before mating, and this fits the prostitution-mentality at UCL Saint-Luc.  With approximately 11 % of the population (excluding newborns), Belgium has the highest rate of people with disabilities in the world, simply because no preventive research is done before the mating.  The result is a huge cost to the taxpayer caused by a difference in the bloodline, which at the same time also the source of the incurable diseases like cancers^[34],^[35],^[36],^[37],^[38] and Alzheimer^[39] dementia^[40] which Belgium is also the leader in the world . Meanwhile, we must believe that all these diseases are due to coincidence.  A thorough research has of course never taken place, simply because if one would take place you could detect the Zionists much quicker.   As I call scientific violence.  That is the science of the Zionists.

If one refuses to identify the real causes of all these diseases than more and more children will be born with cancer which they inherit from their parents, because more and more parents get cancer at a very young age.  They've already started developing therapies to treat heavy cancer in the newborn^[41].

All these pathologies mutate throughout the generations through which different type of diseases appear again.  They make the people believe that the discovery of all the new diseases is a result of scientific progress, but we are somehow observing a sharp decline in the health of the people, particularly if the newborns already need proton therapy.  They are hardly born and they already need cancer treatment.   Where is the scientific progress ?

The health care budgets show that there is a decline in the health of the people, because more budget is needed, rather than less budget^[42]. The negative evolution of health can be demonstrated by the growing number of people with cancer, and the growing number of new types of cancers.

Are they going to make us believe that a completely new cancer is the result of progress in health sciences ?   Progress is when no new cancers appear.   In addition, when one knows how a new cancer develops, then one also knows how to solve it, because the process of finding and inventing is the same.  Apparently, this is not the case in a country where they require 10, 15, 20 or 30 years  to turn a discovery into an invention.

Thus, a new cancer is the result of a decline in the health of the people, and not the result of scientific progress.  The increase in the number of disabled people (at birth or later in life) is a very clear decline in the health of the people, and a decline in the quality of the chromosomes, and not an advancement in the scientific research.  When one looks at a disabled person, is one looking at scientific progress or at something else ?  

So it is high time that the people know the truth about where all these diseases come from. The pressure on health care budget has become too important with all those scientific lies.  For the moment, the Federal government is cutting drastically in the unemployment budget in which the young people and the long-term unemployed are thrown out.  Those who lost government support, have to rely on the welfare (the municipality), but the municipalities are unable to support that financial pressure also^[43],^[44].  However, should the unemployment benefits and the welfare disappear, then the Belgian population will not die of this. The people will be nervous, but they will not die.

But, when it comes to the health care, where will the government make the cuts, with the increase in premature births, with the rising rate of disabled people, with the rapid expansion of the incurable diseases, which are created by the ignorance of the people about their ancestry, and the lies of the so-called scientists ?  How are they going to stop those diseases when there is little or no budget anymore ?   Are they going to stop the diseases with Zionism ? !

This is very different than making cuts in the unemployment, is not it ?   Unemployment is not a disease, and it 's not deadly.  However, the whole population will likely be exterminated the day when there is no more budget for subsidizing the medication against the growing number of incurable diseases, that are deliberately encouraged because they do not want to tell the truth to the people about their origin and about the diseases.  This is clearly one of the most deadly hostilities.

The issue is urgent, and as I am writing to you health care economists like Lieven Annemans, is  pressing on the alarm button.  How hard one must shout to be heard ?   Or are the Zionists going to prevent the roof from falling on our heads with their hands ?

The puppet show must stop !  UCL Saint-Luc could have solved most of the health issues if they wanted, but that is not their true intention.  The real explanation for the phenomenal number of new and incurable diseases is first and foremost an incompatibility at the level of the genes.  The genes of Satan (the hominid)  turn in the opposite direction than that of the real human being, and that increases the risk for some form of disability or degeneration in the cells.  Going to bed with  Zionist people is dangerous.  One does not have sex with Satan.  If these simple rules are respected, it will make a huge difference to the budgets for the public health.

The smart asses of the UCL Saint-Luc hospital will never tell you these things, because otherwise their business will be bust, and they spread the diseases deliberately through the students. Therefore, it is very important that you as head of the civil protection know all about this, because either the UCL Saint-Luc disappears, or the Belgian people will disappear.


The Consequences of the Zionist System in Belgium

In 1968, I came as a bambino with my parents from Morocco, to settle in the wrong environment for my being.  That environment is Belgium.  I've never felt at home here, and as a child I could not eat, because I could not explain that I do not belong here.  I started to eat normally when I was in Morocco on vacation.  When returning to Belgium, everyone congratulated my mother because I looked better.   The difference between Belgium and Morocco is the stress.

I experienced stress every day when I came in contact with an environment that responds to their imagination of me, or to their prejudices against me, and there is nothing one can do about that. The early years were the best years, until I went to college and then the greatest stress began.  The hostility of the professors who decide about your future and the strained relationship with them because of my foreign origin, was constant.   The stress was clearly a policy, and the PISA study (on page 8) testifies this reality, in which migrant children from an early age are deliberately and massively deprived of higher education.

In my case it was as if the same person had contacted all the schools I was going to, to constantly influence the professors against my interests.  I then understood that the schools and the universities in Belgium were not established to bring out the best in the people, so that they would help the society prosper, but to start a war against certain students, and to pull through a lucky few.

It was from that moment onward that someone has been constantly dealing with my fate, in order to make me fail.  Today, I bet it was Mr. Azoulay who did everything possible to make whatever success impossible.   When this person is engaged in influencing other people with large sums of money to work on a perfect failing of someone else life, and when the whole Belgian system cooperated such as, the companies , the government, the national bank, bailiffs, judges, lawyers political parties, professors, social services, tax services, doctors, hospitals, civil servants, the employment services and the unemployment services, chambers of commerce, the electricity board, and people in the various ministries, then this is the culture.  This culture has a name.

When a whole system works against one's existence, then it is important that one understands where one has landed and with whom one is dealing.  If one does not understand where one has come to, then gets sick.  I'm so lucky that I'm not a Belgian.  I am Muslim and I did not choose to be in this country.   The simple fact that I am of foreign origin, and that some Belgians use this to demonstrate their hostility makes that I didn't become sick, because I have an explanation which helps me process the hostility.   In this way, I've been able to resist during long years againt the hostile environment in which I live, but I can not continue to keep resisting during my whole life in a system that works against my existence.

Many Belgians have similar experience with hostility like me.  They don't have the same luck as me, to have an explanation for their strange experiences, and they get depressed or they commit suicide.   About a third of the Belgian population suffers from depression or have mental problems^[45],^[46],^[47],^[48].   Belgium scores the highest rate of suicides in the world^[49],^[50]. Belgium is also the leader in the world with the highest rate of mortality first of all because of cancer^[51],^[52],^[53], followed by myocardial infarction (blood circulation )^[54], then the road accidents^[55], only then follows the natural death and the murders^[56].

No leader or minister in the world can be proud of this degree of degradation in his or her society.  The people here do not live normally and they do not die normally also. They are not even born normallyin the ninth month, but many months sooner.

People commit suicide when they find no explanation for the poor environment in which they work and live, for the aggressiveness and also when they don't find a way out from this culture of degradation and economic violence.  The highest number of victims of suicide are people who work with the police force (insert link).  The police are people who are every day involved with injustice and safety.   Why is the number of suicides so high in this precise group ?   We will never find out the exact reasons for each victim, but we can try to identify factors that play a role :

Suicide is definitely the result of a disappointment.  There is no doubt about this.  I suppose that most young police officers enter in the job with an ideal.   The ideal is a just and safe society.  Overtime and with experience, the police officer observes insane forms of injustices, beyond belief (such as human trafficking in a university hospital), especially when - in addition - the search for the truth is stopped (like what happened in the Dutroux police investigation - I do not think it was incompetence).  The greatest disillusionment also concerns the means to achieve the ideal and an adequate income to stay motivated in the police job.  There is also the lack of understanding and a mental hostility from the environment for that ideal, because of the general conviction that wanting a just and safe society, is like believing in fairy tales...  The stress increases when the idealist questions either himself or the system which seems to be supporting injustices much quicker than supporting the ideal for a just society.   The police officer is expected to participate in the injustices and at the same time he must take responsibility for the security and justice in the society.  In both cases he risks to get fired, after which he will have to bury his ideal for good.  One better be dead, indeed.

The numbers of suicides in the world are generally the highest in Europa^[57], and the British Journal of Psychiatry^[58] says that a genetic risk factor plays a role in the suicides in Europe.   Zionism is the risk factor with a clear genetic character, whether one is talking about the victim that may be a Zionist or whether one is talking about the Zionist environment which causes casualties in all the other European blood groups .

Zionism is thus the name of the culture which is ingrained throughout the whole of the Belgian system and also in a minority of Belgians.  This culture is clearly aimed at destruction on all possible levels.  This, to me, is the real explanation for the massive mobilization against my personal progress and the explanation for the high number of depressions and suicides in Belgium. One therefore does not need to make expenditures on university studies to find these simple explanations for the depressions and suicides.

It could be more than 40 years that UCL Saint-Luc operates on a loss.  The organization is still there and standing straight.  How do they do it ?  Probably with a constant supply of dirty money and embezzled money.

I think the people who work there, own private companies and they invest the earnings in the UCL Saint-Luc system.  Type of earnings include the profits of an export garage (like Dr. Matta), but also the public funding coming from other States or international organizations such as the European Union (Erasmus Mundi) and the United Nations, through partnerships between UCL Saint - Luc and NGOs in development cooperation (annex_07B). An example of a partnership Panacea Mundus / UCL Saint - Luc and foreign universities (see annex_38) .

To receive funding, they do everything, and it can go as far as the deployment of Satanic strategies.  You've seen how cruel they are with the human being by saying nothing about the ancestry of the population, so that the people start mating with each other just like that, at risk of bringing forth deformed and retarded people, so that they will cause incurable blood diseases together,  and so that institutions like Saint-Luc will always be qualified for grants and subsidies until infinity, to do  “scientific research”, as if they want to heal anybody.

In the case of dirty money which comes from prostitution, the UCL Saint-Luc is obviously not the end point of the money not, just like the Belgian debt is not the end point of the 3650 Euro which deducted from the wages of the worker.  The money ends somewhere else.

Thus the endpoint is not the loss-producing UCL Saint-Luc.  They're not going to employ students like Adele as prostitutes to keep the school where they attend classes upright.  That is why I think that the UCL Saint-Luc is an intermediate step, just like the Belgian State is also an intermediate step.

The money comes in, but the circuit goes much further, otherwise UCL Saint-Luc would create revenues and become taxable.  If the UCL Saint-Luc is taxed, then the money will go to the (right) people.

That is not the intention.  The intention is that all the taxables and all subsidies go to the wrong people.  The deductions from the wages in Belgium, may not be going to the Belgian people, but they are taken to somewhere abroad.

So the endpoint of the whitewashed money which goes through the garage of Dr. Matta to the UCL Saint Luc, will without any doubts be the same endpoint where the pensions of all Belgians go to. Which country or countries that is precisely, is a matter for the police to find out.  Maybe it helps to know that since this is a Zionist economy, that the benefits go to a country where many Zionists live, and who are fellow tribesmen of some Walloons.  It is also a land where they make nothing else but wars, with the kind of bad character they have like the one of Mr. Azoulay.  There is where you will find the budgets that you need to recover for the Belgian State.

I have not been able to build a pension as well, with the stupidities of the same Zionists.


Another way for finding out the country where the money goes, is to close the UCL Saint-Luc hospital and campus.  Yes “close”, like “shutting down”.  You could do this for example on the basis of it's illegal establishment on someone else's land (if so), and particularly if they do not want to pay some 50-year arrears in cash immediately.   If you shut down the UCL Saint-Luc, a crisis arise somewhere, through which it becomes clear who needed the dirty money. This is how you find out very quickly the country where the profits go.

When you have found that country, you must notify that to the European Union, because the same explanation may be valid for the other European countries, with bigger debt than Belgium.


How does our tax money get to that country ?

Through awards for scientific discoveries, grants, gifts, funds for development, for disease control and education, through the salaries of the management executives, the professors and the department heads, mostly through the individuals because all the other possibilities (via the banks, for example) are traceable and stoppable.  

At UCL Saint-Luc you should look at the salaries of the management and their origin.  Maybe they all have something in common.  To begin with, they belong to the "elite", and they get a lot of money because they have to sacrifice part of it to Satan from whom they originate, so that only their tribe would always belong to the smartest and the richest.   In health care, one usually finds Zionists and Jews as executives and managers, who receive very high salaries (see example of Jewish names in annex_51) . It's not their eyes only that they get so much money.  It is because behind all this, there is yet another company hiding which is not working in the interest of Belgium.

So far everyone thought that if the Zionists and the Jews have managed to always be top executives at the large organizations, it would be because they are the smartest.   It is possible, but this is not always the case.   They can also be corrupt.  To begin with, they are in the top functions in order to sweep the truth under the carpet and to keep the lids on all the pots closed, such as the pot concerning the finances of the UCL Saint-Luc, and such as the truth about all the diseases that they might be making themselves, in order to advertise themselves again as the best and brightest by developing the drug, and to hold like this the highest positions indefinitely in this way.  It is in this way that the Zionist economic system has quietly established, and to which everyone obeys, because people thought that it was going to protect the wealth and the welfare of the population, whereas in reality, the Zionists has other interests in mind.

Directly under the Zionist top executives, they usually put the local people and the people of diverse origins, who they use as slaves.  The Zionists are not numerous enough to amass all the wealth of the Earth by themselves.  They do this by relying on the non-Zionists and on the other races whom they hate and injure at the same time.   They put the other groups underneath themselves, in order to spy on them, to monitor in case one head sticks out, they can knock on it to keep it down, or in order to skim off the best results of the subordinate team and to play "the brightest" with it on TV, or to win great prizes abroad and to earn even more so that he can release more money for Satan.

The subordinates who don't like this, who do not do what is asked, or who do not want to work with the system, will be fired and ruined.   Anyway, the Zionists are in the top positions in order to exercise their usual powers of injustice, violence and tyranny over the others so that they stay on top and so that they could walk away with the money from everyone.  That is the unjust economy with which we are stuck in Belgium.

The slaves are created early on.  At the Zionist UCL Saint-Luc there is a remarkably high number of non-European students.  That is very inconsistent with the Zionists belief in which they define themselves as a separate group consisting of the best and brightest.   It struck me in the library, where I found the purse of Adele, that there were few Europeans, but a lot of girls with head scarves, mostly from Morocco, as well as Asian girls of the Chinese type, there were equally a high of Moroccan young men, as well as young people from Congo, Mali, Cameroon, Ivory Coast. These are the people who the Zionists thoroughly hate.

Then why do they bring these people here ?  I suppose that sooner or later, they use these young people as slaves, because the Zionists can not do anything themselves.  The Zionists usually give  the illegal work to the foreigners, so that when things go wrong they get arrested, and the Zionists never do.  This gives the Belgian people the impression that the crimes are related to the foreigners.   The day when the foreigners disappear, the Belgian people will find out that the crimes come from the same mafia which was responsible for World War I and II.

Perhaps you can start by checking out all the doctors who are of foreign origin, because of the fact that the foreign origin facilitates exports, through which the proceeds from crime in other countries come to Belgium.


I don't think that the Zionists are making big profits with a dualistic system such as the UCL Saint-Luc system, because it requires a double investment, in the white and the black system. Everyone should be paid double to keep everything silent at all levels of the hierarchy, and in the very long international chain of criminal intermediaries.  The profit margin becomes very small at the very end.

Is it not cheaper to just use the brains
and to do things right instead destroying lives of people ?

The only way to produce earnings in a dualistic system is to gain everything in the black (not to  declare anything to the taxes), to embezzle as many governments as possible through the development cooperation, and to never pay anything.

In order to have no one who could identify such systems and in order to get cooperation easily, one needs retarded people indeed like more and more are getting enrolled in the special education in Wallonia.   Wallonia is fooled by their own Zionists !



The Seal of Zionism in the world

We live in a system where the injustice prevails.  It is a Zionist system.  At world level, this system has led to all the injustices that you see on the TV news. It is through this system that the wealth of the whole earth is in the hands of a dozen families (for whom everyone goes to work for).  They have didn't achieve that kind of wealth on their own, but with the help of others who work for them, like Dr. Matta does.

Mr. Azoulay, for example, is one of the richest men in Morocco, who considers himself superior and he treats all the rest as dirt.  He is convinced that he is a descendant from a superior group, whose origin is in Europe.  In Morocco, they go out of their way for him, but no one has ever examined how he achieved all he has, until I discovered that he was running with our plans to pull up his own Zionists in the world, like the Walloon Minister-President Jean-Claude Marcourt, the Walloon Export Agency (Agence Wallone des Exportations) and some companies in France (such as Accenture, Club Med, Codage, Alstom), in America (Google and Groupon), and in Morocco, so  that they stay on top.  They do this so that you would put your money in their enterprises, so that the Zionists can get it out, you see ?

I then discovered that he generously paid corruption money, with sums that transforms the lives of the people who carry out his instructions.  The corruption money doesn't come out of his savings account, nor from his wages.  That money comes from illegal activities in Morocco and elsewhere, such as cannabis, prostitution, trade in counterfeited residence papers.  Thus he feels superior and everyone goes out of the way before.

Of course he does not do anything himself. He pays the people of all the other races that he hates to do things for him. Just as Dr. Matta probably launders dirty money for Mr. Azoulay and his Zionist gang in Belgium and elsewhere, while a misanthrope like Mr. Azoulay tricks Dr Matta in another vital aspect of his life.  

If the Zionists had to do everything themselves it should be clear to everyone that they are criminals.  Therefore, they choose (or require) someone like Dr. Matta to do that kind of work for them, because like this, Dr. Matta gets caught and the one's where the money ultimately goes to, they never get caught, because at their level, there is fewer material evidence that the money was once dirty.


It is in this way that a dozen families have managed to possess the wealth of the Earth, with corruption, theft, murder, and all that your police manual forbids, and all that you can find in the seal of the UCL Saint-Luc, but it is all neatly hidden behind a facade of health care, human rights, academic exchanges, scholarship programs, humanitarian aid, investment banks, international organizations, development cooperation, but also industries lie telecommunications (to know where all the wealth is), media (newspapers and TV to influence your opinion against the other people), and contacts with governments and embassies, forums and conferences, etc.

Oxfam has recently published a report on the unjust economy. The report iq called " Working for the Few" 1, for that dozen of families who probably all Zionists.  In other words, all the peoples of the world are burdened by Zionism. This applies both on Flanders and on Wallonia because they 're both working for the same Satan, and on Morocco, on Europe and all countries of the world.

What should we do to make the system more equitable ?  That is very simple :

Chapter VIII : The Plan for Dismantling the Satanic System

This chapter is about the strategic role which Dr Matta can play in the unraveling of almost all the problems that are mentioned in this dossier, which concern me personally, which concern the UCL Saint-Luc, and which concern the gigantic international financial fraud related to the human trafficking.

Certain things happened which Dr Matta has never known, like the unjust criminal accusations of which I was a victim, and which highly probably emanate from the same evil mafioso with which he undoubtedly collaborates.   Mr Azoulay is a mafioso who without any doubt couldn't accept that Dr Matta's choice is a Moroccan girl.   So the mafioso made sure that I would be thrown in jail and preferably stay there until I am too old.

I disappeared.   Dr Matta got destroyed.   I saw a picture of him (annex_50), which I found on the website of Saint-Luc, in 2009, that he was grieving and that he cried an awful lot.  Though he knows that I am not a monster and that something else was standing in our way.

Dr Matta for sure has never known that Miss Sabir met me and that she told me everything about him.  He wouldn't have sent her, but an evil mafioso is interfering with our lives.   In addition, there is a high chance that the mafioso sent more women to Dr Matta, to prevent that he has time for me.

Meanwhile the mafioso kept me busy with a lawsuit which took 8 years, in which I had to prove my innocence.  By doing all these things, the mafioso was preventing at the same time that his most important business associate (Dr Matta) gets married and has children.
