It is said there is no cow level. Haggard players of Diablo II would say otherwise.
If prodded, they would fearfully speak of a land through a portal, a land populated by nothing but Hell Bovine with a thirst for blood. After a few more drinks, they would then stare blankly ahead, recalling long buried memories of a bovine king before devolving into a string of words lacking coherency.

Cow king can either go as a tank...or a specialist.... choosing your trait at level 1.

Secret Cow Level - 20 sec CD. Cow king summons 2 Hell Bovine helping him in his mootivations.... They push down lane constantly, no time limit. No more than 2 Hell Bovine can occupy a lane at one time. Secret Cow Level portal is global long as you have vision of the area.
Bulls on Parade - While within a short range of allied Heroes, The Cow King gives allied Heroes +10% spell armor while granting himself 10% physical armor.
Steak to the heart - Upon death, friendly enemy mercenaries and minions in the same lane as The Cow King give reduced xp to enemy heroes able to receive xp in this lane.
Q - Moove Over - A cone shaped slash motion, that moves enemies out the way.
W - Seeing Red - Locking onto a target in an unstoppable rage, The Cow King charges an enemy target, stunning it for 3 seconds, but knocking the target back after impact several yards.
E - Storming Slash - Targetable upon any hero even self, The Cow King enhances chosen heroes weapon, making the next auto attack upon impact burst with lightning, hitting other enemies within a small area, for double damage then the initial target.
R - Hail to the King - Channels to one enemy hero, forcing them to gaze into the eyes of the Cow King. Cow King becomes unstoppable, and gains an armor buff, but he cannot move or cast any other abilities. 5 seconds. 80 second CD.
R - Cow Tipping - All enemy mercenaries and/or minions are placed in a permanent paralysis, until slain. Cast in a wave like motion, like lava wave. 90 sec cd. For balance, since this does not kill anything directly like lava wave, I felt a shorter CD was more appropriate.
R - Rawhide - Cow King gains an aura with a triple punch. He randomly shoots molten flames at enemies from great distance. He has a slowing aura surrounding his immediate body, and upon being struck with auto attacks, he spews off random shots of electricity. Effect lasts 6 seconds. 70 sec CD.
Trait- “High Steaks”
Once he is killed, the portal to the Secret Cow Level cannot be opened again in the same difficulty. So, that makes the Cow King's Leathers the hardest set to complete in one game because there are 3 set pieces and the player gets only 3 chances to kill the King - one in each Difficulty. This results in a popular tactic among those that wish to run the level to avoid slaying him at all costs. Deliberately killing The Cow King while in a party is often considered a major offense.
In this build if the Cow King is killed by an enemy hero, that hero is unable to deal the final bow to the cow king for the remainder of that talent tier. Once the tier is completed and the cow king has the ability to select another talent, he can be defeated by all heroes again. This ability only affects the first death of the Cow king per tier and does not stack past the first enemy hero effected.

Everyone knows that the Cow King is imbued with the mystical powers of electricity. In the nexus…it would be no different. He reaches out with “unlimited power” and sends a shock wave to multiple targets in his range (up to 3) Each target hit with this ability will be slowed. The cow king can continue to channel this ability but is unable to move during its duration.
W- “Herds of Prey”
Unleashing the power of the cow level the Cow King calls a stampede of his friends to join the fight. When this ability is activated he will whistle and his cow follower will charge in and smash into a target. The target hit will be pushed back and take damage.
E- “Mooving Target” Passive
This is a passive ability that allows the cow king to do more damage to moving targets. All targets that are moving while they take any type of damage from the cow king take increased damage.

Heroic 2- “Bull-it Proof”
This literally makes the Cow King Bull-it proof. When activated it acts as a self cast divine shield. But the divine shield lasts longer than the Uther Divine shield. And he is engulfed in a rainbow.

Too long have humans held dominion over the bovine.
No one understands how portals work better than the Cow King. Provided he has Hell Bovine he has hung around near for a set time, the King can teleport to them.
Swinging his op weapon, the Cow King spins three times, dealing massive damage to all within the area of the sweeping axe.
Cow-er Before Me
When activated, the Cow King and any nearby Hell Bovine unleash an electrical storm upon their enemies, dealing damage and stunning them. For buildings, this means locking them down for the duration of the ability.
Summoning the chaos from his own dimension, Cow King drops down an enclosure around him. If anyone is in this area, they are stuck. Portals open and cows come pouring in, fighting all enemies trapped within the enclosure.
The Cow King loves surprises and loves surprising people. With his two closest secret service cows, he waits in ambush. When an enemy Hero gets close enough, the trap is sprung! They enemy is hog tied by the king while the secret service brands the enemy Hero. Once branded, the enemy is set free and must run away from the Cow King (lest they be caught and branded again). The branding also means they take increased damage from all sources.
