Wang Pendahuluan Pembiayaan (WPP)

 

PTPTN Education Financing Scheme was established for the purpose of providing education financing to students pursuing studies in local institutions of higher education. This education financing will enable students to finance fully or partially the course fees and their cost of living for the duration of their study. Thus providing more opportunities for students to pursue study at the tertiary level.

PTPTN education financing facility is offered to students pursuing their studies at public (IPTA) and private (IPTS) institutions of higher education locally. This is in accordance with Section 2 of the PTPTN Act 1997 (Act 566) for institutions of higher education established under the:

 

Scope of Education Financing

The scope of education financing according to the level of education at IPTA/ IPTS/ Polytechnics are as follows:

Education Financing

Education financing application conditions are as follow:

  1. Citizen of Malaysia;
  2. Does not exceed 45 years of age on the date of application;
  3. Been offered a place at IPTA/ IPTS and Polytechnic by fulfilling entry requirements determined by the Ministry of Education and Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA);
  4. Course pursued must have registration approval from the Ministry of Education;
  5. For IPTS students, course pursued must have the Certificate of Accreditation from the MQA and still valid on the date of application;
  6. For a student who has other qualifications, verification must be obtained from the department or agency as stated above;
  7. Remaining period of study at the time of application should not be less than one (1) year;
  8. Has no other sponsor(s); and
  9. Has opened SSPN-i account.

Application For Copy Of Agreement

Application must be submitted using Borang Permohonan Semula Salinan Dokumen Perjanjian Pembiayaan Pendidikan.

 

Every application for an additional copy of financing agreement will be charged RM90.00.

 

The completed form that enclose with postal order/ bank draft must be submitted to any PTPTN State Offices or via post.

Note:

Recepients must write their MyCard number, offer letter reference number and telephone number at the back of the postal order/ bank draft. "PERMOHONAN SEMULA SALINAN DOKUMEN PERJANJIAN PINJAMAN/ PEMBIAYAAN" must be written on the top left corner of the envelope.
