Its all about ATTITUDE.

I would like to think I’m a pretty nice and fair person. I am more than aware of my past mistakes. I don’t think you need to bring them up. I do not give attitudes to commissioners, I dont expect one. Getting upset or rushing me wont make me do your commission faster, in fact I’ll make sure I do it last. I do have a job, I am busy. I will try to post my work schedule on FA when I can. Just keep in mind, I am a human too. This is why I ask, if you have a problem, contact me.

I. About Contact over FurAffinity:
Keypoints. I notice most people don’t read journals until they have a problem and then its too late.
Do not leave comments on my journal or shouts on my page asking about your commission or payment. I prefer to keep all questions/comments/concerns private so please ask me any questions you may have via the Note system or via Skype. (Any public comments regarding your commission or payment will be deleted.)
I reply to Notes as soon as I can. I do have a life away from the computer! Allow me 24 hours to send a response.

I do read notes and not respond. Sometimes I feel a note doesn’t need a reply. It doesn’t mean I am ignoring you. I also check my notes on my phone at work. I can’t reply to them, just read them.

II. General Rules:
Nudity: All my work is PG - PG13. “Sexy” is okay, but I don’t do full frontal nudity/detailed nudity, sex, fetishes etc. VERY rarely will I offer Mature or Adult work.

Trademarked Characters: I will draw cartoons such as Digimon and Pokemon. Anything else you will need to ask.
Style: I will not draw in another artist’s style. I have several varieties of my own as is.
Character References: Please send me a visual reference of your character. I like to get visual references so I can be as correct as possible when drawing your character!

IF your ref. sheet is out of date or has minor details that have been changed, TELL ME BEFORE I WORK. It its not my job to search and find a more up to date reference to work from.
Reposting Commissioned Work: Reposting my work is fine, but you must link to me somewhere and give credit! (If you do link back to me please link to my FA page!)
Badges: Badges are all digital and are NOT shipped via mail to the customer. The customer is responsible for printing, lamination, etc. I only provide the digital artwork. provide a printer friendly .pdf of the badge upon request and give any advice needed for printing, laminating, etc. (The only exception to this is badges that are made for convention pick-up, which will be specified per commission batch.)
Edits By Others: You cannot pay another artist to make edits, add to, change, etc anything you’ve commissioned from me.
My Gallery: I reserve the right to keep things posted in my gallery. If you request for something to be deleted for whatever reason, I may or may not take it down. I am proud of the commissions I do and prefer to display them and keep them as examples for future customers!
Making Changes: I will happily make changes to your image if need be. If the change is my fault (something I missed that was clear on your ref sheet, or something you mentioned that I overlooked, etc.) the change will be free of charge. However, if it is a change that was not mentioned and is not clear on your reference sheet, or something you changed about your character while the commission was in progress, I have the right to deny the change.) Otherwise there is a small fee.

Work In Progress Shots: To get WIP shots, your order must be $45+ and you must request them! (Or if it is something very complex.) This is because I complete each commission in a single sitting. I never stop a commission then go back to it later.

I have every right to refuse your commission for whatever reason.

III. Payment Policies:

Starting Your Commission: I start commissions as soon as payment is received. This means full payment - I will not accept half up front then half later.
Accepted Payment Methods: I only accept money via PayPal USD. Unfortunately I do not accept snail mail payment, or e-checks.
Sending Your Payment: Payment will be done via Money Requests on PayPal. (I send a request for money to you rather than you sending me money directly.) Once I receive your form, I will send you a Money Request via PayPal and a note via FurAffinity simultaneously to confirm everything! **This only applies to larger commissions. Small commissions will not have this. Journals will have more details on payment **

PayPal Information: I do not make my PayPal information public. It will be sent to the commissioner privately upon me accepting the commission. My PayPal e-mail is also used for correspondence, so if you are a customer you can contact me there as well.
Payment Time Limit: If you do not send payment within 3 days of me approving the commission, your slot in the commission queue will be given up - sorry! (If you are having payment issues let me know, we might work something out)

IV. Refund Policy:
Refunds are now given when a commission is over a month overdue. Unless otherwise agreed on by both parties.
Once the art is done you can not get a refund. If you are unhappy with the result, I apologize, but I CANNOT offer a full refund for something I already took time to complete.
If the art is partially done you will get a partial refund on what was not done.

V. Copyright:
I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. In no way or form am I claiming the character(s) drawn in my commissioned images. This means I am able to make prints, digital portfolios, CDs etc. The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for personal use* only. If you want rights for the art work entirely, please let me know and I will give written consent.

*Personal use excludes any and all commercial purposes (logos, selling their own prints, etc). No profit is to be made off the image. If posted online, I require being listed as the artist and I would prefer a link back to my FA profile. Alterations to the image are NOT ALLOWED without my written consent.
