Monthly Missions Opportunity

Activity for November

SHARING OPPORTUNITY

Our Mission focus for November is Thanksgiving meal boxes for 6 families that we minister to through our Kidslife and Edgewood Athletics ministries.  There are two ways that you participate.  First, is to give toward the cost of the meals.  Anything that we collect above the cost will go to the Food Pantry.  Second, is to write a card for these families.

G*COM SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

For November our G*Com service focus will be assisting in the distribution of the Thanksgiving food boxes, (see Pastor Kent or Todd Parker to learn more), as well as continued volunteer opportunities each week with our basketball league, including greeters to make our guests feel welcome.  See Cindy Teague to learn more.  Also, as always there are short (one hour or so) projects on the G*Com board in the foyer.
