- Small Group: Put their hands in a bowl of ice cold water and room temperature water and describe how it feels.

- Independent Practice:  Complete Activity Sheet and identify hot and cold objects.

- Describe how the water feels?

- Can you feel the water and the texture at the same time?

- Would the cold water feel colder if you touched it using other body parts? Why or Why not?
