What can we do about the cuts to disability support

A lot of people are, rightly, angry at the government's proposal to cut various financial benefits that support disabled people.

What happens now? Some of the proposed changes will go through a consultation process (where DWP will talk with disabled people). Some of the changes need to be legislated, meaning MPs have to vote on them to get them to pass. This means we can still reverse the proposal!

This article highlights how we can force the government to back down over benefit cuts if we turn anger into action. We need to keep the pressure on if we want to see this proposal end up in the bin! Here are some things we can do to make that happen.
