URGENT: Addressing The Stalking, Harassment and Accusations Against BANG CHAN OF STRAY KIDS.

Dear JYP Entertainment & One Label,

We are writing to bring to your immediate attention the criminal activities performed by a certain individual, which has been harassing BANG CHAN for over 4 years now.

Since 2022, said user has:

  1. Attempted to create scandals surrounding BANG CHAN and LISA of BLACKPINK, KARINA of AESPA and the singer Sabrina Carpenter;
  2. Stalked and openly harassed BANG CHAN’s Mother, Father, sister and cousins;
  3. Stalked BANG CHAN’s close friends and spread false narratives about the company he keeps;
  4. Accused BANG CHAN of soliciting sex workers during the tour with the help of his own Mother;
  5. Bought and distributed sasaeng content while creating false narratives that were hurtful to BANG CHAN’s reputation, including rumours about female event staff;
  6. Accused BANG CHAN of directly interacting with two STAYs on X, then proceeded to harass, stalk and release their personal information including their legal names and private social media accounts as well as names and accounts of their family members. She also uploaded their pictures to an adult website, made multiple accounts to spread their photos while openly slutshaming them and blamed BANG CHAN for her behavior;
  7. Accused BANG CHAN of impregnating someone and forcing them to abort the fetus;
  8. Accused BANG CHAN of having romantic relationships with a teenager, while openly spreading this narrative on all social media platforms and calling him names such as a “predator”, a “pedophile”, a “creep”, etc.;
  9. Stalked BANG CHAN’s flight schedule and created multiple false narratives surrounding his schedule;
  10. Accused BANG CHAN of stalking the STAYs she created rumours about, connecting all of his actions as an idol to these two fans specifically;
  11. Accused BANG CHAN of inappropriately touching a fan during a photo;
  12. Accused BANG CHAN of leaving the GovBall accompanied by a young girl, who was actually  identified as staff;
  13. Used BANG CHAN’s name to openly harass two young girls, while creating false narratives and putting their lives in danger;
  14. Created AT LEAST 20 accounts across all social media platforms in order to spread these rumours, while confessing to actively seek to destroy BANG CHAN’s life and career.

The damage this person has done to BANG CHAN’s image during these years is immense, as ill-intended haters now use her lies to spread more rumours and hurt his reputation.

As the company responsible for managing BANG CHAN’s career, it is your duty to put an end to this targeted harassment, which includes explicit threats to his safety and that of his family. We urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue, including:

  1. IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION: Conduct a thorough investigation into the sources, intentions, and organized attempts of this individual and assess the reach and impact her lies had on BANG CHAN’s reputation and career;
  2. SUPPORT OF THE ARTIST: Implement measures to monitor for future instances of STALKING AND HARASSMENT and develop strategies to protect BANG CHAN from similar incidents moving forward.
  3. PUBLIC AWARENESS AND SUPPORT: Issue a public statement condemning the REITERATED ATTEMPTS AT RUINING BANG CHAN’S IMAGE, and reassure fans and the public that the company is taking all necessary measures to protect its artist.
  4. LEGAL ACTION: Engage legal counsel to explore options for issuing cease-and-desist orders and pursuing legal action against the individual responsible for creating and distributing this harmful content.

Your artists should not have to endure threats or fear for their personal safety. Prompt action from your company will not only help protect BANG CHAN, but also contribute to a safer environment for all your artists and their fans.
