Objective: In partners, you will be writing your own song (any genre) to become the soundtrack of the film adaptation of “Thank You, Ma’am” by Langston Hughes.

Your song can be of ANY genre: rap, country, hip-hop, rock, pop, folk, or other.
The lyrics must contain certain elements (listed in this planning sheet) and follow the progression of the video.
