How to Apply
Basic Requirements:
MS: 2800 (subject to change)
I can and will make exceptions for various people on a case by case basis
CQ: 21 attacks per week
BoS: Required unless MS3000+.
Language: English preferred, but willing to make exceptions for players in Asia (for nighttime CQs).
Include a screenshot of your “Career Stats” page located in “Stats” at the top of your heroes tab.
Extra info you can provide:
Equipment: If you have good equipment or specific artifacts that you know will let you progress at a fast rate, it doesn’t hurt to let me know as I take everything into consideration. Potential rate of growth of a player is a factor I take into account.
Past clan(s): Where were you before you applied?
Exceptions:
Ranking System
TL;DR: (but really, you should read it all)
Recruits - Welcome to TTM!
If you’re a recruit this means you’re either a newcomer or at a potential risk of getting kicked (probation). No, this does not mean I will bring down the banhammer on you guys after you end the week with 20 CQ instead of our minimum 21, this means you are at risk.
The way I will kick people is pretty simple.
But I will NOT kick without a warning unless the reason is glaringly obvious. I will make it so that players getting kicked should not have to wonder why they are getting kicked.
Knights - What if I’m super active?
Achieving Knight Status
Well you’re in luck, because the Knight status is available for super active players. You can move up to becoming a knight if you can fulfill the following conditions:
Pretty simple, right? There are a ton of players that will earn this title through regular play since there are many naturally active players in our clan.
Maintaining Knight Status
To maintain the title, simply:
Most players that earn it once, will keep it.
Masters - So what’s a Master?
Being a Master could mean 2 things. A next level security net or an active assistant that helps out with management and general clan duties like helping me keep track of inactives.
In order to become a master to earn yourself a badge of honor (or another layer of security):
To volunteer yourself to help me with keeping track of the clan:
For my 2-3 volunteers I am only seeking very active players that wouldn’t mind sacrificing a bit of time every other day to help.
Note I will not have more than 7 masters at any given time including assistants
I will only ask for 2-3 assistants as coordinating with larger groups can prove to be difficult for time restrictive activities like this.
Absences
By the nature of this system, this also means that Knights are basically safe from low CQ for a week. HOWEVER, I do want knights and recruits to give me an explanation before they disappear. While recruits are kicked for 3 days of inactivity, I will allow Knights 4 days of inactivity before demoting them to recruits and kicking them 3 days afterwards for a total of 7 days.
This is the safety net I was talking about.
Ranking Spread
My rough estimate on the population divide will be
1 GM (2%), 7 Masters (14%), 28 Knights (56%), 14 recruits (28%)
And I think that’s a pretty good set of numbers. I may adjust Knight requirements to maintain this ratio, but this will happen no more than twice a month unless something very unexpected happens (mass accidental teapotting, servers glitch out and clan gets emptied somehow, giant meteor strikes the Earth, etc).
