Greetings CUFA Community!

Here are some updates that emerged from the October 2025 CUFA Executive Board Meeting:

• Upcoming Conference

• Just one month remains between now and our annual conference. Don’t forget to check the CUFA box when you renew your membership and register for the conference!
• The CUFA 2025 website is the place to go for all information about CUFA.

• Board Elections

• Congratulations to Dr. Yeji Kim, Dr. Ryan Knowles, Dr. Corey Sell and Dr. Clarence Walker. All have been elected to the CUFA Executive Board. Thank you for your willingness to serve our CUFA community.

• Awards

• Reviews are currently happening for the 2025 CUFA awards. If you have ideas about proposing a new CUFA award reach out to Awards Chair, Dr. Ryan Oto for more information about the process.

• CUFA Retreat

• The CUFA Retreat is scheduled for 2026. Dr. Kristen Duncan has been working putting together a wonderful collection of sessions for a virtual 2026 CUFA Retreat, February 28-March 1. More details will follow soon. We look forward to being in [virtual] community in early 2026.

• TRSE

• Submissions are up by 10% from last year. There are a lot of exciting manuscripts submitted on a range of innovative and exciting topics.
