Dear hubby who’s away in the army,

Half of your time being away has passed already. 342 days to go. (but who’s counting? :D)

Writing a love letter to you is not easy. How can I confess my love for you without sounding crazy? Right?

Well… I think I am actually not the typical fan. I didn’t become interested in you after seeing you. I found out about you from your friend (Kim Hyun Joong) who was just telling a story about his dear friend Kim Jaejoong. I liked the person from his story. He seemed to be a nice guy. A guy who is funny and caring in the same time. A hard working guy. And a singer to add to all of that. So I went to youtube and searched for a song of yours. I got to “Love in the Ice”. Had no clue how you looked like. Didn’t even pay much attention to the video, since it was “just” a live rendition of the song, not an MV with a story behind it. But at some point I heard a voice which gave me the chills. I looked up and there you were. By the end of the song I was crying rivers without even realizing it. Still didn’t know you were the one. Then I googled the band members and found out that the voice that made my heart skip a beat belonged to the nice guy from the story. The more I read about you, the more I felt like the human Kim Jaejoong deserves to be praised more than the artist.

Now, after 6 years, I think that you’re an amazing artist and an even more amazing person. The amount of love I see in your eyes whenever you play with your nieces and nephew, when you talk to your mother, when you talk about your family, when you’re with your members and when you look at your fans is just overwhelming. That smile of yours that can melt icebergs… That dorky laughter… And that angelic voice… These are just a few of the reasons that make me love you. In case you ever decide to know the rest of them, just let me know. I will try to tell you every single one of them. But that means you’ll have to spend a lot of time with me, because the list is quite long.

Other than that, I hope you’re healthy, that you’re eating well and sleeping well. Take care of your body and rest your mind.
