What can I expect from Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition?
Experience one of mankind’s greatest artistic achievements, Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, Up-Close! With special expertise and care, the ceiling paintings from the Sistine Chapel have been reproduced in a truly unique way using licensed high definition photos. Brought to life using a special printing technique that emulates the look and feel of the original paintings, visitors are given a chance to engage with the artwork in ways that were never before possible: seeing every detail, every brushstroke, and every color of the artist’s 34 frescoes. Each image is accompanied by informative signage, and your visit is enhanced with a free self-guided app that is available in 5 languages. Those who have already visited the Sistine Chapel will engage with the artwork from a new perspective and those who have never seen the originals will be intrigued and inspired to visit the Sistine Chapel. The exhibition will be held indoors.

The visit will take around 60 to 90 minutes.

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Will there be strobe lights?

NO but there are several food and beverage options available at Industry City
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? There are benches located within the exhibition

Restrooms are located in the building next door

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes. We will make our best efforts to accommodate you.
What happens if I arrive late?

Can I bring animals?
Service animals are permitted.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
There is city parking on Third Avenue as well as paid parking on Second Avenue.
What if the weather is bad?
This is an indoor event and weather should not impact your visit.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? We request that visitors do not bring any food or drink within the exhibit, or anything which may disturb other visitors.
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No
Regarding the tickets
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform. Tickets can be purchased at the exhibition venue.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us at premierXgroup@gmail.com to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
