II.  Reflection

My network has completely changed how I learn because I primarily work online. Essentially, in many ways, the internet provides all that I need to be success in my work, schooling, and personal relationships. This was especially true during the time that I lived in South Korea.  My networks have become a tool for learning, due to the fact that I can easily ask a question of concern or research and get immediate feedback. I have not formalized all of my networks for create a more structure Personal Learning Network (PLN). I have not categorized all of my colleagues into a professional network within my Facebook setup to truly benefit from a PLN, but I organically begun to create a personal learning environment (PLE). According to Morrison (2013), a PLE differs from a PLN in that a PLE incorporates the build-up of web “content sources” that are also used for learning. A PLN, on the other hand, focuses learning based on connectivist interactions alone.  All of my connections have richly enhanced my learning and access to information.
