Artist’s Rights

  • The Artist has the right to refuse any commission for any reason. I have a list of will and won’t when it comes to creating artwork, I am a SFW artist.
  • Will draw: Animals, anthros/furries, macabre, monsters/creatures, gore, and artistic/tasteful nudity
  • Won’t Draw: Fetishes and NSFW
  • The Artist can reuse thumbnails and sketches from previous commissions for personal pieces and other commissions.
  • The Artist reserve the rights to the commissioned piece and can alter it for prints and merchandise.

Client’s Rights

  • The Client has the freedom to ask for progress shots of the commission if available.
  • The Client can resize, crop and use the artwork for icons, banners and desktop wallpaper as long as it’s for non-commercial uses.
  • The Client can post the artwork to their personal gallery as long as they credit the Artist.
  • The Client retain the rights to their character(s) used in the commissioned piece.

Communication and Payment

  • Communications about commissions should be done through e-mail(midnightwolfarts@gmail.com) or Telegram (@MidnightHuntingWolf). This makes it easier for me to have your reference and view it at it’s best quality.
  • Client must provide clear references or detailed descriptions of their character(s) and what they want drawn. Base prices may change due to complexity, size, or medium.
  • Payments must be made through PayPal, Square or Commiss.io in USD (United States Dollar).
  • The first half or full payments are non-refundable once work has begun on the commission.

*These turn around times may change due to work, family being attention grabby, working on Cold Cases or other comics, my dog begging for over amounts of attention to the point he has a hissy fit, clients not responding to the method of communication (yes, your approval being needed can delay your commission being done at an expected time, unless you’re giving the artist complete freedom on a piece), additional commission work being worked on at the same time, or the commission requiring more time than originally planned.
